Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Behold, the Going Merry! Friendships Forged and Secrets Revealed!

News spread quickly through Syrup Village, though many could scarcely believe it. To think that Klahadore would be fired for trying to steal Kaya's fortune! At least that nice band of adventurers led by the young man with the straw hat managed to step in and assist. It was the most exciting thing to happen in ages.

Kaya had to admit she felt bad keeping most of the details secret but she figured it was for the best. No one needed to know just how close they all came to being wiped out by pirates. She walked back to her manor, actually dressed in an orange sundress, looking forward to the celebratory dinner scheduled for tonight.

As she walked through the estate, she first entered Merry's suite. The family doctor was quick to patch him up and check for any lasting damage. Thankfully Kuro's attack didn't hit anything vital and the faithful butler was set to recover in a few days' time although he would need bandages and to watch his exertion for a few weeks.

Then came the kitchen where the staff were hard at work preparing for tonight. Of course, they all stumbled over themselves at almost being accomplices to mass murder and piracy. Kaya naturally told them all there were no hard feelings. She was fooled just as much as they were. And now that someone other than "Klahadore" was ordering them around, the cooks were eager to prepare all of Kaya's favorites and the requests given by their first guests in years.

As she climbed the stairs to the upper level, she smiled at the sounds of laughter and playful banter coming from one of the bedrooms. A quick peek in showed Luffy and his crew playing cards on the bed with the captain just watching as the four girls gambled. Or, apparently, Nami and Carina competed to see who could out-cheat the other while Makino laughed along and Kuina kept a firm eye on them both. She didn't need her coin pouch going missing with two thieves in the room.

Several hours later, the Straw Hat Pirates plus one were sat around the end of a long mahogany dining room table with a veritable buffet. Kaya sat at the head of the table, raising a glass of sparkling water. "To the saviors of our island! Here's to your safe passage on the Grand Line! Cheers!"

"Cheers!" Everyone rang back before digging into the food around them, Luffy getting his lip pulled by Makino when he tried stretching to grab the entire leg of lamb sitting in the center.

"May I please have some?" he asked warily.

"Yes, you may."

With her next to him, Luffy was able to keep a modicum of table manners as the meal progressed. And all of them were loving the meal, especially as the staff managed to keep up with Luffy's voracious (if restrained) appetite so everyone had their fill.

Most of their conversation was Kaya asking questions and the pirates recapping their exploits with Carina keenly listening in.

"Goodness, you've all done so much in such a short time!" she exclaimed, "I don't suppose you'd have use for someone like me…"

"Oh?" Nami asked, "You seemed pretty keen on never being a pirate yourself."

"That was because I thought the same way as you! That anyone flying a jolly roger were corrupt like Kuro. But hearing about such a dashing, freewheeling pirate whose only goal is adventure, it makes me want to chase my own dream!"

"Dream? What dream?"

"Oh boy, there he goes…" Makino sighed wistfully as Luffy was now leaning towards Carina, eager to hear more.

"Well, I've been trying to scavenge out a living as long as I could remember… I don't really have any family, and a little girl on the open ocean is bound to get into trouble. So, I didn't have much of a choice. I taught myself how to pick pockets, open locks and to run like the wind if I was ever caught."

Carina then blinked and realized the table had gone completely silent. She blushed for a moment, only expecting Luffy to listen in. Nami in particular had her undivided attention.

"So, um, I always wanted a place to call home… I tried a few orphanages but they all sucked. Some Marines took me in once, and then tried to arrest me because of my 'criminal tendencies…' When I was six."

"Yeesh…"

"And naturally, I found many, many pirates who wanted to do any number of godawful things to me that I'd really rather not get into here. The point is, I've always wanted a safe place, a little corner of the world where I can let my hair down and truly relax. My dream… Is that I want a home."

The others all blinked, expecting something much more lavish. But the thief was now rubbing her arms, looking from side to side waiting for somebody else to speak. Nami reached across from her seat and placed a warm hand on her shoulder.

"Why didn't you ever tell me that? We worked together for close to two years, and I just assumed you wanted to get rich."

"Well, you kind of need money to build a house, especially on a deserted island where you can feel safe."

Nami seemed to be seriously wrestling with herself, biting her lip and looking away in shame. Carina was then surprised when Luffy stood from his seat and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"I get it," he said empathetically, "I lived with bandits almost my whole life. It wasn't much, but it was a whole lot better than nothing. It's awful that's how you came up."

