The East emphasizes reciprocity. This is a Rejuvenation Potion."
Pierce watched the leader's disappearing figure, then lowered his head to look at the potion on the coffee table, his eyes wide.
"Rejuvenation Potion!"
The outside World was still waiting for a Longevity Potion, but a Rejuvenation Potion had already appeared before him.
Pierce, with trembling hands, picked it up, wanting to inject it.
But he took a deep breath, forcibly suppressed the impulse in his heart, and carefully placed it in a hidden safe.
"Now is not the time. If I use it, Nick Fury will discover something abnormal. I must endure."
He muttered to himself, fine beads of sweat seeping from his forehead.
Pierce sat at his desk, continuing to process documents, but he was somewhat distracted, his gaze frequently drifting towards the safe.
He helplessly put down his pen, knowing that he couldn't do anything peacefully in this room today.
Then, Pierce stood up, tidied his clothes, and prepared to go find Nick Fury.
In the S.H.I.E.L.D. conference room, the atmosphere was so oppressive it was suffocating.
Nick Fury was in a rage, his single eye spewing Fire, as if it would incinerate everyone present.
"Captain and Ms. Carter disappeared right under our noses! What were you all doing!?"
His voice boomed like thunder in the conference room, making everyone's ears ring.
"Director, all our Agents at the hospital were knocked out, and the surveillance cameras on the road were broken. We are currently working hard to find them."
An Agent answered tremblingly, cold sweat breaking out on his forehead.
"When can you find them? Give me an answer."
Nick Fury leaned forward, hands propped on the conference table, an immense sense of oppression emanating from him.
"If it's fast, it could be a day. If it's slow…"
The Agent's voice grew softer and softer. The implication was clear: it was possible they might never be found.
Just then, the conference room door opened.
"Fury, why are you so angry? Calm down first. Captain won't just disappear into thin air. You all can leave." Alexander Pierce.
The Agents looked up at the Director, and seeing that the Director had no objection, they all hurriedly left as if granted a great pardon.
"Pierce, it's not just Captain's disappearance. The people in the hospital were knocked out, and not a single message was sent out. S.H.I.E.L.D. might have been infiltrated."
Nick Fury's brows were tightly furrowed.
"Who do you think it is?"
Pierce's gaze was fixed on Nick Fury as he asked.
"The Demon Group, foreign powers, they are all possible. And the number of infiltrators is not small. I can't determine who I can trust right now."
Nick Fury paced back and forth in the conference room, his face terribly grim.
"Then do you trust me, Fury?"
"Of course, Pierce."
Nick Fury stopped and looked at Pierce.
His old friend was a World Security Council minister, who had given him immense help. If he couldn't even trust him, Nick Fury didn't know who he could trust.
"Then leave this matter to me!"
"Pierce, this is very dangerous."
"I completed the Himalayan Mountain mission with you as a burden. What's finding a few spies?"
The two men exchanged a smile. Memories of fighting side by side surged in their hearts at that moment—their unique understanding and trust.
Just then, the door was pushed open with a "bang."
"Director, Captain and Ms. Carter have appeared."
"Where are they?"
"They are dancing at the Stork Club, and Ms. Carter has returned to her youthful appearance."
"What?!"
White House.
Matthew finished processing documents and comfortably stretched his body.
After using the Limb Regeneration Potion, all his minor ailments had disappeared, as if he had returned to his youthful and vigorous days.
He let out a soft sigh, opened his computer, and skillfully entered a mysterious website address.
Matthew looked enviously at the various items inside.
Longevity Potions, superpowers, high-tech weapons.
Each one made his heart yearn. Unfortunately, he was currently broke and could only feast his eyes, which made him sigh helplessly.
The door was suddenly pushed open violently.
Matthew flinched in fright, his mouse falling to the floor. He looked angrily at the newcomer.
"Colonel Stryker?"
Stryker pushed a wheelchair-bound, mentally disabled man, followed by a woman in a black combat suit.
This woman's fingers had sharp nails, and there was blood dripping onto the carpet from them. The bright red blood on the White carpet was particularly glaring.
Matthew had a bad feeling.
"What do you want to do, Colonel?"
"Save you, President. You've been misled by Satan."
A crazy light flickered in Stryker's eyes.
"How do you plan to save me?"
"This is my son, Jason. He is also a Mutant, and his ability is to create illusions. Once, I discovered that his spinal fluid could also be made into a potion to control other people's minds. President, you need to change your mind."
"You lunatic!"
The President roared angrily, veins bulging on his forehead.
He knew about Stryker's X-Weapon project, but he never expected Stryker to lay hands on his own son, and even be so audacious as to target him.
"It's alright, President. You will understand me. The dangers of Mutants, Satan's conspiracy. Once all Mutants are eliminated, I will be the hero of this country!"
Stryker pulled out a bottle of potion from his Pregnant and walked towards Matthew.
Matthew looked at him coldly and suddenly said, "Shadow, kill them."
Several shurikens instantly flew out from the dark corner of the room, as fast as lightning.
Before Stryker could react, the shurikens accurately struck Jason Stryker's temple, neck, and heart.
Jason's body trembled, and a hint of relief flashed in his numb eyes.
Death Woman reacted at this moment and rushed towards the corner.
Three Shadow ninjas leaped out from the Shadow and quickly surrounded and attacked Death Woman.
The three Shadow ninjas cooperated perfectly, their movements agile, and every move was deadly.
Although Death Woman resisted fiercely, under the Shadow ninjas' siege, she was full of flaws. If not for her powerful self-healing ability, she would have died long ago.
The Shadow ninjas' blades could only cut her skin and flesh. When they hit bone, the blade edges chipped.
Death Woman was like a berserk Beast, ignoring her pain, fiercely striking back.
Every attack carried a desperate ferocity that made the Shadow ninjas wary of getting too close.
But they were not without options.
Two blocked her attacks, while the other two used ninja swords to stab into the gaps of her shoulder blades from both sides, crippling her two arms.
Even so, Death Woman still tried to bite with her teeth, her crazed posture startling the Shadow ninjas.
They had never seen such a tenacious and fearless enemy.
The Shadow ninja raised both hands and delivered a downward chop, the blunt side of the blade slamming hard on Death Woman's forehead.
"Clang—"
A bell-like sound echoed in the room. Death Woman rolled her White eyes and fell to the ground. That blow was enough to turn her brain into a mess.
Her body twitched a few times, then finally stopped moving.
