Kiro, Worh, Sebastián, and Sone were calmly talking in a café.
Kiro:
-What if we train to improve our abilities?
Sone:
-I guess that's fine.
Sebastián:
-I have no problem training these days.
Worh:
-Yeah, it sounds like a good idea. That way we can defeat enemies more easily.
Suddenly, a building exploded-then all the buildings began to blow up. People panicked. Upon seeing this, the protagonists quickly went to check the problem. To their surprise, it was a superhuman who shot lightning from his hands.
Kiro, thinking:
-What? Another one with powers who uses them for evil? He must be a boss or something like that.
The protagonists approached him.
Kiro (asking):
-Hey, why are you destroying the buildings?
Boss 10 (Noni):
-That's none of your business. But now that I look at you... you must be the "heroes" around here.
Kiro:
-I guess we are.
Sebastián:
-And who are you?
Boss 10 (Noni):
-I'm Boss 10, but you can call me by my name-Noni.
Worh: (taking a step forward with clenched fists)
-Nice to meet you, but...
-we're not here to talk, are we?
Noni:
-Hahaha, you're right. And you'll be the first to die.
He said it with a mocking tone and a sinister smile. Without wasting any time, Worh launched himself at Boss 10 (Noni). He quickly threw a punch, but it was stopped by Noni's hand. Without showing any expression, Worh delivered a powerful kick that sent Noni flying through several buildings. That wasn't enough-Worh began running at sonic speed, caught up to Noni, and unleashed a flurry of powerful blows that sent Noni into space. With a mighty leap, Worh caught up to him, grabbed his neck, and slammed him down to the ground, creating a massive crater. Boss 10 (Noni) was dead. Worh hadn't held back.
The other protagonists arrived and saw Boss 10 (Noni) lying dead.
Kiro:
-WOW, I'm surprised you were able to defeat Boss 10 (Noni) without help.
Worh:
-I guess it's a little impressive, but all I did was not hold back in the fight.
Sebastián:
-Well, the enemy's defeated, so let's go.
Sone:
-Let's go then. But once we get back, I'll start training to become stronger and not fall behind.
With that, the protagonists left the scene at sonic speed.
BUT AN EXPLOSION OCCURRED IN THE CRATER!!!
The protagonists stopped and watched as Boss 10 emerged in a stone form. Before they could react, he struck them with such force that they were sent flying thousands of kilometers. Sone and Sebastián coughed up blood from the unexpected impact. Kiro and Worh managed to stay on their feet, though they had been thrown far away.
Boss 10 charged a red energy attack in his hand and launched it. The city was destroyed, and nearby cities were vaporized. Kiro and Worh, wearing serious expressions, watched the destruction. They rushed to stop the attack. Upon arrival, Kiro smiled, generating a powerful gust of wind that stopped the blast. Boss 10 could only watch.
Worh launched a punch that struck Boss 10-but it did nothing. Boss 10 then sent Worh flying with a headbutt.
Kiro:
-So now the rat is strong, huh? Now you'll see who's boss.
Kiro's voice turned cold and serious. He jumped up and kicked Boss 10 in the head. Without stopping, he landed ten blows in a single millisecond. Boss 10 lost 80% of his body. Then, with a spinning kick, Kiro shattered him completely.
Later, at home, they were all gathered and talking.
Kiro:
-That boss was really strong.
Worh:
-Not even leaving him in a giant crater killed him.
Sone:
-When I took that hit from Noni (Boss 10), I realized my endurance is too low. That's why I'm going to train every day.
Sebastián:
-I'll work on controlling my emotions so I can use them better in battle.
From that day forward, the protagonists trained hard, searching for new abilities.