"Trust me, I've had enough pity parties to last a lifetime. I decided that crying over it wouldn't get me anywhere. I wanted a home, you need money to buy a home, and I've never looked back."

Carina then stood up herself, a twinkle of hope in her eyes as she took Luffy's hand. "Would you please allow me to join your crew, Luffy?""

His smile could have lit up the entire island, throwing his arms around her. "Of course!"

Now that there were two things to celebrate, the feast went on for hours with Carina getting to know the other ladies. Nami tried to hide a smile behind sips of water, but it was clear she was happy to see the purplette in a better place. Even if the two bickered over the position of "crew thief", they quickly came to agreement. Nami would be the official navigator, setting the ship's course. Carina would therefore be the treasurer, handling all financial matters and keeping track of the loot.

"…Well, I'd say you're overqualified," Kuina kidded as she bit into the roast beef, "Anyone can lift about fifteen million beris from a ship without anyone noticing in broad daylight is fit to handle money."

"Oh, now that's just insensitive!" Carina sighed, "It was 17,632,685 beris! I demand to get full credit!"

"And half of that was thanks to me, FYI!" Nami jabbed.

"Aw, you want a tip? Try a different skirt, that one makes your hips look fat."

"Says the girl whose regular disguise is a black bucket hat and suspenders…"

As the two "argued" some more, poor Kaya was keeled over from laughing so hard by the time dessert was wheeled out. It was a pleasant night for the new band of pirates and the promise of cushy beds and freshly prepared breakfast the next morning made it all the sweeter.

The sun shone bright on the coast of the Gecko Islands as Kaya and a bandaged-up Merry stood before the pirate crew. Luffy was literally hopping from foot to foot in excitement as he stared up at his brand new ship.

Bobbing in the water was a light wooden caravel, its crow's nest several dozen feet above them all. A grey canvas sail hung from the main mast while the mizzenmast has yellow and red stripes. The white goat's head staring out the front gave the whole ship an airy, friendly feeling despite the large cannon pointing out from the figurehead and a jolly roger flying above the aft deck.

"This is amazing!" he cheered, "This is really for us?!"

"But of course! It's the least we could do for Miss Kaya's saviors! I call her the Going Merry!" the butler presented, "She's been fully stocked with provisions that should last several weeks, and she sails like a dream!"

Nami quickly took Merry aside to listen to all of the technical specs as Luffy stretched himself onto the deck and quickly began exploring. The other women all carried up their belongings, including Carina who only had a few duffel bags. She let her little boat adrift on the sea, figuring it had served her long enough.

But as high as the mood was, Nami could feel something was wrong. She looked over and saw Kaya in a vibrant orange dress, a far cry from the sickly girl she was. Her miraculous recovery, however, had a very easy explanation.

As they searched "Klahadore's" quarters for any evidence to dispose of, the guards uncovered a strange vial of white powder. The town doctor quickly identified it as Drevia, a naturally occurring neurotoxin processed from the sap of the island's trees. Colorless, odorless and impossible to trace in the human body. In large doses, it proves instantly fatal when ingested. In the minute doses he was adding to Kaya's daily tea, it kept her weak and frail. Just another element to his plan to make sure the heiress would be vulnerable for the coup de grace…

And now the blonde stood there, trying to keep up a smile as she watched them all pack up and leave.

"Hey," Nami greeted, "What are you going to do now?"

"Well, now that I'm feeling better, I suppose I can properly start learning the shipping business… The hard part is living in the house where Klaha… Where Kuro came so close to ending me…"

"Yeah, I'm glad we came at the right time." She then turned to look at Luffy, looking out over the railing and gawking like a child at Christmas.

"He's such a remarkable man," Kaya awed, "It makes me think of someone… A boy I used to know."

"Oh? He was a pirate?"

"He is now. His name is Usopp, sniper of the Red Hair Pirates."

"He is?!" Luffy shouted, leaping off the boat, "He's really a part of Shanks's ship on the Grand Line?!"

"Mm-hm. Their first sniper, Yasopp, was Usopp's father! He always wanted to be a brave warrior of the sea like him but they wouldn't let Usopp come along because he was too young. So, right when his father came back for the last time, he snuck onboard the Red Force and they couldn't find him until they were leagues away!"

Luffy's eyes widened at amazement that someone could actually stow away on Shanks's ship. Heck, he imagined this must have happened not long after Shanks left Dawn Island. Kaya then explained how Usopp used to be the village troublemaker thanks to his propensity for elaborate stories. She did dim a bit when she mentioned how Usopp's mother Banchina was constantly bedridden and passed away shortly after Usopp's departure.

