Niji-no-Hane Academy was enormous. Even a simple club building was the size of an airport, so it was really hard for Anon to find him.

Just then, the cheers of trainers rose and fell, the passion of battle crackling in the air like electricity. Amidst the clamor, Anon's gaze was drawn to a familiar figure.
The cup hadn't started yet, but Raichu and Arbok were facing off. Satoru and a boy in shorts were just standing there awkwardly.
All eyes were on them. The two of them had a considerable presence, ready to battle before the event had even started.
"Look, it's Pute from the Battling Department, Class 2-D. And the other one is Satoru from Class 1-A, right? I've heard of both of them. They've both beaten a teacher."

"Use Quick Attack!" Raticate zipped around Raichu like a bolt of lightning, almost too fast to see.
"CATE!!"
Seeing this, Satoru didn't panic. An opponent of this level was no match for him.
"Jump up and hit the ground with Iron Tail."
"Rai~ Rai!"
Raichu leaped up and used its Iron Tail.
"Cate?!"
The Iron Tail, like a giant iron hammer, slammed into the ground. The intense shockwave instantly spread outwards, sending Raticate flying into the air, losing its balance.
"Use Iron Tail again!"
Raichu's attack wasn't over. While Raticate was still struggling in the air, Raichu unleashed another Iron Tail, this one even more ferocious, directly hitting Raticate on the head.
