"Where's the ship? Where's our pirate ship?"
"Over there," Luffy pointed to the boat outside the window.
"Don't worry, I will get a big pirate ship in the future. I also want a pirate flag."
Luffy's Fantasy
Coby: "I think Mr. Luffy is born without a plan."
"Coby, be more confident and get rid of your feelings. Luffy just doesn't have a plan."
Hearing this, Zoro covered his forehead and said helplessly, "Should I regard this guy as the captain?"
"Oh, right!" Zoro turned to look at Lock Always: "Lock Always, when did you join this guy's pirate group?"
"Yesterday! Why are you asking?"
"Nothing, I just want to know why you are willing to be a crew member of this stupid captain."
"Haha~" Lock always smiled. "The reason lies in the question you just asked."
Zoro reacted immediately after hearing this and said in surprise: "Hey, hey, hey, is this true? What kind of reason is this? Who would join just because the captain is an idiot?"
Lock always pointed at himself: "I am!"
Zoro sighed and said, "Forget it. Although our pirate group is not good in all aspects, there are two devil fruit ability users on the ship, and the combat power can be said to be luxurious."
(In the East Blue Sea, you can hardly find two fruit-bearing users on a ship.)
"Zoro, Lock is not a devil fruit user but a magician," Luffy explained before Lock could speak.
"Mage? What is that?"
Zoro looked at Lock, always in confusion — this had touched upon Zoro's blind spot in knowledge.
"You can understand it as that I can use abilities similar to those of devil fruits, but without being cursed," Lock briefly explained.
Speaking of curses, Lock purification magic could remove the curse of the devil fruit, but he seemed to have forgotten this, so he did not remove the curse for Luffy.
"So that's how it is. Do you have a special ability that doesn't allow you to be cursed?" Zoro murmured.
Da da da—
Just then, several marines came in.
The leading lieutenant said to Luffy and the other two:
"Hello, I heard you are pirates, right?" (The lieutenant who was beaten by Morgan.)
"Yes, we just formed a pirate group," Luffy replied with a smile.
"I see. Since you are pirates, please leave this town. At least morally, we won't inform our headquarters that you're here," the navy lieutenant said seriously.
"What are you talking about, Navy?!"
"It was this group of people who saved us, how could you chase them away?!"
"You are also afraid that Morgan will succumb to him? If it weren't for them, we might still be suffering from Morgan's oppression now!"
"They are our saviors!"
"Yes, yes!"
The people in the tavern shouted at the lieutenant.
Hearing this, Luffy stood up from the stool and said with a smile: "Let's go then."
Then Luffy looked at Rika's mother and said, "Boss lady, thank you for your hospitality."
After that, Luffy walked out the door. Lock always, and Zoro followed.
"Wait, isn't this guy your companion? Why doesn't he go with you?"
The lieutenant pointed at Coby, who was still in the tavern, and asked.
Hearing this, Luffy came to Coby, pointed at his head, and told him that Coby had been a pirate under the command of the pirate for two years.
Lock Always, of course, knew what Luffy wanted to do. He deliberately made Coby angry to prove that Coby had nothing to do with his group.
"Stop talking!" Coby punched Luffy because he was afraid that this incident would end his naval career before it began.
Bang—
Luffy, who was punched, showed a "kind" smile:
"No, I asked you to hit me, and you hit me!"
Then Luffy raised his fist and punched Coby in the face.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
Luffy punched Coby in the face more than ten times.
At this moment, Lock always patted Luffy's shoulder and said, "Okay, that's enough. If this goes on, Coby won't be able to bear it."
Luffy stopped.
Lock always glanced at the Navy Lieutenant, who understood and said loudly:
"Okay, I already know that you are not in cahoots with him. Now, please leave!"
After Luffy and the others left, Coby realized that Luffy had done this on purpose.
"In the end, I still relied on that person. What an idiot I am," Coby thought, watching Luffy's departing back.
Then Coby stood up and asked the lieutenant to join the Navy with a determined look on his face.
When the lieutenant was still hesitating, Coby said, "I want to be a naval officer."
The lieutenant approved Coby to join the Navy.
Shore—
"Your acting just now was terrible. You might be exposed right away. Am I right, Lock Always?"
"You're right, but it's already the limit of what Luffy can think of."
Zoro and Lockalwayss complained together about the self-tormenting trick that Luffy and Coby had just performed.
"It doesn't matter. I believe Coby will take care of the rest," Luffy said with a smile.
Lock Always: "It's no problem. That marine is a good guy and won't make things difficult for Kebi."
Zoro: "Yes, this is indeed a good method."
The three of them put their luggage on the boat: Luffy's bag, Zoro's sword, and Lock Always himself.
"Mr. Luffy!"
Upon hearing this, Luffy and the other two looked at Coby, Rika, who had arrived at the shore.
Coby saluted Luffy and shouted, "Mr. Luffy, I will never forget your kindness!"
Zoro looked at the people on the shore and said, "I've never seen a pirate being thanked by the navy."
Lock always said this was the second time he had seen it — the first time being on his mobile phone screen.
Then Luffy raised the sail and sailed away.
Luffy shouted to Coby: "See you next time, Coby!"
"Goodbye, Mr. Luffy!"
"Goodbye, big brother and long-haired brother!" Rika waved her little hands towards Lock Always and Zoro.
"Everyone, salute!" the naval lieutenant shouted.
Hearing this, all the marines saluted in unison towards Luffy and the other two, and only lowered their hands when the boat was no longer visible.
The lieutenant put down his hand and turned to the marines:
"Because our salute just now violated the Navy's military law, all officers and soldiers will be punished by not being able to eat for three days. Do you understand?"
"Clear!"
Nami looked at the blueprint taken from Morgan's office and said, "The Grand Line map was taken by my Buggy Pirates."
"Does Buggy have the route map?"
After thinking about it, Nami put away the map, got on her boat, and left the town.
