" It's fine darling." Melinda said before hugging her husband tightly. " I'm a bit tired from the ride over here, so I'll just get some rest, please do try to entertain lady Victoria. I think it would be a shame to turn her down after she's sought you out herself." Melinda said after letting go of her husband.
Su Ping was silent for a moment, he still tried understanding what Melinda's aim was but in the end he decided to trust her.
" Fine then." Su Ping said before turning towards the fair maiden.
" If you don't mind being accompanied by my humble self, then I'm willing to entertain you for a stroll."
" How delightful." Victoria smiled, her expression brightening a bit. " Please follow me." She said before taking the lead." Su Ping stepped out the door and closed it.
