The next day, Juliet went to visit James and Juliet in their new home.She drove her Lexus into the compound as the gate opened automatically for her to come in.The floor was covered with German bricks.The compound was beautified with well trimmed flowers.The mansion was big.When she got to the house she entered the sitting room without knocking.She saw merci sitting on James waist on the chair.Merci was putting on a bumb short while James was wearing pijamas.Merci was whining her waist on James.James was able to feel the softness of her butt as he was enjoying it.
Juliet was boiling inside of her out of anger but she pretended by smiling because she does not want James to suspects her when she begins her manipulative plans.She spoke to herself in her mind "you bitch you think you belong here,hahaha,fool,I will send you packing out of this house soon as I slowly begin my manipulative plans".
She opened her mouth and said "hiii,I came to visit you people and I bought some fruits for you both".
"Good morning mom,so you finally came,I missed you"James stood up to welcome his mom as Juliet kissed him on his cheek.
"I missed you too my son,you know how I love you"she looked at James with a false smile.
Merci was standing and looking at Juliet and James,she could not say a word because from the very first day she met Juliet,she never liked her.
Juliet suddenly looked at her with a false smile and said" how are you,I know you are enjoying yourself".
"I am fine" merci answered.
That night merci prepared rice and stew for everyone on the dinning table.
The next morning morning james was about driving to work when one two me approached him, their names were Gabriel and john.They random strangers.
"Hi, please can I speak to you"Gabriel spoke with a loud voice as James was about entering the car.
"Alright,speak up" his face appeared like someone who was disturbed.
"I heard you are married to merci , I want to tell you that she is a prostitute in the past and she has a child outside.Please don't make a mistake of marring her".His face was full of a confidence.

The picture was her old one she posted on an old WhatsApp group chat where Sharon was also a member of the group.She was announcing to her friends that she was dating Rodwell back in school before they finally broke up.But that day she posted the picture,Sharon who went to the same school with her saved it that year and was waiting for the perfect time to use it against her.everyone already knew that merci deleted the picture when they broke up that year including Sharon.
"Hmm,you mean she cheated on you people?this is not even the first time people have been telling me about her being a cheat, yesterday someone in the office told me that she is dating Rodwell and that she has cheated on many people" James face was filled with disappointment and heartbreak.
"You just have to do something about merci,it's either you divorce him or you look for another way" John said to him.
"Alright I have listened to your advice thank you all".
James did not know that Juliet and Sharon were the ones who paid those strangers to lie about merci and the Sharon was the woman who also paid the guy at the office to lie about merci.
That same day James could not go to work again that morning,his eyes red and he was heartbroken.He went straight to the house to confront merci in their bed.
"Don't you dear to cheat on me you cheat" his voice sounded like an explosive bomb
"I don't understand what you are saying"merci who was arranging the wardrobe turned to his face and looked at him in a surprised manner.
"If you don't give me an explanation of what I am hearing from people right now you will leave this house this minute and I mean every word"The veins in his neck was noticeable and his brow furrowed as he was shouting.His hatred towards Meri began to grow.
"What is the meaning of all this,you are making me confused right now, explain what?"she spoke in confusion.
"Who is Rodwell and why are you dating him"James spoke.
"What.... Rodwell is my ex boyfriend 6 years ago before I met you and I am no more dating him.I suspect that it is Sharon that is behind all this because she was the only one who knew about Rodwell back in school"merci replied.She felt like showing James the picture in her phone but it was no more there.She deleted all the chats and pictures after a painful breakup.
"You liar,what about the men you have been sleeping with all about"James asked.
"James,I don't know where you are getting all this lies from but I know nothing about it.Don't you trust me?"merci replied.
"I don't trust you anymore.i am very disappointed at you.How you do this to me merci"his eyes welled with little tears.His heart became filled with doubt,he could feel the fresh wound of heart break from merci all over his body.
"Babyyy...I never did any of this,someone is manipulating you".she spoke with a soft romantic voice.
James had a second thaught that she might be innocent but his heart betrayed him,what he have been hearing from different people about her made him heart boken.He left in hurt,anger and confusion as he drove to work.
As he was about going to work Juliet who heard every conversation between James and Merci spoke from the guest room
"James what is the problem?"she shouted from the guest room as she spoke with a caring voice that was faked.She wanted to use her false caring voice to make James not to know that she is the one behind all the manipulations.
James went towards the guest room and knocked,as she opened the door James said "mom,I am heart broken,you need to see the way people are accusing merci of being a cheat and how she is dating Rodwell.They even showed me evidences".his voice sounded broken and was filled with pain.
Juliet looked at him with a deceiptive facial appearance,she was pretending to be surprised "what?,I can't believe what I am hearing, merci...a cheat?"
"I feel very bad right now mom" James spoke
"My son, I can understand how you feel right now.I am here to comfort you and make you happy.Right now I want you to calm down and take things easy "She used her two hands to gently rub his shoulders.She made her face to look worried and sad over what James is going through,so that James will believe that she actually being sincere and James will think she is innocent.
"Alright,I will mom".
As James turned to leave for work Juliet's face changed immediately as she put on a silent evil smile,she was actually laughing inside of her.Juliet called Sharon on the phone.
Sharon picked the call and answered "hello, Juliet my mother inlaw how are you"
"I am fine,we have good news"Juliet said in a very exciting manner.
"Alright what good news is that?,our plans are working?"
"Yes,our plans are gradually working,James is beginning to believe all the lies he is getting from those people we paid to lie about merci ".
Sharon laughed out so loudly as if her dreams of marrying James and inheriting properties with James are gradually coming to reality.
"So now i will call him on the phone as to comfort him and use this opportunity to create that sweet love bond that was meant to exist between us.This is the best time because it's a moment of emotional weakness as he will be hurt and he will be looking for someone to comfort him"her face was full of smile.
"Yeah my daughter in-law,you have to do that,it's very important"