"Oh, that's awful…" Nami sighed, "He just left his mother alone?"

"My father hired a doctor to look after her," Kaya mentioned, "And, according to her, it was actually her idea. Apparently, she wanted her little boy to follow his dreams while he could…"

"But anyway, bottled messages started washing up on shore several years ago. And it turned out they were from Usopp! He tells me all about the incredible adventures he has! I've always wanted to meet him in person… To have adventures like he does instead of just reading about them in books."

"You mean a dream?" Nami asked, sighing as she could plainly see where this was going.

"Oh, but that's just it. It's just a silly little fantasy I've had. I couldn't possibly…"

"Miss Kaya? If I may?"

The blonde turned to see Merry, a stack of suitcases now waiting behind him. "May I speak freely, ma'am?"

"Of course…"

"Miss Kaya, I've seen how you long for something more. When you weren't reading the medical books to diagnose yourself, you were deep in every pulp novel for a hundred miles. You're a young, independent spirit who wants more out of life. I can't imagine you'd be happy with a life of trade negotiations and office work. Pardon me for intruding, but wouldn't it be for the best to chase your dreams? While you still can?"

She was frozen in shock, wanting to make a hundred rebuttals at once. How she had only just gotten back on her feet. How the staff needed her. How her father would never possibly approve of this. And yet none of them came. Her heart beat in her ears, all she could think was how desperately she wanted to say yes…

"Um, you might want to say something now…" Nami warned her, "I think Luffy is moving your stuff in already."

"Huh?!" Kaya blinked in shock as her luggage was gone. She turned to see Luffy holding them all in his arms, grinning from ear to ear.

"Come on! I wanna meet this Usopp guy too!"

Kaya turned to see Merry smiling. "Don't worry about us, Miss Kaya. The house will always be ready when you return."

She could only wrap her arms around the butler, swearing that she would return with a grand tale of her own.

Kaya was not kidding when she said she spared no expense on the ship. At almost forty feet from front to back, it was a roomy vessel for the small crew. A full kitchen, bathroom with indoor plumbing and separate quarters for men and women complete with accordion walls for each bed for added privacy. Kaya showed them all the drawing pumps, devices mounted to bicycles that would collect and filter seawater as long as they pedaled. Everyone was quick to unpack and kick back, finally having some leg space and a hammock to sleep on.

The exception to that was Luffy as Kaya led him down the stairs and into the captain's quarters. A queen-sized bed with fine linens, a closet off to the side and even a private half-bath just for him.

"This is for me?" he asked.

"Of course! It's tradition for the captain to have private chambers."

Luffy didn't argue further as he flopped back on his new bed, giggling up a storm and quickly infecting Kaya with his cheer. Once he emptied out his barrel of belongings, he walked back on deck to find Kuina hauling out a cask from the galley.

"Figures we kick things off properly, right?" she laughed, tapping it in a second and soon the six were toasting cups of ale.

"From this day on, we are the Straw Hat Pirates!" Makino declared, "And this ship shall carry us all to our dreams!"

"CHEERS!"

Hours of dancing, drinking and bonding later, Luffy was contently tucking in to that same cozy mattress. A cannonball to the face couldn't have gotten him to stop smiling. It was finally happening! He had a crew, a ship, a map to the Grand Line, and a whole bunch of friends to share the journey with. He may have been miles away from the One Piece, but he knew this was only the beginning.

And just as he was about to drift asleep for the night, several knocks from his door jarred him awake.

"Nami?" he sensed.

"Luffy? Can I talk to you?" she asked through the door. The captain was quick to get up and let her in. She kept her head down as she entered, Luffy lighting the lamp on his bedside so she could see.

"You said you would do anything for a friend, right?"

"Well, yeah."

"And… I'm your friend?"

"Of course you are. Is this that thing you mentioned?"

"Yes, it is…" she sighed, "But, Luffy, before I say anything else… Promise me something?"

"What?"

"You can't get mad."

He tilted his head, making Nami do a brief double take. She had almost never seen him without his beloved hat. She shook her head and insisted, "Please, Luffy, I've never told this to anyone else outside of my home… I just need you to not jump to conclusions and listen, okay?"

"Alright."

The redhead took a long, deep breath as she moved over to the sleeve of her t-shirt. Luffy wondered what the problem was until he noticed something. Lines of blue on her skin. He watched as she rolled the sleeve up to her shoulder and bared a dark tattoo that took up most of her upper left arm.

