It was when the Spider-Men were gathered around the clue board, discussing their next combat plan.
"Ugh!"
"Ah!"
"Not again!"
Shadow Spider-Man, Penny, and Spider-Ham suddenly collapsed, twitching in pain, with colorful flashes appearing on their bodies.
"What's wrong with you? Is there an enemy?"
Gwen looked around warily, but her Spider-Sense didn't react.
"It's nothing. We aren't from this Space-Time, and this World is constantly rejecting us. It just hit us hard, but why are you two fine?"
Shadow Spider-Man recovered, looking at the two unharmed individuals with confusion.
Penny and Spider-Ham also looked at them, their eyes filled with bewilderment and curiosity.
"I don't know either?"
Gwen felt her body, finding no discomfort.
Damian also checked his body, pulling up his pant leg to reveal a glowing demon pattern on his calf.
"Gwen Mom, the demon Godfather gave me is glowing."
Gwen also took off her glove, and a glowing mark appeared on her palm.
"Your demon tattoo is so cool, can I see it?" Penny came over to Damian.
"No."
Damian pulled down his pant leg; this was not a tattoo.
"Alright, my apologies."
Penny was disappointed.
The robot behind him also showed a disappointed expression, the pattern on its screen drooping, as if expressing its Master's mood.
Shadow Spider-Man glanced at the tattoos on them; this didn't seem like the power of technology.
However, everyone has their own secrets, so he didn't ask further.
"In short, we must return to our World as soon as possible, or else we will all die in the end, of course, not including you."
"I understand! Just find Kingpin, find that key, and destroy the particle collider, right?"
"That's a very accurate summary, but Kingpin isn't alone; he has many subordinates. We need to formulate some plans."
Before Shadow Spider-Man could finish speaking, an alarm blared in the Spider Base.
The piercing alarm instantly shattered the calm, red warning lights flashed wildly, and everyone's nerves instantly tensed.
Mei opened the monitor, and a group of people surrounded the house.
"Octopus Lady, Prowler, Tombstone, Scorpion, they're all here."
Besides them, there were also gangsters holding weapons.
Two Spider-Men were also held captive in the crowd.
One was a child wearing a mask and a low-quality Spider-Man suit.
The other was wearing long johns.
Both were tied with ropes, unable to move.
Octopus Lady looked at the camera.
"I know you're in there. If you don't want these two Spider-Men to die, then come out."
"Alright, it seems we don't need to go out. Prepare for battle."
"Then let's go! Let's beat them all to a pulp."
"Spider-Mech, sortie!"
"Damian, you and Mei stay here."
Gwen hastily instructed, stepping into the elevator, which rapidly ascended.
Sitting in his car, Kingpin watched a series of Spider-Men leap out and smiled, because he knew the particle collider had successfully connected to parallel Universes, and he could finally see his wife and daughter again.
But that would have to wait until he dealt with the annoying Spider-Men.
"Kill them."
At Kingpin's command, his subordinates surged towards the Spider-Men like a tide, and shouts of battle instantly echoed all around.
This time, to be foolproof, he brought all his subordinates.
"This is going to be a tough fight."
Shadow Spider-Man pulled out his revolver, his eyes cold.
A few gunshots rang out, and the foreheads of the first few armed gangsters gained a new hole.
The gangsters' steps faltered, some showing fear.
Shadow Spider-Man did not adhere to the no-kill principle like most superheroes, including the Main Universe Spider-Man; he was more like an anti-hero.
His actions and methods were more ruthless and decisive, but his purpose was also to punish evil and uphold justice.
One could say he was the Punisher version of Spider-Man.
Shadow Spider-Man suddenly leaped, several beams of light shooting past him.
"Lasers?!"
"Never seen them before, Black Spider?"
Tombstone grinned as he charged forward, revolver bullets only sparking off his body.
The two became entangled. Although it wasn't difficult for Shadow Spider-Man to deal with him, there were still gangsters occasionally taking potshots, and he didn't want to test the power of the lasers.
Penny faced Scorpion.
"Kid, are you going to cry for your Mommy?"
His lower body and left arm were Scorpion-shaped armor, equipped with concussion bombs, tear gas, acid, and other attack methods. The menacing armor exuded a dangerous aura, making one fearful.
And Penny, from New York in 3145, piloting her Spider-Mech, defiantly retorted, "I'll beat you until you cry."
Scorpion violently swung his Scorpion-shaped left arm, a stream of acid spraying towards Penny.
Penny skillfully manipulated her mech to dodge sideways, the acid splashing onto the ground, instantly emitting a pungent White smoke.
Penny quickly counterattacked, an energy cannon popping out from her mech's arm, a blue beam of light directly blasting towards Scorpion.
Scorpion reacted extremely quickly, using his lower body's Scorpion-shaped armor to rapidly retreat, the energy cannon blasting a large crater in the ground in front of him.
Immediately after, Scorpion fired several concussion bombs, the strong Impact rippling through the surrounding air.
Penny's mech swayed slightly from the Impact, but she quickly stabilized herself.
For a moment, the battle between the two was fiercely intense, with smoke billowing.
"A pig, and a cartoon one at that. The composition of Spider-Man is truly inclusive."
Octopus Lady looked at Spider-Ham with curiosity.
"Do you have a problem with cartoon characters?"
"Absolutely not, I just want to study you!"
Octopus Lady swung her four long mechanical tentacles, menacingly pouncing on Spider-Ham.
Spider-Ham's movements were agile, hopping left and right, skillfully avoiding Octopus Lady's tentacle attacks again and again.
His round body now appeared exceptionally nimble, weaving freely through the gaps in the tentacles.
Taking advantage of a lull in Octopus Lady's attack, Spider-Ham suddenly charged forward, raising his small fist and smashing it towards Octopus Lady's body.
However, Octopus Lady's tentacles quickly retaliated, knocking Spider-Ham flying.
Spider-Ham, sent flying, flipped in the air and landed steadily on the ground, pulling out a wooden hammer from behind him.
"I'm getting serious now."
Octopus Lady's tentacles once again attacked menacingly, and Spider-Ham skillfully dodged sideways, rushing along the mechanical tentacles, raising his small wooden hammer, and smashing it towards Octopus Lady's head.
"Thud!"
With a dull thud, Octopus Lady was dazed by this sudden blow, even seeing stars above her head.
The mechanical tentacles also stopped attacking, swaying weakly in the air.
Spider-Ham stood in place, proudly shaking the small wooden hammer in his hand.
Then he charged again at Octopus Lady, who had not yet recovered, delivering a few more hammer blows, until Octopus Lady finally couldn't hold on and collapsed with a crash.
"Now, dare to look down on cartoon characters."
