Instead of attacking, Vegito just reached out and plucked the gun from her hand with two fingers.
"Cute setup. You built this yourself?"
"…Yeah," she mumbled, confused. "What's it to you?"

Yasaka's jaw dropped. "Did you just hit on me?!"
Lily leaned in behind him. "Oh, he does that. A lot."

Before Yasaka could reload her brain, a loud boom echoed from the village port.
Jango, the hypnotist with disc-shaped glasses, danced into town followed by Captain Kuro, his claws gleaming.
"Time to finish the job. Kill the heiress, steal her fortune, and raze this village."
Yasaka swore. "They're back already?!"
Vegito cracked his knuckles. "Let me guess—they're the reason for all your traps?"
"Duh!"
"Let me return the favor."
Battle Under the Crescent Moon
The Dream Conqueror crew launched into battle alongside Yasaka. The fight was over in minutes.
Vegito blitzed Jango, dodging his hypnosis with a burst of Ki, and planted him into a wall so hard the hypnotist's glasses shattered. Kuro tried using his Shakushi stealth dash, but Vegito countered it effortlessly by reading the shifts in his aura and snapped all his claws mid-slash.
Meanwhile, Yasaka proved herself, too. Her trap field turned the battlefield into a maze. She tripped half of the cat pirates with pressure mines, net bombs, and oil slicks that caused comedic chaos.
Nami snagged loot. Lily set fire to enemy supplies. Nojiko provided support fire with her long-range rifle, and Alvida body-checked two lieutenants into the sea.
The villagers watched in awe.
The Aftermath: Healing, Feasting, and Flirting
With the Black Cat Pirates routed, Kaya—now freed from manipulation—offered her gratitude and insisted they stay for a feast. Vegito refused gold but accepted a crate of rare medicinal herbs for his crew.
That night, on the estate rooftop, Yasaka found herself sitting beside Vegito as he stared up at the stars.
"You could've killed Kuro with one hit. Why let him attack?"
"Because you needed to prove yourself too."
Yasaka blinked. "What…?"
"You're not just some brat with traps. You're strong. Clever. Brave. I want that on my crew."
"…Why do you even want a crew like this?" she asked, voice softer now. "You're strong enough to solo the Grand Line."
He looked at her seriously. "Because power alone is empty. I want people who fight, laugh, and live with me. People I can love, protect, and grow with."
Yasaka froze as he brushed her hair behind her ear.
"You're one of them."
She didn't respond with words. She kissed him—rough, impulsive, and quick—then slapped his chest and stormed off.
"Don't read into it, jerk!"
Lily, watching from a window, chuckled. "Tomboy acquired."
