Chapter 80 - Chapter 80 Qing Qing Is Truly Amazing

Zhang Yihan wanted to say something else.

"Su Qing…"

Su Qing lowered her head, and just as the bell rang, she quietly crouched down and sat down next to Jiang Sui.

The young man was already prepared, even a hint of impatience lingering in his eyes.

Only when he saw the girl approaching did his brows relax noticeably.

"I thought you weren't coming."

He pulled a new bottle of Wahaha from the drawer, inserted a straw, and placed it next to Su Qing, motioning for her to drink.

Although it was a study session without a teacher, everyone took it seriously because it was in the experimental class. She took a gentle sip.

As Su Qing approached Jiang Sui's seat, there was still a faint whisper in the classroom, but it was so quiet that no one could tell who was talking or what was being said.

The girl lowered her eyes and squeezed her Wahaha bottle.

"No, I was just packing up. I promised you we'd catch up on our studies."

The soft, unknowing tone of her voice trailed off, making it sound very soft.

"Packing up?"

"You were clearly talking to your deskmate."

"Want to lie to me?"

The boy's temper wasn't exactly good, but he always restrained it in front of Su Qing. His aloofness was tempered with a cold indifference, and his eyes revealed undisguised displeasure.

He was too overly cheerful.

Su Qing hadn't expected Jiang Sui to see it. She pinched her fingers.

"I'm not lying. I was really packing. I didn't say anything to Zhang Yihan."

But Su Qing thought of Zhang Yihan's words, "I'm doing this for your own good," and she felt a little annoyed. She pinched her brows, wanting to ask who was giving the lecture to whom.

Studying was still her priority.

"Did he make you angry?"

Su Qing's every move caught Jiang Sui's eye. The boy's eyes were fixed on something, filled with deep dissatisfaction and a dark gloom.

"No."

Su Qing pursed her lips, unwilling to continue the conversation. A hint of a smile crossed her eyes as she subtly changed the subject.

"Jiang Sui, don't you want to explain the problem to me, or do you not know how to do it?!"

The girl narrowed her eyes, tilted her head, and spoke quietly to him. She moved closer to him, so close that even their uniforms touched.

Earths rested on the table.

Her porcelain-white face glared at Jiang Sui.

"Have your grades dropped? Then stop forcing yourself. If you don't want to teach me, I'll find someone else..."

She grew increasingly arrogant, oblivious to the boy's bony fingertips pinching the tip of his nose, or the way his Adam's apple rolled back several times.

"Su Qing!"

Jiang Sui turned his head away, his bright, dark pupils fixed on her from beneath his wispy hair.

"Don't say that again."

The boy's voice was a little hoarse, and the slightest hint of a smile faded from his thin lips.

This was a bit scary, but it didn't frighten Su Qing. She clapped her hands.

Although she knew she was trying to change the subject, Jiang Sui's heart still sank.

His face turned sour.

He pulled a notebook from the drawer and handed it to her.

"Finish these questions first, and mark any you don't know. I'll show you when you're done."

A brand new notebook, with the word "Sui" written on it.

Su Qing flipped through it, somewhat surprised. She opened her mouth slightly and turned to look at Jiang Sui.

The questions... she glanced through them briefly. There weren't many, only about thirty or so.

It seemed like she'd done the same questions she'd gotten wrong on that test last time at Jiang Sui's house.

The handwriting was beautiful.

"What are you looking at? I just wanted to practice my calligraphy."

Su Qing's eyebrows curved, a warm feeling welling up in her heart, and her lips curled up.

"I see, but thank you anyway."

She hadn't expected Jiang Sui to be so thoughtful.

"What are you thanking me for? Hold my hand when we get home tonight."

?!

Su Qing's face flushed instantly, and she threw the English test paper in front of Jiang Sui.

"You, you, you, do the test paper first..."

She hadn't expected Jiang Sui to still be thinking about that.

The cramped and tense feeling made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She could only bite her lip and casually found a few books to place between them.

Leaving only enough space for their elbows to pass through, they even deliberately lowered their heads and began working on their homework without a word.

Jiang Sui let Su Qing do as she pleased, not taking the book between them. Instead, he stared at Su Qing's blushing ears for a long time.

A vibrating sound prompted Jiang Sui to pull out his phone.

[Brother, you can or not? Why is there such a thing between you and this girl?]

Hu Yifan, who had been keeping an eye on Su Qing and Jiang Sui's every move, sipped his milk tea, his eyes constantly glancing in their direction.

Jiang Sui narrowed his eyes, his lips curled, and he was about to put his phone away.

The girl nudged him with her elbow.

Then a note was handed over. It wrote:

[Jiang Sui, you're not allowed to slack off... I'm angry, so I'm going back to my seat.]

A soft threat that didn't seem like a threat...

Jiang Sui was quite pleased. He decisively replied to Hu Yifan across from him with a single word.

[Get lost!]

Then, looking at the small slip of paper, his stern face softened considerably.

[Innocent (oェ`o), no, Qing Qing, the book takes up too much space, I can't move around...]

Su Qing's eyes froze for a moment when she saw the words on the note, then she quietly put the textbooks away in her drawer.

She simply focused on her work, calmly working on her homework without even glancing at Jiang Sui.

When Hu Yifan received another text from Jiang Sui, he ripped his hair in frustration.

If he hadn't wanted to see some gossip, would he have come to study?

Then actually told him to get lost...

"F**k...!"

The moment he uttered the curse, it happened to be when the school teacher was on patrol.

The quiet atmosphere suddenly became restless.

"That student, you, bring out your milk tea."

"And, that chubby student drinking milk tea, you come out too. Don't disturb others studying."

Liu Ranran, whose name was called, stared blankly at the door, then at Hu Yifan, whose face was filled with rebellion, having long since refused to stay in the classroom.

She expressed her unwillingness to go out with the middle school boy and stood up timidly.

"Teacher, I don't want to drink. I'm studying hard."

"Come out."

Liu Ranran's chubby face instantly fell. She had no choice but to put down her milk tea and walk out, resigned to her fate.

As she passed Hu Yifan, who was waiting for her, she clearly heard the boy say.

"Don't want to go out with me?"

In an interlude, Su Qing received a note from Jiang Sui.

"Our Qing Qing is truly amazing. It's a good thing we didn't drink the milk tea."

This?

What kind of hype can you possibly be blowing?
