Anemone's long, rich black hair cascaded down her back, and her skin glowed with a radiant, porcelain complexion. Her sapphire eyes sparkled with a deep, inner light, and her delicate features were set off by a gentle smile. Her slender figure swayed gracefully as she gently brushed through the flowers in the garden, her long gown flowing around her like silk.As she tended to her garden, her melodious song filled the air, sweet as the birds' singing. The scent of nature and its beauty fragranced the air. She lifted pots and placed them in a sunnier area, her long gown tucked up to avoid sweeping the ground. She smiled and giggled as she spoke to her bouquet, "How beautiful... used to lure a queen, I'd get lost in you as well." She giggled softly. "I never thought I'd get jealous of daffodils."
Austin walked into the garden from behind her. "They stole my place already," he concluded with a smile, stretching out his hands for a hug. "Oh, Austin, you're back," she said with a smile, tugging his hands away to avoid the hug. "Your eyes look tired," she said, placing her hands on his head to feel his temperature.
"It's much better now that I've seen you, sister. You look dashing," he said, putting his hands on hers. "What can I do? I had to leave for my princely duties," she teased. "I came straight to you after arriving at the palace. I didn't mean to leave you, Anne," he muttered.
As they walked into the palace, Anemone couldn't help but notice the grandeur of the walls, adorned with intricate tapestries and gleaming chandeliers. They entered the king's court, where the king stretched out his hands for a hug. Austin ran into his arms, but Anemone stood back, her eyes locked on her father's. "Your Majesty, I think Austin is too young for such responsibilities. He's only 10 and needs time to play with his friends."
The king nodded thoughtfully. "Anemone, my beautiful princess, I only want to prepare Austin for his future role. But I understand your concerns. I'll minimize his training for now." Austin nodded enthusiastically as the king pulled him into a warm hug.
Just then, the king's advisor, Royal Advisor Will, arrived. "My prince, may you rule one day," he said, greeting Austin. "Pretty flower," he added, smiling at Anemone. The king smiled warmly at his brother. "You're back now, that's all that matters. You should eat first."
As Austin excitedly chatted with his uncle, Anemone watched with a mix of curiosity and wariness. The king nodded, and Royal Advisor Will bowed slightly. "Thank you, Your Majesty. Austin, let's go feast like kings and talk about the north." Austin squealed with delight, hugging his sister before skipping out of the court with his uncle.
As the door closed, the king turned to Anemone. "My dear, you're wise beyond your years. I trust your judgment, but also know that Austin's destiny is not just about pleasure, but also about preparation." Anemone curtsied, her eyes meeting her father's. "I understand, Father. I only want what's best for Austin and our kingdom."
