I am right now running in the streets because i am going to br late the reason i wanted to wake up around 5:00 because the academy is not that far away but its still far from my house .
Ha now that i think about it my stats aren't really that good if i compare them to the other characters .
The other characters would have made it to the academy in under half an hour but i can't !!!.
wait lets think how can i get there without standing out ....

! I remember now there is a shortcut in the alley ways ....
but would those shortcuts even work in this world which is not a game anymore ....?

As i went in the alley as i walked for few minutes and then i look in front to see a bright light when i opened my eyes i was now closer to the academy .
I then looked down to see the watch ehich now was at 7:10 .
I sighed a sigh of relief as i slowly walked now .
As i got closer to the academy the more students where here .
You can differentiate a first year by their badge they were on their shirt .
As i walked in through the academy gates . I started to think about how the shortcuts from the game actually worked .
As i was thinking . I didn't even realize that i was the only one who was by myself .
You see this world may be like the modern world but it still had the fantasy aspect of nobels ,commoner, royalty's etc not only was I alone but also a commoner.
The reason I stand out is because most commoner who make it in the academy have friends or someone they know.

Damn it I can't believe I am going to stand out like this!!!
...hm there is no need to be scared the academy welcoming ceremony is about to begin anyway the attention of me being alone will fade away....

Wait right the academy let's the students choose between a Random skill rank up or a weapon which you choose....
Well it's not like it's important right? Well why did I forget the most important thing in the beginning!!.
The rest this choice is important is because the choices you choose will make a huge impact on your growth cause the random level up is a random level up which levels up your skill at random but also the level up of the skill is also random like a skill could go from F- to C rank or higher in an instant!!!
But the weapon is also important because if you manage to get a good weapon or choose a good weapon you are set for the beginning as well as the middle part's of the story.
The game was different because everything had It's own story like being an adventure or anything else had it's own story but most were random encounters unlike the academy and other stuff which are fixed unless you choose to do something about it .
As I pondered with my thoughts a staff member asked which I will choose?
I was a little startled but when I looked around me the students where already choosing.
I told the staff member that I would take the random skill rank up .
As I took it .it disappeared as i heard a system notification.
[Mana manipulate has ranked up from E to C+]
What!? My mana manipulate is the one that got the rank up not only that but looks like the rank up was at least C rank ..
I hoped it would be my mana work shop or mana creation but this is also good since having C rank mana manipulate mean my mana creation doesn't drain as much mana as well as the time needed for mana related skills will decrease.
Hm wait I am saying hm again meaning I am forgetting something something so important that it was obvious.
As I heard the principal speak again as I was surprised by his words because I forget even this .
The principal spoke as he said "now all of you must be prepared for your ranking battle"
When he said those words I remembered that each year there would be a ranking battle or you could challenge someone else who is higher rank then you to battle and take their rank .
The part is that surprised me the most was that the Battle ground would be a island where we have to either fight each other or hunt the monsters which gave us point s but this version is the hardest out of the three because not only are you alone but you have to watch out for other people as well.
Just when I was thinking my luck was getting better. As I looked down I already saw the magic teleportation circle forming as I looked up the principal spoke again.
"Those who rank 50 or above will get F rank up as well as other things.this is only for this year since we have so many promising talents as this era is called the golden age after all "
The golden age explanation it's good to hear it I guess since I usually just skipped this part .
This generation is called the golden age because the amount of talent in this generation is the highest as well as there are straight up monstrous bastards here .
Ha we I can't really say much for myself.as the teleportation circle glowed and engulfed everything as I closed my eyes.
When I reopened them I found myself in a forest with skeleton's and um badly damaged weapon?
As I looked around all I saw was skeleton's and equipment.
I looke around for a good sword or anything else is because when I create the equipment or weapon out of my mana the condition is the same as the original if it's damaged then my mana creation will create a damaged blade .
After searching for few minutes I found this .

Ha this is the best thing I can find of course I had also found armour and other things but they were in usable so I just have them saved in my work shop.
Well let's try to use mana creation then .
Ha as I breathe in and out and focused on my hand as a blue particles appeared as it turned into a sword the same sword but at F rank .
I also noticed that this isn't taking a lot of mana because of my mana manipulate being rank C+ .
Hm my mana is 5 mana 1=10 so my man is right now 50 . This sword is not costing any mana because the amount it's costing to make is lower than how much I regenerate my mana .
Hm I should start moving I wonder if I can even kill anything.
