Chapter 66 - Chapter 66: Kaido Arrives

"That's rude, Pica," Dove said, pulling out her silky hands. "Okay, don't let me down, you two." Her voice fell, and she disappeared. Pica and Gladius immediately became tense.

Elsewhere, in a field of sunflowers, the Riku Army's revolutionary headquarters was a flurry of activity. The arrival of Rodin had ignited their hopes. King Riku made a decisive decision: to form an army with the Tontatta tribe. They knew Rodin was a Warlord of the Sea hunter, and this was their chance to defeat the Donquixote Family.

"Everyone, the Warlord of the Sea hunters, Rodin's group, is very powerful," King Riku said, raising the long sword in his hand, his voice hoarse. "They are so powerful that they can easily defeat the Donquixote Family. So… we don't have to delay any longer! This Captain Rodin, whom we have never met, has created such a good opportunity. We must seize it!"

Below him, a group of soldiers held their weapons, trembling. The crowd was excited. Rebecca and the one-legged toy soldier, Kyros, were also there. No one in Dressrosa was more excited than they were.

On the flying boat, Rodin sat on the bow, biting into an apple. Only Mihoko stood beside him. Below, the chaotic crowd and the destructive shockwaves of battle continued. He could feel the casualties of the Donquixote Family cadres rising rapidly.

"Coming yet?" Rodin asked just as a team of toy soldiers joined the fray. Behind them were Trebol and Sugar. Rodin pointed at Sugar and sent a twisted blue arc of electricity toward her. Trebol, having sensed it, secreted a thick, sticky substance and blocked it.

"Sticky Shield!"

The electric current exploded but was kept out.

"You, blocked?" Rodin frowned. Just as he was about to increase the current, the weather stirred. A blue, flat crocodile-like mouth emerged from the clouds, and a wave of heat condensed. A giant pillar of flames several kilometers long shot down from the sky toward the flying boat.

Mihoko moved, pulling out her sword and slicing a huge white wave through the air.

"BOOM!" The heat wave split in two, narrowly missing the airship and crashing into Dressrosa. The area was engulfed in flames, and houses and streets were reduced to charcoal.

The entire island was captivated by the sight. "What is this? A dragon?" the fleeing citizens cried out in a panic. If they knew this was the Four Emperor Kaido, who had come to help their king, they would have been surprised. How could their benevolent king have an alliance with a super pirate?

"Kaido, are you finally here?" The few remaining cadres cheered. The Rodin Pirates had driven them to a dead end with just a few women. Kaido's appearance brought great hope.

"It seems you're happy, let's make sure you survive first," Baki said. She then sent out a stream of light, and the remaining cadres' bodies were separated. She then landed on a nearby street. A light-red cloak rushed past her.

"Hey, where are you going, Akainu?"

"To destroy the Yonko." Akainu spoke lightly, but a red flame was rising in her eyes.

Above them, the long, blue-scaled dragon emerged from the clouds. With shrimp-like eyes, antlers, a bull's nose, eagle claws, and fish scales, it was a hundred meters long—the legendary green dragon form of the Mythical Zoan Fish-Fish Fruit.

"Doflamingo, you are too weak," Kaido said, shooting a white blast from his nose that dispersed the surrounding clouds. The people of Dressrosa felt a wave of coercion, and those with poor tolerance knelt down. The Riku Army also felt a deep unease.

"Why? Why is the Yonko here?!" they asked, cursing their bad luck.

On the King's Plateau, Doflamingo sensed the familiar auras of his crew fading. His eyes grew more and more depressed. The reason the string puppet he controlled and never showed his true body was that because he would die instantly. He had seen the power of Rodin's crew. Only an undead monster like Kaido could compete with them.

"This guy, Kaido… is he here alone?" Doflamingo clenched his fists, his pink sunglasses glinting. He hardened his right hand and pulled, the air exploding. Two pink cloaks whipped in the wind.

Dove held her trembling hand and laughed softly. "You're the only one left."

Above them, Kaido's voice boomed. "Rodin, your path ends here!" He opened his mouth to unleash his "Wind Breath," sharp, fierce giant blades rotating into a half-moon shape.

But before he could, a giant magma fist, several meters wide, roared and struck him in his dragon face.

"BOOM!" There was a crackle of breaking scales, and Kaido's body fell to the island. While "Wind Breath" was shattered by Mihoko attack.

In the ruins, Kaido's dragon form lay for a moment. His mouth twitched, and his body and limbs quickly shrank back to his human form. He slowly lifted his large body, his gaze aggressive. At seven meters tall, he towered over everyone around him.

"Who… helped me sober up?" Kaido's pupils moved slightly, locking onto the woman walking toward him.

