I Will Destroy You – Ending
They stepped toward the massive gate, the one that would warp them to another dimension.
Null crouched down, tracing his fingers over the strange glowing runes. Light burst upward, scattering the symbols like fireflies.
I tried to stop them—but before I could, the world drowned in white.
...
We landed in a bizarre arena, swallowed in darkness.
No lights. Only countless unseen eyes watching from the void.
Then—creak—the sound of a door opening.
"Who's that...?"
Flower turned toward the figure stepping in. His face looked… pieced together from wood, with one strange arm blooming with flowers.
"Hey, Flower… your friend?" Reaper smirked.
The figure answered with a fist—straight to Reaper's face. The wall behind him shattered. Blood dripped from Reaper's arm, still injured from the last battle.
"I am… Nightmare…" The voice crackled, like a broken radio.
Flower lunged, trying to avenge his friend, but Nightmare slammed his head into the ground.
Sap spilled across the floor.
Two plants fighting… but they weren't even close in power.
Nightmare turned to Null, grinning.
Null's tendrils lashed out to grab him—only to melt into nothing the instant they touched his body.
...
Gulp.
Nightmare lifted Null high into the air. His glowing eyes pulsed.
"You… don't… need to die… yet."
Ice crept up Null's body, freezing him solid. Nightmare turned to leave—
—but threads wrapped around him.
I had arrived.
...
He stepped closer. I braced myself for death—when a strange roar cut through the silence.
I turned. My eyes widened.
Reaper's injured arm had transformed into glitching liquid metal, sprouting a pair of demon wings.
"Let's play, shall we?"
In a blink, Reaper warped behind Nightmare. A dagger punched through his gut.
Nightmare's head twisted unnaturally as Reaper hurled him into the wall.
But who was this guy, really?
Shadowy figures swarmed down, pinning Reaper to the ground.
"…Good luck," I muttered, using the last of my strength to warp him away.
The shadows turned toward me—
—and were instantly annihilated by a single strike.
"Sorry… Father."
I felt my own life slipping away, my skills being drained dry—by the very one I had tried to protect.
Nightmare roared, charging Reaper—
—but a massive hand caught him mid-swing, slamming his head into the floor. The ground cracked like thin ice.
"Heh… pathetic. Don't hide. I can see you."
Reaper stared through the darkness. No reply.
"...No?"
His dagger swept out, slashing the air.
The strikes froze in place—literally—suspended in ice.
"Alright then…" Evil Docter stepped forward.
...
A disaster versus death itself.
Evil Docter had the upper hand. Reaper's arm froze solid.
A brutal punch sent Reaper flying—but he planted his feet mid-air, using the rebound to blitz forward at terrifying speed.
"Idiot…"
Reaper froze mid-charge.
But his body slowly faded away.
A fist slammed into Evil Docter's gut.
He laughed—sure that brute force couldn't outsmart him—
—but the ice was already spreading.
"Damn it!!"
Reaper was trapped too, until my system—linked to that clock—ticked down another hand. Only one left now.
He warped free, panting.
"...What… the hell was that?"
Reaper looked down.
At my body.
Tears welled in his eyes—because family is still family.
Even if he was the one who killed me.
The "other" state took over again. He gently set my body down.
Reaper stepped toward the gate.
"Alright… I'll take away your pain."
He touched the sacred tree.
Its life faded to nothing.
Mission: eradicate all fragments.
His eyes glowed.
The dagger shattered—
—and reformed into a scythe.
He tapped his system and vanished.
...
"Goodbye!!"
A flying kick slammed into the backside of the man in front of him, sending the guy soaring.
The kid next to him blinked in shock—then the culprit was gone.
