Alright guys, again, what if all job positions get filled? And there are still poor people? Like myself?
I have two general ideas for how to solve this.
Option A: Make welfare real for the whole nation, and I dunno, the world if we get bored and let them copy this copium lifestyle. We at bare minimum need welfare on these things: free food, water, wi-fi, free sources of entertainment. Such as streaming services, and maybe even a fund for new videogames or movies. And if we're super based, free drugs once a day. I'm thinking a gram of weed a day with a bowl to smoke out of. Or like, a fifth of vodka.
And of course, free housing. Which means the government has to get rid of rent and let us own our homes. Basically just stealing them from landlords, and handing them out to all homeless people. While taking care of all our needs. And some wants too. Maybe a decent budget for having fun still.
Option B: We all get forced into homeless shelters and eventually Mental Hospitals too. I would honestly prefer Mental Hospitals. Why? They are basically Senior Citizen Care lifestyles, with honestly less freedom in the normal set up. But if we just adjust it on a attitude and lifestyle level, all Mental Hospitals can easily be homeless shelters. Already they should have everything they need to keep you sustained on even a entertainment level. Food is available at least as a structure to order it regularly, with crews to cook it.
And this can be made even easier if we just agree to be cool and let us keep our personal entertainment devices we already own such as our smartphones, laptops, desktop computers, and video game consoles like my Xbox One S. And be cool to us broke people and give us some stuff to make entertainment work based on 'I was poor bro, please be based.' And in my case, I just need a tv to plug my Xbox's hdmi cord into so I can get a good screen to game on.
Even doing the bare minimum of smartphones and a good charger plus plugs in our bedrooms to charge our phone would be perfect for any homeless shelter or mental hospital turned homeless shelter.
And if we lean into Mental Hospitals a bit soft and hard, it is a good set up for two things.
One, a good bare minimum for giving out free stuff can be obtained by just doing the job of making sure you're mentally stable. And not a cringe rapist or something disturbing.
Two, their staff can still be useful as therapists for the sad reality that is: We all ran out of jobs and without a source of money, none of us can be cool anymore. Except with basic creative skills such as writing stories, making art, or being a youtuber or twitch livestreamer doing Just Chatting or Gaming. And that's if we get gaming consoles with wi-fi good enough for a gaming career. Or a Just Chatting career from your phone. And let you do that during your lifetime stay in the Homeless Shelter or Mental Hospital turned Homeless Shelter.
And then we all compete on a worldly scale against all the pre-established, epic writers of mankind such as Stephen King, Jim Butcher, and Dan Harmon. Who for the first like, 50 years or so of 'We all went broke and into homeless shelters' life, will still be rich enough to wreck us creatively with a hollywood team, animators, other writers helping, basically they're still rich. And wreck broke creators like myself with more money, getting real people to act for them in their movies or tv shows, and already being famous too.
So be prepared to give out therapy for the 'I can't ever hope to be based ever' society that will reign for all time after we all admit we ran out of jobs. And we must accept we've done everything on a functional level.
Cause legitimately guys, we can't advance society any further to myself. Without doing an anime version of a move we already do. Like a teleport. Or instantly installing a door like we're in The Sims making a house. Even cutting the space out for the door, and filling it in with like, two minutes of work. Which being that epic at construction work would eliminate the construction economy entirely.
And we will run out of work eventually for everything that isn't framed as being a constant, ever flowing business. Which from my perspective, is just creating stuff to be sold. It then being sold at a near constant basis to justify restocking the shelves all day. And maybe doing ads once in a while to make it work.
Which to meet this epic category, there is only food, drinks, and normalized drugs like weed and liquor. All other industries fill up shelves eventually and just, stand around. Waiting to be sold. These are the only categories that have never ending work. And honestly, they still sit too long on the shelves in my hometown. Even the weed does. Truly sad, I know.
We can sustain ourselves. But we must accept the loser reality of 'We ran out of jobs. Time to go to the homeless shelter.'
Cause we need shelter to survive comfortably.
Otherwise, we must make welfare real on all fronts for a good civilian lifestyle to instead live in our homes. And not be in Senior Healthcare Homes, but early cause society crashed.
Which all fronts again are shelter costs, water bill, electricity, wi-fi bill, food, drinks, entertainment items like videogames, movies, tv shows, and even unique forms of entertainment if you decide to be nice to us. Like a videogame console. And finally if you're super epic and based, free drugs like weed and liquor. Again, I'm thinking one free gram of weed a day. Or a fifth of vodka, or a strong liquor. Or we're feeling like light alcohol to give out, a six pack of beer for each individual.