Again he was lost until he noticed a strange pattern. What looked like the head of a swordfish with a serrated nose.

"Do you recognize it?"

"Hm?" Nami's eyes were hidden behind her bangs, radiating shame.

"It's the jolly roger of the Arlong Pirates… My crew."

"Wait, what? You were already a pirate?"

"Technically, but I was only their navigator. All I did was draw sea charts for them."

Luffy was now totally confused. "So, why did you agree to join my crew?"

"I… Was planning on robbing you," she bit out, "Just like I've been doing… For eight years now."

"Eight years?! But you're my age! You became a pirate when you were a little kid?!"

Nami then sat down and laid out everything. About how a shark fishman named Arlong stormed into her town eight years ago. About how he shot Nami's mother right in front of her for trying to fight him off. How he forced every citizen of Cocoyashi Village to pay for their lives. And how he made a ten-year-old Nami a deal: pay him 100 million beris and he would sell her the village.

"Damn…" he breathed at the end, "What's wrong with that guy?"

"Even by pirate standards, he's a monster…" Nami growled, "He goes on and on about 'filthy humans' and the 'superiority' of fishmen… How he's going to conquer the entire sea thanks to my maps. The only other thing he cherishes in the world is money. He taught me it was only thing that mattered…"

Nami then turned to look at him, her eyes filling with tears. "But then I met you… And I've seen how strong you are. How you keep smiling no matter what. And I felt something I never thought I'd feel again…"

Luffy gently wrapped an arm around her shivering shoulders, Nami leaning into his embrace as she began to sob.

"Luffy… Please… Help me beat Arlong… I can't go on like this…"

"Okay."

"I know it's impossible, and out of the way…"

"Nami?"

"But, I don't know where else to go. I can't possibly beat him myself, the Marines can't even get near him and-!"

"Nami!"

She stopped rambling as Luffy raised his voice, just enough to get her attention. "I said okay."

"R-Really?! Just like that?!"

"Of course, I would. I'd hate this jerk normally, but him doing this to you… I'd hunt him down to the ends of the world. Nobody hurts one of my friends."

"L-Luffy… I…"

The dam finally broke. Nami cried her eyes out, releasing years of anguish and hopelessness. Luffy just rubbed her back, offering as much comfort as possible. Inside, though, he was fuming. This Arlong was going to suffer for ever doing this to his Nami…

Once she started to calm down, Luffy handed her something to wipe her tearstained face. She took it, even blowing her nose into it, only to realize it was Luffy's vest.

"Sorry…"

"It's okay," he said, not batting an eye. She slowly got up and wrapped her arms around her captain.

"Thank you…" she whispered, "Thank you so much…"

"No problem, Nami. We're all going to help. If you want to tell the others, that's on you, okay?"

She shakily nodded, leaving the room and heading back to the women's quarters. She never even noticed Carina passing her by.

"Nami? Are you okay?"

And that was the end of the conversation. Figuring there was something serious, Carina headed back to her bed. She could get with Luffy another time. According to Makino, at least, he's always available.

The sun rose from the east on the Going Merry as it bobbed along the waves, still anchored. Makino cooked some sausage and eggs for everyone, with Luffy naturally eating more than all five women put together. Once their meal was done, the captain gave a serious look to Nami who simply nodded.

"We're going to Cocoyashi Village," he announced, "To beat a pirate named Arlong."

"Wait, you mean Arlong the Saw?" Kuina asked, "I get he's wanted for 20 million beris but…"

"Money has nothing to do with it. It's for Nami."

Everyone stared at the redhead, wondering what was going on. Though quiet at first, she soon retold the same story she gave Luffy last night. By the end of it, Kaya and Makino were in tears and Kuina was palming the handle of the Wado Ichimonji.

Carina, meanwhile, had her forehead planted against the table. When she looked up again, she was somewhere between aghast and angry at her old partner. "Why didn't you ever tell me?"

"Because I thought anyone else getting involved would be suicide. You don't think people have tried muscling in Arlong? They don't even get to port. He has his fishmen sink the boats before they can do anything."

"Not anymore."

Luffy stood from his seat, his arms crossed as he looked everyone in the eye. "We're going to flatten that bastard and his entire crew. If anyone has any problems, say it now."

