A boy with tall height and a cocky gaze stared at me and Reggie like he owned the entire hall, and he said with a snort, "Move."
I held Reggie in my arms, and Reggie held onto me with a faint trembling that I could feel, and I assured him by patting his back.
I forced a smile, "Hey, you didn't have to push us like that, you could've just walked past us instead of shoving us to the side."
I gently moved Reggie to the side and pushed the tall boy by the chest hard till he was startled by my courage.
He looked at me and narrowed his gaze toward me, "You must be new here, otherwise you wouldn't have the balls to do this."
I rolled my shoulder like I wanted to stretch my muscles, and I rolled my hands into a fist. I gave the arrogant boy the last glance and didn't give him another word.
I punched him hard in the face. The boy's face was hard like a rock, but caved under my hard fist, and a loud, sickening cracking sound echoed across the hall along with whispers and shock.
