Vivi frowned at the growing commotion.

The crowd, having witnessed his power, fell instantly quiet.
"Everything Princess Vivi has told you is true. Crocodile has been stripped of his Warlord status. Would you dare question the word of the Marines?" Hyaku's voice thundered across the gathering.
The scene immediately fell silent.
As he said, even if Vivi could lie, Hyaku and the Marines represented absolute authority that could be trusted without question. Even the boldest rebel forces wouldn't dare challenge the Marine Government.
"Bring him out." Hyaku commanded, nodding to one of the Marine soldiers.
Soon after, a Marine soldier dragged out Crocodile — disheveled and badly beaten.
"Isn't that Crocodile?"
"How did he end up like that?"
"So the Marines really did take action against him — could we have been deceived all along?"
At the sight of the unconscious, barely breathing Crocodile, the crowd began to accept Vivi's words as truth.
They had all been nothing but Crocodile's pawns!
Thud!
With the truth now clear, Kōza, the rebel leader, dropped to one knee before Vivi.
"I was wrong! I should never have believed Crocodile's lies! All rebel forces will withdraw from the royal capital immediately! I, Kōza, take full responsibility for our actions and will accept whatever punishment Princess Vivi deems appropriate!"
Clang, Clang!
With their leader's surrender, the remaining rebels needed no further convincing. One by one, they laid down their weapons and yielded.
Vivi cast a grateful look towards Hyaku.
The unrest in Alabasta had finally come to an end.