Carina stood tall, curling her hands into fists. "You couldn't drag me away, Captain. If I knew that's what Nami needed the money we stole for, I would've handed it all to her. It's time to fix that mistake."

Nami watched as the other girls stood one by one, swearing that they were going to make the shark-man pay tenfold for all the pain they caused her. Another round of tears came, this time out of gratitude. She would've guessed they would all turn tail and ran but none of them even flinched.

"That's what a pirate crew is," Makino told her, "We never turn our backs on each other."

"And in the meantime," Luffy told them all, "It's finally time to start training all of you. Starting today, you're all going to learn Haki and the Six Powers."

"The what?"

"You'll see," Kuina told them.

And sure enough, Luffy had them all brought out to the main deck. While Nami charted a course back to the Conomi Islands, he began explaining the basis of what they would be learning. He demonstrated Observation by having Makino try and fail to hit him while he was blindfolded. He pulled off each of the Six Powers one after the other, amazing the group as they all assumed they were just thanks to his Devil Fruit.

"Okay, we're all set," Nami announced, "Assuming no squalls or current changes, our ETA will be about three weeks."

"Perfect. That'll give everyone enough time to learn. But before that… There's one other order of business."

He walked up to Kaya and Carina. "What I'm about to tell you doesn't leave the ship. Understand?"

Both nodded and got filled in on Luffy's status as the Avatar of Nika. While stunned at first, they were more surprised when he offered each of them a Devil Fruit power.

"Well, I have no real fighting experience," Kaya muttered, "So I'd be happy to take any help you're willing to give, Captain."

"And I want to punch that fish-freak in the face so I want something to help deck him!" Carina cheered, again making Nami smile.

"Great! You're first!"

Luffy placed a hand on the purplette's forehead, stunning her and Kaya when he suddenly jolted forward with golden light in his eyes. Once he was done, Carina stepped back and felt something new.

"Volume Set: Piano."

Carina didn't look any different but she sure sounded different. She began walking around but her footsteps were impossible to hear over the breeze and waves. She took a deep breath and shouted at the top of her lungs and out came an "AAAAAAAAAAAH!" so quiet they would have missed it if they weren't watching her.

"Volume Set: Mezzo-Forte."

Her peep of a voice suddenly went back to normal as she awed. "The Volume-Volume Fruit! I can have every thief's dream, to be almost totally silent!"

"Hmph… Lucky little…"

Nobody paid Nami's grumbling any mind. Kaya was next and though a touch nervous, she stood still as Luffy bestowed her power. Luffy stepped back, leaving the blonde to stare at her hands until she held them in front of her.

The air shimmered in front of her palms until several tiny crystal shards formed, making both Nami and Carina ooh and ahh until she pushed her arms forward. The little gems flew forward with the force of bullets, embedding themselves in the kitchen door.

"The Gem-Gem Fruit…" she marveled, "It's… Amazing."

"Aw, man!" Nami groaned, "These are cubic zirconia! We couldn't give these away!"

"I thought we were pirates, not hustlers," Kuina sighed, "Besides, shut up and get your fruit power already."

"Huh?! Me? You want me to-?"

Luffy just nodded, smiling as usual. "You're a member of our crew. And I want you to help take back your home."

The pirate thief turned navigator couldn't bare to speak, again. She just accepted and let Luffy do his thing. Once Luffy stepped away, Nami looked thoughtful before glancing down at her feet. She hopped into the air and everyone saw something fluffy and white cover her feet. When she landed back on the deck, a cloud several feet wide sprung out.

Nami yelped in surprise as she was bounced back into the air and ended up tumbling away from her new trampoline. Thankfully Luffy was there to catch her.

"The Nimbus-Nimbus Fruit… It's pretty fitting…"

She looked up at Luffy's face, clearly pleased with her. "Thank you so much, Captain…"

Nami then planted a kiss on his cheek, making him chuckle. Makino and Kuina just shared a look, then both stared at Carina. The purplette nodded with a smile before wondering something.

"How are clouds going to help someone fight?"

"There's no such thing as bad Devil Fruits, only people who don't know how to use them," Luffy told them all, "I can teach you a lot of things, but your powers are totally up to you."

The rest of the day turned into a blur as Luffy proved to be the epitome of tough but fair. He pushed them through exercise after exercise until they tapped out When Kaya was the first to drop after only ten minutes, Luffy told her that she could only go up from here and handed her an old black book to read. Nami and Carina fell after about an hour, both thieves realizing that being pirates meant a whole lot more work. Makino joined their line second to last, having a fair amount of experience with his training, lasted three hours and picked up the black book from Carina.

