"Monsters?" I quizzed.
"Two huge black dogs with teeth which could shred you to pieces in seconds" she answered in a flustered tone. I could not help myself and smiled.
"You are afraid of dogs?"
"Extremely!!" She exclaimed. I looked at her for a moment while she was still glancing behind me as if expecting Zeus and Apollo to enter.
"I also have a meeting with my dad today. Why don't you wait for me here while I get dressed, then we can go together to his office?" I proposed. Her eyes quickly darted over my undressed state, and she took a big step to my side and held her hands up before apologizing.
"I am really sorry.... Really sorry... hmm. I will wait for you there" She walked close to the window putting a measurable distance between us and then turned her back. I watched her as she stood rigidly with her back to me. This was my first. A woman turning her gaze while I dressed. I chuckled and thought this was a crazy day but it was no easy plight getting dressed with her in the room. I saw her shoulders tensed when I opened my zip to tuck in my shirt. I dressed in record time taking care not to move too much because with each step I could see her tensing. She might be thinking I would attack her. Even though she was tempting, I wanted to let her know that I attack only those who want to be attacked. But I refrained from causing her more stress and decided to finish silently.
"You may turn" I called out and she did so hesitantly. When she was satisfied that I was dressed, she went to collect her bag on the floor waiting for me to make the first step out.
I opened the door and looked outside.
"You may come out; they are not here" She gingerly stepped out and we started to walk towards Dad's office. She remained cautious every now and then checking every corner for Zeus and Apollo. Just as I was about to tell her to relax, those two lads decided to come down. I heard her scream and she hid herself into my chest murmuring against my neck.
"Please save me"
I automatically put my arm around her to pull her closer and with the other hand stopped Zeus and Apollo.
"Lads! Not now! Sit!" I ordered them and they sat obediently waiting for me. Her whole body was pressed against mine and I could feel all her curves. Her erratic hot breaths were against my neck, and I swear I could feel her lips just below my neck. It did not help that she smelled heavenly, and her soft curves were perfectly crushed against my hard muscles. I could feel some hardening happening in a place it should not happen, and I refrained myself from groaning and tap her on the shoulder.
"Let's go" I said as gently as I could. She slowly removed her body from my embrace and looked around checking where the lads were.
"Trust me. They won't hurt you". I told her and she nodded before realizing how close she was to me. She jumped away from me and I instantly regret the absence of her curves but I let her go. Her hand was still holding my jacket tightly and we started to move slowly with her keeping her glance on the lads. After reaching Dad's office, I closed the door behind me and said,
"You are safe. They are outside."
She nodded absently and when she looked at me, I could not help but smile at her. She looked at me confusingly for some seconds before she gathered her thoughts.
"Thank You" she said weakly.
"You are welcome" I replied and continued
"You know you are safe right. I am right here, and I won't leave you alone".
She looked at me as if I was talking in a foreign language and lifted her one eyebrow. Her eyes were still searching for a sense of my words when I motioned towards my jacket.
She finally noticed that she was holding my jacket and gasped. She quickly released it and then tried to smooth the creases. Her act was making me lose control and I held her hand. I simply shook my head because I knew if I opened my mouth, it would be to take her luscious lips. She looked confusingly at me and simply stepped away from me. What is it about this woman that was giving me uncontrolled reactions like this?
We were silent for a few moments, and she finally said.
"Thank You for saving me."
I nodded and it occurred to me that I did not know her name. I was about to ask her when my father entered and greeted her fondly.
