I saw the mermaid princess with a sloppy beard and an extremely obscene face.
"Is this… a Kizaru face replacement?" Rodin felt a little spooked. Before coming in, he hadn't investigated Shirahoshi in detail, wanting to be surprised and reveal her beauty head-on. After all, the his world's opinion was that her beauty was not inferior to the "Pirate Empress." But looking at this, there was no surprise, only fright.
"Is this Poseidon?" The corners of Dove and Akainu's mouths twitched slightly.
"Father!" Shirahoshi growled, then suddenly jumped over.
"Discharge!" Rodin raised his index finger. A frantic electric current surged forward, roasting her into a scorched fish. Then, his body moved, and he appeared at the back door of the hard shell tower.
A team of guards, along with the great prince Fukaboshi, surrounded the real Princess Shirahoshi, fleeing the scene. They stopped only when Rodin appeared.
"You got the news quite early, so you had time to change her position?" Rodin smiled slightly, and with a snap of his fingers, a flying thunderbolt swept over all the mermaids except for Shirahoshi.
"Boom boom!" The sound of thunder filled the air. The mermaids, including Fukaboshi, all fell to the ground. Just one hit. The destructive power of Thunder fruit was evident.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Princess Shirahoshi," Rodin said. "You are really beautiful. Don't worry, they've just fainted. I have no malicious intentions."
"Brother!" Shirahoshi put her hands on her brother, shaking him, but he didn't respond. She couldn't help but burst into tears. "Captain… Captain Rodin, please spare Fish-Man Island and everyone."
"Of course. I'm not a villain," Rodin nodded.
The innocent Shirahoshi blinked. "Really… really?"
Just then, a loud "boom!" sounded as Neptune's body fell from above.
"Daughter… daughter, run!" he cried, now awake.
Seeing her father's tragic state, Shirahoshi burst into tears again. "Father!"
"Hee hee hee, the dignified Poseidon is crying?" Dove jumped down from the tower.
"Dove, can't you be more gentle?" Rodin shook his head.
Neptune lay on the ground and let out a rough breath. "What do you plan to do?!"
"Deprive your daughter of her powers."
"That's impossible to do!" Neptune clenched his fists, feeling that Rodin was talking nonsense.
Rodin didn't care. "You'll find out soon." His heart skipped a beat, and he looked at the ark not far away.
Almost a second later, a deep blue light bloomed on the ship, spreading out with invisible, gentle fluctuations. The air felt like a flowing breeze, giving everyone a comfortable feeling. Even Shirahoshi stopped crying and looked up.
Neptune also raised his head. "A friendly aura."
"It looks like it's finished."
A beautiful figure then leaped off the flying boat. She had wavy, long blue hair, creamy skin, a stunning face, and a dark blue fishtail. Her appearance was breathtaking.
"What a beautiful sight," Neptune said, unable to look away for a moment. He quickly regained his composure. "No, there's actually a mermaid on your boat?!" But he hadn't seen a mermaid with such beauty before.
The blue mermaid twisted her body, appearing in front of Rodin. She brushed her hair back, revealing a captivating smile. She had completed her magnificent transformation.
"How do you like it?"
"I can't tell if it's Tashigi," Rodin smiled slightly. She had a lot more flavor than before. And now, he had a crew member who was skilled in water!
Dove, on the other hand, looked disgusted and grew more angry.
"You… you actually know each other?" Neptune was startled again. There was a mermaid on Rodin's ship?
"Who is this old man?" Crocodile asked, her demeanor exuding a friendly aura mixed with refusal.
"Put this on," Rodin said, taking out the Ocean Star and handing it to her. He then walked toward the giant Shirahoshi. "Princess, you have a dangerous power in your body."
"Huh?" Shirahoshi was stunned, unsure what he meant.
"As an Ancient Weapon, you can summon the power of the Sea Kings." Rodin put his hands in his pockets and glanced at the side. "I don't want to waste any more time. Crocodile, it's up to you whether you can master this power." He then stepped aside.
After Crocodile put on the Ocean Star, she felt a surge of excitement. The power of an Ancient Weapon! She had been hungry for this for a long time. Once she mastered this power, controlling the sea would be a simple task.
"But this is going to Tashigi eventually!" She glanced at Rodin. She couldn't stay in this body forever, could she? When they returned to the surface, wouldn't this power belong to Tashigi?
"Tashigi can't go back now," Dove said, walking slowly. "I'm very envious of such a good opportunity."
Crocodile ignored the woman. She snorted coldly and walked up to Shirahoshi.
"Hey, woman who has wasted the power of 'Poseidon,' give it to me so I can use it better." The prerequisite for the activation of "deprivation of natural ability" was that the other party had to consent. The success rate of using it directly would be very small. "You just need to nod your head and give up this power, and we will leave immediately."
"Daughter, you can't promise them!" Neptune suddenly shouted, a faint, bad feeling gripping him. Could they really take the power away? Although it sounded unbelievable, there were too many strange things in the world. If they succeeded, Fish-Man Island would surely be destroyed!
"Well, I'll listen to my father!" Shirahoshi said, clenching her hands in a rare moment of strength.
"Such a weakling." Dove moved her right hand, and five silver threads flew out. Shirahoshi's huge body got up involuntarily. She picked up her brother's trident and moved toward Neptune like a marionette.
"Boom, old man, what did you think we brought you here for?" Dove sped up her movements as Rodin left the shell tower.
Rodin, followed his Haki to the Mermaid Cafe. The door, which should have been closed, was still shining with a faint light.
"Squeak…" Rodin pushed the door open, meeting the worried Madame Shyarly and a few merman shop assistants.
"Ro… Rodin!" Shyarly couldn't hold her pipe steady, and it fell to the ground. "Why did you come here?" The merman shop assistants were even more terrified, trembling all over.
"Madame Shyarly, did you predict that I would bring destruction here?" Rodin asked lightly. He wasn't bored enough to destroy Fish-Man Island. After Crocodile succeeded, it would be time to get down to business.
"What did you do to King Neptune?!"
"Before I answer you, do me a favor." Rodin smiled. "I think you already know, Madame Shyarly." His smile made Shyarly look horrified.
Under the astonished eyes of the clerk, the two walked into a small room.
"Could it be…"
"Probably not. How could such a strong man be interested in that kind of thing?"
"Can Madame Shyarly handle it?"
Inside the room, Shyarly placed both hands on a purple divination crystal ball.
"Since I've come to Fish-Man Island, I'll trouble you to make a prediction for me while I'm here." Rodin sat down on the sofa. This woman had predicted the advent of the great pirate era and the fall of Whitebeard. Her accuracy rate was rumored to be 100%. Who wouldn't be curious about the future?
"I see." Traces of sweat appeared on Shyarly's back. After forcing herself to calm down, she began to predict. But the images in her mind were too unbelievable.
"This, this is absolutely impossible!" Shyarly said, shocked, as she fell back and sat on the stone floor.