It took over six hours, but even Kuina was run ragged and took her place at the end of the line and read through the Six Powers for herself. Makino and Nami helped prepare some lunch for everyone and asking each other questions on the things they all just read. Once Kuina was done, Luffy took the tome back.

"This book is a one-of-a-kind," he told them all, "We don't let anybody get their hands on it. Understood?"

"Yes, Captain!" all of them crowed, knowing that they had a serious advantage. Any one of those skills would be a huge assets, let alone all of them. But given how outlandish the techniques were, they were going to need a lot of practice.

Once the sun set for the day, everyone headed into the kitchen for a nice, quiet meal. And as soon as training was over, Luffy was back to being a lovable goofball who was all fun and games. And come that night in bed, he was once again thankful for everything he had… And then someone knocked on his door.

"Captain, may I come in?"

"Sure."

Carina gently opened the door and sauntered inside, making Luffy look at her wide hips and half-lidded eyes.

"So, Makino told me about a little arrangement you have with Kuina…"

"Yeah? Are you interested?"

"Oh, I've been interested since the minute I saw you…" She sat down right next to him, drawing his eyes to the ample cleavage from the same black dress she met him in, "And it just feels right, you know? Taking me in, letting me have a cut of all the treasure…"

Luffy placed a hand on her shoulder. "I don't want you to think you have to do this…"

"…And because I think you're an amazing man," she finished, her voice growing sincere as she wrapped her arms around him, "Luffy, I never thought I'd actually get lucky enough to meet someone like you. Please, I want to do this…"

He brought his lips to hers, only fully embracing her when she started kissing back. He opened his eyes and was surprised to see Nami peeking in, the redhead hastily walking away with a flustered "Sorry!" as she left.

"Oops, sorry…" Carina apologized, "Let me straighten this out. You just stay here…"

The captain did just that until the two ladies returned, Nami rubbing her arm. Luffy now noticed her different shirt, a blue tank top that hugged her figure more tightly. She also switched out her skirt for a pair of short black shorts. Clearly, Nami was looking to entice the captain herself.

"Look, I didn't mean to interrupt…" she insisted, "I… I know it's silly but…"

"Nami, nobody is making you do anything," her old friend assured, "I just didn't want you scared off. I'm guessing you wanted to thank Luffy here for helping with your problem. I want to thank him for the new opportunity. So, why don't we thank him together?"

The redhead blushed like mad, not wanting to admit that a tiny part of her adored the idea. Before Nami could say anything, though, Carina placed a gentle hand under her chin.

"I'm sorry I didn't know about Arlong. So, you want to hear a secret of mine?"

"Um, okay?"

The purplette leaned in, her voice husky and deep. "I think you're the sexiest little thing I've ever met…"

Nami's eyes shrunk to pinpricks. Her heart raced in her chest. She stared hungrily into the other woman's gaze. "Oh, do you think so too? Do you like seeing me in this teeny-tiny, skimpy dress?"

"Yes… I do…"

"Then come on, Nami. Let's give our Captain here a night he'll never forget…"

(Cue Sex Scene)

Luffy actually pinched himself as Nami and Carina locked lips, both moaning as they let out years of pent-up desire. Their tongues slapped loudly as they sucked each other's face off, their tits mashing together in their revealing clothes.

Steam started puffing out of Luffy's nose as he stomped up to them both, making them break away. A strand of saliva connected their lips until Nami glanced down.

"Hot damn…" she gasped, "No wonder you need so many women, Captain…"

"Let's get you taken care of before you end up ripping your pants…" Carina unbuttoned Luffy's jorts before his erection could tear through them, wowing both ladies as his cock throbbed in need.

Both women got to their knees, Carina pulling her dress off and Nami removing her tank top.

"Go on, Captain… Make a choice!"

"Whose titties do you want? Me or Nami's?"

"Both."

"Excellent choice!" they parroted, happy to finally meet a man they actually wanted to seduce. Once he laid back on the bed, Luffy moaned in bliss as two pairs of decadent E-cups swaddled his schlong, the girls swirling their tongues around the bulbous tip and down the sides.

"Mmm, so much yummy pre-cum…"

"Captain, you taste so good!"

They alternated going up and down and moving in unison, coating his raging rod in saliva and sweat from their breasts. Luffy quickly found his patience running thin and jerking his hips to hurry them along. Both girls rushed to engulf Luffy's head, Nami ended up winning and sucking off Luffy as he came, hard. The redhead had to back off as a small geyser of semen burst forth, giving her and Carina plenty to lap up.

