Chapter 67 - Chapter 68 — Oh No, I Accidentally Grew a Tail

On this day, a strange scene appeared on the Douluo Continent:

A man flying in the sky was holding a large bathtub in his hands, with a woman sitting on his back, and that woman was holding yet another woman in her hands.

Not far from the front gate of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect, Su Xiaoqi, while there was still a little time left, gave some last instructions to Ning Rongrong and Meng Yiran.

As the final ten minutes approached, Su Xiaoqi looked at the two women and smiled:

"Rongrong, Yiran, I'm leaving. If anything happens in the future, I'll have Zhuqing pass the message to you."

"What's with the long faces? It's not like we're parting forever in life and death. Come on, smile for me."

At this moment, Ning Rongrong and Meng Yiran could not possibly force a smile. The only reason they could hold back from crying was because Su Xiaoqi had told them before that he didn't want to see them cry.

Zhu Zhuqing looked at the two women and said:

"If you want to hug him, go ahead. I'll make an exception today."

Since Zhu Zhuqing had agreed, why hesitate? Charge!

Ning Rongrong, occupying his left side, said:

"Su Xiaoqi, even if I have to throw the entire Douluo Continent into chaos, I will definitely make Zhuqing trigger a mission so you can come back again."

Meng Yiran, on his right side, said:

"Me too. No matter how long it takes, I will never give up."

Su Xiaoqi hugged the two of them and smiled:

"Then I'll look forward to meeting you both again. Take good care of yourselves. Goodbye."

The moment Su Xiaoqi disappeared, Ning Rongrong immediately walked up to Zhu Zhuqing and said:

"Zhuqing, what do you think if I take a cannon and blow up the Spirit Hall right now? That should trigger a mission, right?"

Meng Yiran nodded:

"Then I'll go blow up the Heaven Dou Imperial Palace. With the two of us working from both sides, one of them should succeed."

Zhu Zhuqing's face instantly darkened. She looked at the two of them and said irritably:

"I don't know if that would trigger a mission, but I'm sure you'd both be beaten to death."

"If you two still want to see Xiaoqi again in the future, then from now on behave yourselves. I'll try to figure out how to trigger the mission."

"Oh…" Ning Rongrong pouted and muttered under her breath:

"Of course you're not in a hurry, since you'll be seeing Su Xiaoqi soon."

Zhu Zhuqing gave a cold laugh:

"Ning Rongrong, are you itching for a beating? Don't think I can't deal with you just because Xiaoqi isn't here. Everything you want will be in my hands from now on."

Ning Rongrong's expression changed instantly; she put on a smile and said ingratiatingly:

"Zhuqing, I was just joking. From now on, I'll listen to you. Whatever you tell me to do, I'll do it."

Meanwhile, after returning to his own world, Su Xiaoqi took a cold shower, changed clothes, and headed to the One Piece world. He felt something was off with his body.

Nami looked at Su Xiaoqi, who had a serious expression, and asked cautiously:

"Are you okay?"

Hearing from Nami about Su Xiaoqi and Zhu Zhuqing's situation, Vivi said:

"My side isn't that urgent. You could stay here with Zhuqing for a few more days."

Su Xiaoqi smiled at the two women:

"What could possibly be wrong? I'll go train first."

If he hadn't lent the gravity chamber to Luffy and the others earlier, he wouldn't have rushed over now.

Not long after, Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji were driven out of the gravity chamber by Su Xiaoqi, all of them wearing expressions of lingering fear as they walked toward Nami.

Nami asked curiously:

"What happened to you three?"

Luffy pointed dramatically toward the gravity chamber:

"Su Xiaoqi's gone crazy! He set the gravity to thirty times!"

Zoro nodded:

"We wanted to see what thirty times gravity was like, but we collapsed after just one second. We thought we were going to die."

Sanji took a drag of his cigarette:

"Has he been through some kind of shock? I saw him lying in there just now."

