After breakfast Gary started preparing himself to leave for work. He works at a shop, where the shop is located at the most populated place in the city. The business is to sell farming tools to weapons, every type of tools could be found there.
He is only a supervisor in that shop, but the salary is to look for. Also the owner of the Shop is a noble, who actually helps Gary whenever he is in financial trouble. The noble always looks after the people who they works for him. That's also the reason why the Shop is well known in city. Here people can get quality goods at fair price when compared to some other shops. Also here all types of tools could be found for various purposes, so many people would like to buy here.
The most the Shop is famous for its natural elemental weapons. They forge these weapons by themselves, by excavating natural elements that are produced by nature itself. Another reason for why the Shop is famous because they extract those elements by themselves without having any third-party to sell for them. That's the reason the Shop sells cheap yet fantastic weapons.
After Gary left for work, Emma also started doing house work, where she asked Triss to go play in his room. Their house had only 2 room, where 1 room was for his parents while another room was for him. Although they would would still make him sleep beside them because he was still a child, so his room is only used for playing or to store some thing's.
Other than room's there is a kitchen, toilet, washroom and hall. This house had all basic necessities for daily life, also from Gary's salary they are leading a normal life of middle class family. Because the house was their own and also they didn't have any loan or other. They themselves own a land in pretty safe place, where they grow rice.
Triss went to his room and started talking to himself. 'Good thing i asked mom about the power system instead of trying to understand myself by reading books, because while being explained by others I can understand fastly also they would think it's natural for a child to ask first about it instead of trying to understand themselves. Like what are the possibilities are there of 11 month child starts reading books, that won't look natural at all from others perspective'
'Also these languages are tough to read man. Like why can't they create English like language, the name of language is also weird asf , like name of the language is gyren. Also they are still reluctant of bringing me out of the house. Hey let me explore our City man. I have only been roaming around our house and our lawn. Also i don't know the name of City itself. Huh.. just how much there is to learn. And interestingly There is total 12 months but it seems the days are 377 days instead of 375 well obviously it's different world'.

' yesterday mom told me about elemental affinity and all, what will she say today'. Pondering Triss started to walk towards his mother, who was sitting on a chair while talking to Gary.
Triss came near his mother and asked " mom you said you will continue today". Triss asked his mom. Then Emma turned towards Triss and smiled "Today your dad will continue okay, i have to prepare Breakfast. Today your dad will be free today. So ask him every question you want okay ". Emma stood from her chair patted Triss while lifting him giving him towards his father Gary.
Gary brought Triss on his laps and asked "How much did mom told you, do remember everything Triss". Asked Gary while smiling.
"huh.. i remember mom told me elemental affinity, rare cases of affinity, huh... And what age our power awakens". Triss replied.
Then Gary spoke " Hmm.. let's see, okay i will explain more about those affinities. As your mom told you humans commonly have 2 random elemental affinity. As for me i have affinity towards fire and soil. While your mom has affinity towards lightning and water. But in this also there are power difference. Every human have stages for corresponding affinities"
" There are total 7 stages for each affinities, basically you become strong for each stage". Suddenly Triss spoke " How can we know when wehave gone to next stage ". Asked Triss curiously.
Gary replied " My son is already this much curious huh.. well before you move from stage 1 to stage 2 at that time you would have pain all over your body. But when you move to stage 2 those pain on your body will be relaxed. Basically assimilated pain would be converted to relaxing sensation. Those sudden turn of pain to relax indicates you have moved to next stage. Now is there other thing you want to ask ".
Triss replied " Yes, there is so much. How can one go to stage 1, also what stage of affinity is dad and mom is, also sometimes i here interesting about the job you work dad what is it ".
Gary got bewildered by the questions Triss asked, cause normally at these age children would like to play or do something but seeing how his curious about affinity power was shocking for him but soon his expression went from surprise to smile and replied " Triss those are some good question you asked, let's see for first the government itself makes a ritual every year for children who have turned 14, although if the children have already joined academy and among those specific academy if they conduct their own ritual for those 14 year old, then they don't have to join the ritual that is conducted by government "
"The government conducts these rituals at the start of new year and at the middle of the same year. The ritual at the New year is given priority for those who are turning 14 before 7th month at that year. Well the 2nd ritual is given priority for those who are turning 14 after the 6th month. That ritual is conducted at 7th month. The same rule is also applied for academy as well, because not matter who try to awakens these affinity before restricted dates they would just burn the resources for ritual without achieving anything" occasionally Gary would see Triss expression if he was bored or not. But Triss was actually attentively listening to his father's every word. Seeing that he would explain sometimes in even more detail.
" As for second question, both of my fire and soil affinity is at stage 3. For your mom her lightning affinity is at stage 3 while water affinity is at stage 2"
" Also in order to move towards next stage one should have understanding of their own body, like how much work and effort should they pour for next stage. So many can't move towards stage 4 because they all starts to be exhausted of all the work, also not only you have to train your body you have to join facilities that are directed by government because from then on you have have external resources for your help to move for next stage. Those external resources are provided by military, government or other facilities run through government. There is also private facilities that are run by rich nobles those also provide these external resources"
" For the third question, my job is to supervise that all the products and all that items that are brought to our Shop is safe and nothing goes missing. I have to supervise others if we have got any defective product and all. Like that is my job. But I know the real question you asked was for natural elemental weapons right?" Asked Gary while smiling.
Triss immediately nodded indicating yes, his father laughed a little and explained " Those weapons are called natural elemental weapons in short form NEW they are made from the materials that are naturally formed in nature. People buy these weapons according to their own affinity. Like i am proficient in Archery, so i have a bow that has properties of fire and soil so it can handle both types of arrows that have been forged from materials that has natural elemental properties of fire and soil".
While Gary was answering the questions Triss was asking, soon house was filled with fragrance of breakfast. Emma had brought food towards table and called both of them to join. Today Emma had made scrambled eggs along with well smashed potatoes that was served with curry. For past few days they are eating soft and easily digestible food because of Triss. Since his diet had changed recently from only milk type of food to daily food.
"Okay, now your mom is calling We will continue this afterwards". Triss and Gary immediately stood from the stool and started walking towards table to join Emma.