Luffy panted slightly, having never climaxed that fast. These two were on another level, but he was still far from done. The sight of the girls slurping up his cum, and groaning in delight at the flavor, quickly pushed his erection to rise again.

"Ooh, I love a man with stamina!" Carina gushed, "Come on, Captain, you still wanna pound me, don't you?"

The riled-up ruffian's answer was to hurriedly run behind Carina, lift up both her legs and leave her helpless to stop him from thrusting inside her dripping snatch.

"FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!"

"Oh hot damn…" Nami panted, the most aroused she'd ever been, "Fuck, get her… And do me next!"

"Of course!" Luffy grunted as he made Carina scream and holler with each buck of his hips, "I'm not gonna leave one of you out! I love you all! And I'm gonna fuck you all just the same!"

Nami's fingers schlicked in and out of her own pussy as she watched her old partner and crush get her cunny smashed, eventually deciding she just had to get a closer look. She moved between her captain's legs, watching drop after drop of pussy juice and pre-cum fell to the floor and gathered into a puddle.

Then she looked up and noticed the two hefty sacks swinging in time with Luffy's body. She could hear every clap they made with his muscular legs and a truly naughty grin lit up her face. Nami hadn't been able to cut loose in years, so why not let her own dirty side show?

Carina didn't notice any of it, too busy getting the best sex she could ever remember. Even if her hunky new captain wasn't the biggest stud she'd ever seen, she would still be a gibbering mess. His hands went to town on her tits, further trapping her legs and leaving her helpless. Each hammering made her yelp and squeal, eyes rolling back into her head from the unbridled pleasure.

Then Luffy growled, thanks to Nami fondling and polishing his balls, and made him speed up. Carina howled like a banshee as she came yet again before finally feeling her captain's peak. A rush of white-hot cum flooded into her, bringing Carina's umpteenth orgasm of the night.

The purplette was left on the bed, tongue out and gasping for breath from the greatest experience of her life.

"You ready?" he looked down to see Nami, crawling out from his legs with an impish grin.

"Oh yes…" She simply turned around on the floor and lifted up her legs, swaying her ass from side to side, "I want to be yours, Luffy…"

The Captain clamped down on her hips and shoved his still-raging boner inside, taking Nami doggy-style on the floor.

"AAAAAAAAAAAH! LUFFYYYYYYYYYYY!"

Nami let her tongue out as she humped her hips back, letting go of all her stress and worry for just tonight. Tomorrow, she would worry about Arlong. Tonight, her only job was to get her pussy plowed by her total stud of a captain who she'd fallen in love with.

"Ugh! Ugh! Damn, Nami… I love you!"

"I love you too, Luffy! NOW SHUT UP AND FUCK ME EVEN HARDEEEEEEEEEEEER!"

"Hehehehehe…" Carina giggled as she rubbed her tender pussy, "I'm glad to finally see you lighten up, Nami. We're gonna have so much fun together…"

The navigator could only yell in agreement as Luffy creamed her pussy but she instantly started riding him again. On and on they went for rest of the night, switching between hogging his rod and sharing it to make Luffy explode all over them both. It was well after midnight when both ladies snuggled up close as they kissed his cheeks goodnight, all of them immensely grateful for their new life together.

(End Sex Scene)

Days had passed on the Going Merry, sailing westward until they reached Nami's home. It was a quiet moment for the crew as Luffy called a break from their training. Kaya was reading one of her medical books in a lawn chair brought from below deck. It might have been just from trying to diagnose her condition, but the blonde wanted to act as a nurse until they could get a fully fledged doctor on board.

Elsewhere was Carina working on her powers as a volume woman. She clearly seen what happened when she lowered her sound level. Now, what would happen if she raised it?

"Volume Set: Forte."

Carina snapped her fingers and had to snap her head back when a loud, echoing bang hit. She could feel the railing tremble under her hand.

"Okay, going to have to be very careful practicing that…" she remarked with her volume back to normal. It would not do to accidentally blow the ship up, after all.

Nami was also experimenting on her own. Once she had gotten her head around summoning clouds, she found it as easy as breathing.

She had created a tiny little nimbus, just barely bigger than her palm. She poked it and watched the puff spring back into shape. She squeezed it in her hand and felt it tighten and condense but it didn't burst. She shook it around and was surprised to see it go from white to gray, her hand feeling damp. She opened and gasped as a trickle of rain fell to the deck.

