From outside, Kang Minho's voice rang out, "Jun! If your sister cooks like this, I'm ready to be the first goblin brother-in-law in history!"
Jun shot him a glare. From the kitchen, Hana yelled, "I heard that!" making Minho quickly pretend to tie his boots.
Building the Fortress
Back in Goblin's Grove, Jun immediately assigned tasks.Godon led the stone hauling and shaping team by the river.Moji worked on a special mixture to strengthen the clay.Meanwhile, Draksra led a scout team into the forest to check for threats and hunt for game.
The work was heavy and relentless. Large stones were hauled using makeshift wooden carts, mixed with clay, and stacked to form the fortress foundation.
Hunting Success and the Evening Feast
By late afternoon, Draksra returned with two small deer and several rabbits."Enough to feed everyone tonight," he said with a wide grin.
The makeshift kitchen quickly became lively.Goblins lit large cooking fires, fresh meat was cut, vegetables from Hana were prepared, and the rice began steaming in huge pots.The aroma filled the air, making every goblin's mouth water.
