It looked nothing like a traditional sword, but rather as a mystical spirit weapon sheathed within a sake jar it was formed from the swirling liquid released from the gourd, snapping into a deadly yellow liquid blade in the blink of an eye.
"Genjutsu: World of Drunken Dreams," Obito whispered softly.
Mito caught off guard by the Obito's phasing ability froze for fraction of a second, the liquid blade of the Totsuka Blade pierced cleanly through her body. Before she could even let out a complaint or tell about the fake Madara, a powerful pull yanked her backward, sealing her away into the eternal dreamless slumber of the sake jar's inner dimension.
Hiruzen's eyes widened in horror as he stared at the yellow glowing gourd. "That... that's..." he stammered. "That's the Totsuka Blade..."
Standing in the silence of the room with no one making any moves, Obito let out a slow breath of relief. "Good thing, Mito was sealed away without any further complications."
With her out of the way, there was officially no one left alive... in this world who could look at him, call him a fake, and say otherwise. Well, there is the real Madara.

"I will say this again... those Sharingan are mine." Obito commanded as he looked at Danzo, standing protectively right beside him, his lifelong friend, Hiruzen Sarutobi shifted his stance, as his face etched with resolve as he gripped his bo staff.
Obito had zero intention of sealing away Hiruzen here, let alone sealing him away in Kamui's dimension. The Hidden Leaf needed its strength at this movement... with tensions simmering across the borders, keeping Hiruzen on the roster is vital to holding the frontlines against Kumogakure. If Konoha's military might plummeted because he sealed away Hiruzen, Kumo would smell it and push back the frontlines or outright demolish Konoha and make it their own.
Danzo didn't flinch, though a bead of cold sweat tracked down the side of his bandaged jaw. Seeing Obito's stillness, he assumed it was a moment of vulnerability. His fingers blurred through a rapid sequence of hand seals: Serpent into Boar into Ram.
With a burst of chakra, the seals on his hidden right arm flared activating the ultimate Uchiha technique stolen from the very clan he despised.
"Let's see how the great 'Madara' overcomes the ultimate technique... Izanagi!" Danzo sneered, his voice dripping with defiant arrogance.
A few paces away, Hiruzen let out a quiet sigh. Even in the middle of a life-or-death standoff against the ghost of the Uchiha, he couldn't ignore the bitter truth settling in his gut. He was finally beginning to understand just how deeply ingrained Danzo's irrational and poisonous bias against the Uchiha clan truly was.
It was this exact obsessive paranoia that had driven a wedge between the village and the clan in the first place, laying the groundwork for betrayal. Hiruzen shook his head slightly, clearing the disappointment from his mind. This wasn't the time for old regrets; he had to focus on the threat standing right in front of them.
Inside the corridors of his mind, Obito was practically screaming.
"This absolute idiot is throwing away a priceless treasure!" Obito thought, his eye twitching beneath the mask. "If only I had at least one spare Sharingan right now, I could use Izanami. I could force Danzo into an infinite loop and stop him from continuously squandering these eyes out of sheer stupidity."
Obito was trapped in an infuriating deadlock. Ever since his fight against Kushina... where he had been forced to burn through his Izanagi reserves just to cheat death.... his options had plummeted. To make matters worse, upon checking back with the decrepit old man playing master in the cave, he discovered that "Madara" didn't possess any extra Sharingan to spare. Well, there is one in his eye socket.
Adding to this disaster, every single member of the Uchiha clan was currently tagged with the "Free Bird Seal", meaning he couldn't harvest from them. Desperate for Sharingan reserves, he had tracked down Danzo, knowing the old hawk hoarded stolen eyes. And now, right in front of him, Danzo was carelessly burning through them one by one.
Suddenly, Danzo and Hiruzen launched a coordinated assault. Danzo flickered forward, channeling razor-sharp wind chakra.
"Wind Release: Vacuum Blade!"
Danzo exhaled a torrent of wind-infused chakra onto a kunai, drastically amplifying its sharpness and cutting range. He lunged forward and brought the blade down in a vicious arc.
Yet, the attack met no resistance as the kunai simply passed straight through Obito's physical form as if he were made of nothing.
Instantly adapting, Hiruzen didn't waste a second as he willed his adamantine staff to rapidly expand and swinging with devastating momentum to crush Obito from the flank.
A minute ticked away as another one of the Sharingan embedded in Danzo's arm dimmed, and permanently closed as it paid the price to rewrite reality, saving Danzo from a fatal blow he never received. Yet, despite burning through his eyes, Danzo remained deeply paranoid. He was completely terrified that "Madara" might suddenly pull out the mythical spirit weapon, just like how he sealed away Mito.
Minutes bled into one another and Obito didn't make a single offensive move. He just stood there, motionless and untouchable, his mind racing as four full minutes passed, and Obito still couldn't find a clean workaround to stop Danzo's Izanagi without risking his own Kamui Sharingan.
"This is precisely what happens when a mighty tool is handed over to trash," Obito muttered with disdain. "You've wasted four Sharingan, shivering like a coward simply because you're terrified I might end your miserable life."
Reacting swiftly to Hiruzen's renewed pincer sweep, Obito phased backward. He flicked his intangibility off and on for a fraction of a second to reset the five-minute timer of his phasing. While he was profoundly infuriated by Danzo's stupidity and wastefulness, he knew killing him right here wasn't optimal. Danzo alive would make a remarkably useful puppet... much like the Mizukage.
Hiruzen pressed the attack, using Danzo as a desperate distraction, but the next agonizing five minutes played out exactly like the last. Not a single strike, punch, or jutsu could land on the Obito. Wracked by terror, Danzo pushed his arm to the limit, mindlessly feeding his remaining eyes to Izanagi until the final tenth eye on his arm flickered, went dark and permanently closed.
The arm fell limp as the ultimate technique had ended.
"What an absolute waste," Obito sighed aloud, maintaining the arrogant persona of Madara Uchiha, even though the frustration gnawed at him.

A/N: i have been joggling between letting Obito get Sharingan from Danzo and not letting him. I went ahead with him losing Sharingan because Danzo was too fearful of Madara.