"Of course, clouds release rain when the water inside is too condensed… Wait, does that mean these can generate lightning?!"

"Probably."

Nami yelped in surprise, throwing her cloud in shock. Makino just blew it away with a gust of breath, giggling while Nami sulked.

"Don't sneak up on me!"

"Sorry, I just know I was pretty lost when I got my fruit. I ended up injuring myself trying to use it too much."

As the two continued to talk, Kuina was taking a brief rest in the crow's nest. She looked up at the jolly roger happily swaying in the breeze and laughed. Leave it to Luffy to think a skull with a giant grin and a copy of his straw hat on would make them look like fierce pirates.

She then looked down at the sash of fabric on her arm, figuring it was time to get back to training. Rather than climb down, the swordswoman leapt off of the perch and ended up crashing down right as she noticed something – a presence approaching the ship.

Luffy walked out from below deck with a smile only to pause. He walked over to the side and watched a man in a blue jacket and white shorts on a raft sail up next to their ship.

"Hello?"

"Gah!" the stranger yelped, his sunglasses almost falling off his face, "Damn, I've been spotted!"

"Who are you?"

"That doesn't matter, pirate! Don't think I can't beat you without the element of surprise!"

"That voice…"

Luffy turned and saw Kuina walking up next to him, peering over the edge and gasping in surprise. "Johnny?!"

"Holy crap, Kuina?! What are you doing on a pirate ship?!"

"A friend of yours?"

"He's one of my old partners," she explained, "Speaking of which, where's Yosaku?"

Once it was clear this was no enemy, Luffy leapt down onto his raft and helped him and the sick guy lying flat on his back onto the Going Merry. Everyone gathered around as they saw another man, wearing a green jacket and boxing headgear, take harsh, ragged breaths into his blue face.

"Oh, it's been horrible!" Johnny cried, "Yosaku here has been sick for days and just keeps getting worse! I was going to rob you …"

"'Was' being the key word, right?" Nami said cheerfully, right as a black cloud appeared behind her and crackled with lightning.

"Y-Yeah, I swear, no stealing! I'd never screw with friends of Big Sis Kuina! Plus, I don't want money! Please, just help Yosaku!"

"Hmmm…" Kaya knelt down and started checking all of his vitals, grateful that his heart sounded normal. "What have you both been eating recently?"

"Eh, mostly salted meat and hardtack. Oh, and booze. We just had a pretty big payday!"

"Well, there's your problem!" Nami sighed, "Even I would've guessed, he's got scurvy!"

Makino turned to Luffy and asked him to grab the barrel of limes from the cargo bay. Once he was back, he started squeezing the citrus and letting the juice drip into the ailing man's mouth. A few minutes later Yosaku gasped for life as his face returned to normal.

"Oh, wow, I'm saved! Thanks, Mr. Pirate!"

Johnny quickly grabbed Yosaku and started dancing in circles, prancing around like kids as they shouted in joy.

"Wait a second…" Carina whispered into Kuina's ear, "You partnered up with these two?"

"They weren't sexist pricks, and they were pretty useful at navigating. I only stopped because I wanted to go after bigger catches."

That did make everyone raise an eyebrow when the two introduced themselves as "the world's greatest bounty hunters." While they each had a sizeable Nakiri sword on their waste, no one considered them much of a threat. At the very least, they were immensely grateful for the rescue.

"Now let this be a lesson to you both," Kaya told them gently, "Living at sea has certain risks. You need a proper diet or else you catch this."

"Speaking of which," Nami mentioned, "We should find a cook for ourselves before we all catch scurvy. Plus, no offense, Makino…"

"I know, I know, grilled meat for every meal isn't the best…"

"Yes, it is!" Luffy whined before getting bonked on the head by Kuina, "OW!"

"Good news, Captain! I'm starting to get the hang of Armament Haki!

"Oh, you guys need to find a cook?" Johnny asked, "I know the perfect place you can get one!"

"Yeah! Plus, we wanna thank you for the save! How about we lead you to this place, it's the best restaurant around!"

The crew was skeptical until Nami got the coordinates and realized it was barely out of the way. She didn't mind the slight detour and thus the whole crew was now looking forward to a nice meal at the Baratie.

And so that makes three more girls on the crew and two more for the entourage! Kaya will get her time later, but next up we ahve a restaurant to see and a few faces you might remember... And one surprise.
