Chapter 71: Mysterious PowerPoint?? š¤Ø
The air around the four Hiko, Piko, Hanuro, and Kuro was oddly tense. A strange mix of curiosity and uncertainty floated between them as Hiko folded his arms, eyes narrowing.
Hiko (seriously): "Okay, my last question."
Kuro (raising an eyebrow): "Hmm? What is it this time?"
Hiko: "I want to discuss someone'sā¦ powers."
Kuro (confused): "Powers? What do you mean?"
Hiko (leaning forward): "I know it might sound crazy, but the research I've doneā¦ and what I've seen... it's something else. And I think it might lead us to Hikari."
Kuro (curious but cautious): "Explain more clearly."
Hiko: "Alright. Me, Piko, and Hikari along with his servants once went to attack someone in White's Holy Castle."
Kuro (interested): "Continueā¦"
Hiko: "That person wasn't supposed to be that strong. But thenā¦ he manifested a power so ancient, I'm sure even you know it."
Kuro (tone darkening): "...What power?"
Hiko (hesitant): "During the fight between Hikari and that kid Flux somethingā¦ changed. Flux became someone else. Someone completely different. Hikari recognized him immediately. He was about to say her name, but Flux or rather, the thing inside Flux didn't let him."
Kuro (thinking): "Her proper nameā¦?"
Hiko: "Even White's wife almost slipped her name, but the others stopped her, saying they didn't want to remember her."
Kuro (eyes twitching): "...'Stop remembering her'?"
He frowned deeply, his aura flickering slightly.
Kuro (low, uneasy voice): "What kind of power was Flux usingā¦?"
Hiko: "Something purplishā¦ shadowish. I'm not sure, but I heard something like Shadow Imerger or Shadow Bera Nights. Then he opened some kind of realm gate and threw Hikari into it."
Suddenly_
BOOOOMMMM!!
Kuro's aura erupted the air itself cracked. A pulse of sheer pressure blasted through the area, forcing Hiko, Piko, and even Hanuro to stagger back. The ground rumbled as the atmosphere turned ice-cold.
Kuro (furious and terrified): "SHUTTTT!! UPPPPPPP!!!"
Hiko (gritting teeth): "Ughhh what the hell's with this aura?!"
Piko (barely standing): "Oi! What did you do to him!?"
Hiko: "I_ I just told what I saw!"
After a few long, tense minutes, Kuro finally managed to suppress his aura his breathing heavy, expression pale.
Kuro (voice trembling): "You bratā¦ what you just saidā¦ is it true?"
Hiko (panting): "H-Huffā¦ yeah. Every word."
Kuro (desperately): "Andā¦ did anyone even half say her name start withā¦ 'Iza'?"
Hiko (thinking): "Uh, yeahā¦ they stopped right there. No one went further."
Kuro froze. His eyes widened a deep, haunted fear spreading through his face.
Kuro (whispering): "Howā¦ how is that even possibleā¦?"
Piko (muttering): "Oiā¦ is that 'Iza'... his dead ex or something? Why's he so scared?"
Hiko (nervously): "Iā¦ think it's more than that. Way more."

At the White's Domainā¦
Ixia (politely): "Lord White."
White: "Yes, Ixia? What is it?"
Ixia (hesitant): "I wanted to ask somethingā¦ about Flux. Back when he cleared the first three floors he used a shadow-like power. Was thatā¦?"
White's expression instantly stiffened. A subtle frown crossed his usually calm face.
White (slowly): "Yesā¦ that power belonged to one of our fallen ones."
At the same moment in two different places both Kuro and White spoke the same words, as though fate itself was connecting their memories.
Kuro & White (simultaneously):
"She was something no one could ever measure. Her strength was beyond logic, beyond creation. Just hearing her name made even gods tremble. Her one glance was enough to vaporize anything even legends."
Hiko & Ixia (anxiously): "Andā¦ her name?"
Kuro & White (in perfect unison, their eyes shadowed):
"Her nameā¦ was"