Vivi looked worried:

"Nami, should we tell Zhu Zhuqing?"

Nami shook her head:

"He didn't say anything, so he probably doesn't want Zhuqing to know. Let's go take a look first."

Inside the gravity chamber, Su Xiaoqi was starting to suspect that killing so many people at once had awakened the Saiyan's battle-hungry and violent side in him.

Back when he was at Shrek Academy, he had already felt something was off — instead of feeling discomfort after killing so many people, he had become more and more excited as the killing went on. He had figured it must be related to his Saiyan bloodline.

When he was with Zhu Zhuqing and the others, the feeling had lessened, but after parting from them, the urge suddenly intensified. Now there was a strong impulse inside him to vent.

"…This is bad. I won't be able to hold it back much longer."

While he was still conscious, Su Xiaoqi sent Nami a message telling everyone to stay away from the area, then set the gravity to fifty times, pinning himself to the ground so he couldn't move.

"Let's hope I don't cause too much trouble…"

When Su Xiaoqi next woke up, he found himself in Nami and Vivi's room. He had been here once before, so he recognized it.

"Huh? Why can't I move my body?"

"Oh… turns out I've been tied up like a rice dumpling. That makes sense—wait, the hell it does!"

Su Xiaoqi was baffled at his current state. His whole body hurt like hell, but mentally he felt fine — at least he no longer had that violent urge from before.

As he was trying to recall what had happened after he blacked out, he heard Vivi's excited voice:

"Su Xiaoqi, you're finally awake! I'll go get Chopper."

"Wait," Su Xiaoqi stopped her. "Can you first tell me why I'm like this?"

A moment later, Vivi explained to him roughly what had happened after he lost consciousness.

In short — he had gone into a berserk mode, but thanks to the fifty times gravity restraining him, he only rampaged for a short while before completely passing out. The injuries on his body were from his own uncontrolled ki blasts hitting himself.

After that, everyone had to work very hard to get him out of the gravity chamber. Because of the fifty times gravity, no one could go inside, so in the end, Zoro had to hack away at the chamber with his sword until it was damaged enough for them to pull him out.

"My gravity chamber… my fifty thousand points…"

Su Xiaoqi was absolutely heartbroken. This had to be one of the unluckiest days of his life.

"Um… there's one more thing I need to tell you," Vivi said, blushing and speaking in a small voice. "When we pulled you out… you had grown a tail."

"Oh, that explains why I kept feeling something poking me back there. So I really did grow a tail, huh…"

"Wait. I grew a tail?!"

"Crap, crap… how am I supposed to explain this to Zhuqing? Should I have Zoro cut it off?"

Su Xiaoqi was deeply conflicted. On the first day he got his Saiyan bloodline, he had wondered whether he'd grow a tail — after all, in early *Dragon Ball* lore, tails could appear out of nowhere.

He remembered most vividly the fight with Vegeta, when Gohan's backside had been completely bare one moment, and in the next, a tail had suddenly grown out.

Tails had pros and cons. The downside: during a full moon, you'd transform into a Great Ape. The biggest upside: it was the key to transforming into Super Saiyan 4.

He'd been fine without it before, but now that it had grown, he couldn't quite bear to cut it off.

"…Let's at least take a look at what my tail looks like first."

Thinking this, Su Xiaoqi used his still-mobile right hand to lift the blanket.

"Don't—!"

Vivi tried to stop him when she saw what he was doing, but it was already too late.

Su Xiaoqi stared at Vivi, who was now blushing furiously, opened his mouth, but didn't know what to say.

Tell her to pretend she didn't see anything?

That would be like rubbing salt into a girl's "wound."

He genuinely hadn't known that when Chopper bandaged him up, he had deliberately left a gap in front. And now, great — he'd been completely seen by a woman other than Zhu Zhuqing.

The only silver lining was that Vivi hadn't screamed. Otherwise, if anyone else had rushed in and seen this scene… he wouldn't be able to live it down for the rest of his life.