At the same time, Mihoko jumped down from the sky, her hands clenched. Before her sword was even drawn, a sharp aura swept over the area. Even Kaido frowned and looked up.

Just then, a burning wind rushed toward Mihoko from the side.

"BOOM!"

Mihoko turned and destroyed the fire whip.

"I can't let you interrupt my Captain's battle." A soft voice said. A black shadow wrapped in armor flew over, its head surrounded by thick flames. It was King of the Beast Pirates.

"Pill Bow Emperor!" King waved his wings, transformed into a pitch-black pteranodon, and charged at an incredible speed.

"Fire embers?" Mihoko's eagle eyes flashed. She stepped into the air and met him with a white blade.

"Bang!!!"

A flash of light. The two separated in an instant, and a powerful shockwave spread out.

On the flying boat, Rodin looked away. Around Dressrosa, a large pirate fleet flying the Beast Pirates' flag had arrived. In the center of the fleet were two figures: one was a man with huge ivory and two lovely yellow braids (Jack), and the other was a fat man with sunglasses and purple lips, dancing while holding a microphone (Queen).

After the ships approached the island, the two All-Stars jumped onto the beach, drawing their weapons and rushing toward the center of the city. A crowd of crazed fighters in fur coats followed. Their arrival raised the intensity of the battle to another level.

"Reinforcements?" A cold snort rang out. A blue light erupted in the sky. It was Rodin, who had released a "Thunder Penalty."

"Thunder Penalty!"

A terrible thunderclap followed. The fighters who had just disembarked from the Beast Pirates' ships let out a wisp of black smoke and all fell to the ground. Only the two All-Stars and a few of their Zoan-transformed fighters remained standing.

"The guy who got in the way!" Queen aimed his Gatling gun at the ark and began firing wildly.

"Chug chug!!!" A barrage of bullets and fire flew down. An electric grid emerged on the ark's outer layer, easily catching the bullets and freezing them in place.

"Your opponent is not a ship, big fat man!" Baki laughed loudly.

"BOOM!" The beach where Quinn and Jack were standing suddenly split into dozens of pieces, as if a major earthquake had occurred. Jack, with an iron mask on his face, was unable to stand still. He leaped into the sky, holding two long sickle-shaped weapons, and slashed down.

"Clang!" A golden sound. The old tree where Baki had been standing was turned to dust, and she flew backward. Jack sneered and prepared to pursue, but his smile froze when he saw that his "Shuttle Knife" had broken into pieces. His clothes were also torn, revealing his muscular body and trunk. A group of refugees passing by gasped.

"Pervert!"

"There are perverts here! Run!"

"That's disgusting! How can there be such a disgusting creature?"

"Terrible elephant trunk."

"Wife, what are you staring at? Hurry up and go!"

Jack's face turned dark and gloomy. He clamped his legs together, picked a leaf, and tied it in front of him before letting go. His face was full of anger.

"How dare you laugh at me! Die!" he roared, transforming into a giant mammoth. He stomped his legs, and a series of cracks spread toward the fleeing crowd. He then swung his rough elephant trunk at them.

"BOOM!" The crowd was scattered, but his eyes narrowed. He swung his trunk behind him, and a little blood was spilled. His trunk hurt, and he retracted it. Baki was now standing on his head.

"To fight with me, you must expect to have no weapons!"

Not far away, Queen was about to help his subordinate but was stopped by a petite woman with a cigar in her mouth. She was the same height as him.

"Little girl, are you trying to stop me?" Queen bowed slightly, squinting his eyes. He looked her up and down, noting her slender legs and gentle beauty, but her attitude was extremely arrogant. "Are you part of the Rodin Pirates too?" he asked, flicking the long whip on the back of his head. "With your hot body, you'd be a perfect geisha in Wano! Hahaha!"

"I'll be your death," Crocodile retorted, taking a puff of her cigar. She hooked both hands, and two water whirlpools jumped up from the river. They turned into two ferocious water dragons and spun toward Queen.

"Manipulating water?" Because of his devil fruit ability, Queen was usually a weak swimmer. Seeing that she could manipulate water, his heart burned with desire. He dodged and transformed into a giant yellow brachiosaurus, taking the fight seriously. "Little beauty, just die!" He swung his massive tail violently toward Crocodile.

At the center of the battle, as Kaido picked up his mace and prepared to deal with Akainu, his eyes suddenly trembled. A terrifying power burst out of him. "You can be buried with him!"

At the same time, on the broken King's Plateau, Doflamingo (the Rodin pirate) had her hand pierced through the real Doflamingo's heart, holding him high. She pursed her red lips and grinned.

"It's really not easy."
