Once the Academy of Immortality was designated and secured, a magnificent building, standing several hundred meters high, instantly materialized from the ground. Its structure, primarily composed of marble with subtle steel accents, exuded a profound sense of solemnity and grandeur. Atop the Academy of Immortality, several obscured Astra Militarum statues were depicted trampling Tyranid corpses and wielding various weapons. Immediately, an invisible fluctuation rapidly spread from the newly formed Academy, extending throughout the entire planet and into the vastness of outer space. The Academy of Immortality's "veteran" effect was not instantaneous, but rather a gradual, imperceptible improvement. Therefore, the soldiers on Avarax would not suddenly feel a surge of combat experience in their minds. Instead, over the next few months, they would slowly acquire a wealth of combat experience not typically available at their current level.
After a dozen seconds, Marcus exited the miraculous "God's-eye view" and returned to his normal perspective. Several panicked officials and ministers burst through the door and entered. "My Lord, an unknown structure has suddenly appeared in the Upper Hive!"
After calmly scolding them and telling them to compose themselves, Marcus slowly walked to the window and pulled back the curtains. Even from the top floor of the Hive City, he could clearly see the magnificent Academy of Immortality in the Upper Hive area. "What are you panicking about? This is absolutely a miracle of the Emperor! Didn't you see the statues of Imperial soldiers on top?" Marcus quickly distanced himself from any direct connection to the Academy of Immortality. "What are you standing around for? Quickly send people to explore it, and I will personally go down to inspect it." The officials, realizing their blunder, immediately retreated to organize manpower and begin exploring the interior of the Academy of Immortality.
Looking at the Academy of Immortality below, Marcus didn't idle either; he used his Psionics to float into the air and drifted towards the Upper Hive area. By the time several guards pushed open the door, ready to escort Marcus to the Upper Hive, he had already arrived at the grand entrance of the Academy of Immortality.
In the Upper Hive, within just a few minutes, tens of thousands of people had already noticed the Academy of Immortality that had appeared seemingly out of nowhere. Among them, the Ecclesiarchy faithful, led by their priests, had already knelt before the academy's grand entrance, beginning to loudly chant praises to the Emperor and sacred hymns: "Eternal and steadfast Emperor, our supreme leader, in your vast dominion, all things gaze upon your majestic peak. With holy sacrifice, you dispel boundless darkness, becoming our symbol of purity and loyalty, immortal. We are all your chosen believers, holding high the sacred torch, embarking on an unknown journey. Your decree is like the morning star, rising to break the long night. Even if all we see is darkness, trapped in endless war, because of your light, billions of people, you are the bright lamp of faith for all beings. Let the holy fire burn forever, its intensity the power of purification. Forgiveness will be granted for your wrath, and the fire of sin will ultimately vanish without a trace. God-Emperor above, grant us unwavering strength. We are your army of justice, this body a shield guarding the holy covenant. May all your heart's desires be fulfilled. Though villains rampage, they will ultimately not escape the severe punishment of divine might."
Bypassing the fervent faithful, Marcus pushed open the massive stone gate and entered the Academy of Immortality. The entire Academy of Immortality truly resembled a giant academic institution. All the various tools and facilities inside were directly related to war education, clearly marking it as an advanced military academy. Throughout its corridors and exhibition halls, various heroic deeds of Imperium of Man heroes were prominently displayed. From an unknown Astra Militarum soldier who shed blood and sacrificed his life for the Imperium of Man, defeating various powerful alien enemies, to a mortal who led the Imperial army in the Macarian Crusade, reclaiming over a thousand planets, and who, by sheer willpower, resisted the temptations of the Lord of Change, Solar Lord Macarius. In the center of the Azure Hall, there stood an Emperor statue radiating holy light, holding the Emperor's Sword, gesturing broadly, full of vigor and spirit. Undoubtedly, in addition to the two special effects indicated by the system, the Academy of Immortality could indeed serve as an advanced military academy.
After exploring the interior of the academy and confirming that no strange creatures lurked within, Marcus prepared to leave. But then, he encountered a large group of Ecclesiarchy faithful, led by their priests, swarming in, desperate to witness the Emperor's miracle. Many of them bore minor injuries, clearly indicating that these individuals had broken through the PDF Soldiers guarding the entrance and forced their way inside. Marcus did not want a perfectly good military academy to become a chaotic pilgrimage site for these Ecclesiarchy faithful, so he sternly ordered more PDF Soldiers to drive all these people out.
"I need to find a way to manage the Ecclesiarchy as well," Marcus mused, looking at the Ecclesiarchy believers whose faces were filled with anger from being expelled. Historically, churches have always been troublesome, and the Ecclesiarchy in Warhammer is an even greater trouble among troubles. Since the Emperor sat on the Golden Throne, the number of so-called "heretics" burned by the Ecclesiarchy might not be less than the number of humans devoured by the Tyranids since their invasion. It was utterly ironic.
Currently, Marcus had only controlled a few Ecclesiarchy priests with the Psychic Contract; he hadn't yet had time to visit the truly high-ranking Ecclesiarchy leaders on Avarax. After setting the Ecclesiarchy as his next target, Marcus left the Academy of Immortality and once again instructed the surrounding PDF Soldiers that, without his permission, no one was allowed to enter the Academy of Immortality during this period.
"I'm going to be busy again. These damn nobles and officials are completely incompetent; I have to do everything myself," Marcus couldn't help but curse on the way back to the top floor of the Hive City. The nobles and officials in the Hive City, perhaps due to too much inbreeding or excessive exposure to toxic pigments, generally weren't very intelligent. Aside from power struggles, these individuals were probably best at figuring out how to waste resources on banquets. During this time, Marcus had been overseeing the general development direction of the entire Hive City. Because of this, even his Psionics training time had decreased.
"I need to quickly get some management talent from Resident Evil." Marcus's requirements weren't high; he just needed someone with a clear mind who could manage most of his affairs. Once the Ishimura's self-inspection period was over, he would begin selecting suitable candidates.
Returning to his room, and with some free time, Marcus looked at the last item he had drawn.
[Omnipotent Elixir Source: Foundation

Note: Perhaps your thoughts can be bolder.]
With a whoosh, Marcus directly jumped up from his seat. His eyes were fixed on the red pill displayed on the system panel in front of him.
