Chapter 20 - Chapter 20

Kozuki's fair and flawless face turned an even deeper shade of red—like a steamed crab, thoroughly cooked.

She gave a soft, dazzling smile, her eyes glittering as she replied in a gentle voice,

"Understood."

The two of them then started casually chatting, going back and forth in no particular rhythm.

Sunset filtered in through the windows, casting a warm glow across their overlapping silhouettes inside the room.

An hour later, Rasa watched as the figure of the beautiful woman gradually faded from view.

Only when Kozuki had completely disappeared did he finally shut the door and stretch with a long sigh.

That one-hour chat had been the most enjoyable conversation he'd ever had with a woman.

Before transmigrating, Rasa's interactions with the opposite sex had been little more than routine greetings—nothing more.

(Karura didn't count—he only talked with her for a few minutes before that jerk Aoki barged in.)

That thought brought him back to the memory of those soft, elastic sensations pressing against the back of his head.

Smiling faintly, he sat back down on the chair and opened up his system's exchange interface.

It was time to increase the favorability of the nine women who were already sitting at 80 points—push them to 100.

After a quick flurry of operations, he also exchanged for a [High-Grade Affection Multiplier Fruit].

With that, as soon as midnight passed, all nine women would immediately reach 200 affection.

Currently, Rasa had exactly 1,000 skill points.

Once the multiplier took effect—and counting the points from Karura and Kozuki as well—he'd hit around 2,000 skill points by tomorrow.

That thought fired him up. He began flipping through the exchange list, searching for items that would quickly improve his combat abilities.

First things first—He skipped past the obvious flashy stuff on page one: Mangekyō Sharingan, Rinnegan, and the like.

Too expensive. Too much hassle.

Even if he managed to redeem them, he'd still have to trade for an Uchiha bloodline to actually use them.

And even then—how would he explain it to others?

What was he supposed to say—"Actually, I'm secretly a half-Uchiha"?

Ridiculous.

He flipped to page two and spotted something right away: [Pure Uchiha Bloodline Body], priced at 1,000 skill points.

He glanced at it, then kept flipping.

Time passed. Eventually, Rasa stood and stretched his limbs.

Looking out the window at the now-dark sky, he felt his stomach grumble and decided to grab a bite.

After scarfing down some rations, he returned to the second-floor master bedroom, sat cross-legged on the bed, and frowned slightly at the system interface floating in front of him.

He'd flipped all the way to page seventy.

There were plenty of interesting items along the way—many involving women or wealth.

But things that actually helped his power? Not much.

Either the price was insane, or they offered barely any practical benefit.

Frowning, Rasa kept flipping—fast, scanning ten lines at a time.

More time passed.

Then—

"There we go."

Rasa suddenly jumped to his feet and clapped, excited.

Thankfully, he still had his wits about him—otherwise, he might've blurted something weird in his excitement.

Instead, he just clapped to vent his thrill.

After a few deep breaths, he sat back on the bed, legs splayed out in a relaxed V-shape, hands resting on his knees, eyes locked on the glowing screen before him.
