********POV : TIM'S VIEW *********
For the past few days now, Nate has been giving me updates on Chris or should say my little lamb health and it has all been good news so far..... It glades my heart to know he is fine.
Today I was feeling like I should take things up a bit. Like take him out as soon as he lives the hospital.
Then the idea of a invite came to mind, I got a call across to Nate to find out when Chris was to live the hospital and he told me according to the doctor's word the other day that it will be soon... Maybe Friday or Saturday I guess, but it is fine.
So I told him to write these words on an invitation letter and he should buy a bouquet of his favourite flowers.
.... "you have been invited to join me for dinner by Sunday evening."...
And he should add my who is from, then drop it off at his door in the hospital.
"alright sir, but let me confirm if he is living any time soon before doing the things you asked of me" Nate suggested to me..... And I wouldn't lie it does sounds like a good plan to me.
"alright get that information first and do what I ask you but if he's living late, call me and get me up to speed on his schedule of his appointed date he's living there" I gave him a slit order.
"on it boss" was all I got as an answer from Nate and the communication line cut off.
Things are getting better and I can't wait to see him.
********POV : NATE'S VIEW **********
The boss called me and gave me an order to carry out but I guess he want's to take things up a bit with his little lamb.... What a stress of words am gonna call him Chris, that's easy to say and has no stress in it.
I called the doctor to get the necessary information on Chris departure and he told me
"he will be living tomorrow he's totally recovered."
Oh great things are falling just as boss had eailer planned "OK thanks for the update doc" I said as I ended the call.
Now what is left is to get to work... It will be a long time to prepare so I called in a friend of mine who was into invitation and things..... Is their stuff not mine. And he agrees to help with the invite and I forwarded what should be the content.
That's one out of the way now for the flowers and I know just the place for that.
Before half an hour, I was done with the things I was asked to do. Before I went to the hospital and to Mr Chris room, a private room sector and placed the stuffs on the floor and knocked on his door before making my self scarce from the premises.
I called my boss to tell him that it has been done "boss, your order has been carried out."
And he replied "that's great..... Still keep an eye on Chris" he said his order before hanging out.
More task to accomplish, when will I ever have some break... For christ sake am human not a robot.
********POV : CHRIS VIEW*********
What does he want from me now, why does he have to ruin all my life happiness and peace..... He's after my life what is he a demon that want to require my soul.
I sat up on the bed feeling uncomfortable and having a frown on my face. "What does he want from you sir Chris" jinna asked looking puzzled by the sudden invite.
"I don't have OK, I have no clue or an arch of idea what he wants." I said still with a frown. The air in the room has already change and was getting thicker with the aura of anger.
This devil in human form has done more damage than good. He put me in a bondage with the name of marriage proposal tieing me down from being with anyone I want to be with, I didn't plan my life being with him.
Chris : Hey author.... (author : what now Chris, what do you need of me. But make it quick I got other things to do at the moment)..... Can you make a plot that I don't get together with that Devil Tim, please..... (no can do Chris am sorry, that will be going against the original story line)..... Nooooo!!!!!.... (if there is no other thing you need I will be living later Chris)..... Come back here author, you made my life a living hell with that man..... Tim : hah hahaha hahaha.. Looks like you are stock with me little lamb.... Chris : get me out of here, jinna!!!!!.....
Next day....
I got discharged from the hospital and it was a really refreshing when the clean air from the environment outside hit my face.
I feel so relaxed and relieved to be out of the hospital and back to the real world this time more healthier than before.
We entered my car That was drove by my driver..... Yeah I do have a personal driver but most time I don't use him I love to drive myself so, he just stays home and wait till am back so he could wash the car for the next day.
He drove us home, and by us I meant I, jinna, and himself.
We exited the car and made our way inside.... What do you know the two living evil were in the living room watching TV and maybe awaiting my arrival, so I thought.
I past them making my way up the stairs when they decided to talk to their biggest regret in life, yeah that was what they called me to my face. "I see you are back and well Chris" my father said still focused on the TV not looking my way.
"yes, thank you for your concern" I said still going to my room when he added.... "Chris.... I got an intell from one of my trusted allies who told me that Tim gave you an invite to meet up with him on Sunday, am I correct?"
"yes he did, but am not going" I said with a daring tone as I kept walking not waiting for me to hear his next word, but I did anyways and that got me to stop on my tracks.
"you better go to him Chris.... Your days are numbered in here, and your marriage date will be settled upon real soon. So you have to get to know him, cause you will be living my house soon" he said as he looked at me with a deadly glance....
I returned the glance with mine too as if telling him to do his worse that I don't give an actual f*ck of what he just said before walking away.
I stopped before giving an order to jinna "jinna bring my food to my room, i don't want to eat at the dinner table.... I don't want to be disturbed." I continued walking not wanting to see them.
When I got to my room, I went to the bathroom and made a warm bath to relax my nerves.
As I lay back in the bath tub, relaxing in the warmth of the warm water I remembered my father's words from earlier. It won't stop ringing in my head.
"you better go to him Chris.... Your days are numbered in here, and your marriage date will be settled upon real soon. So you have to get to know him, cause you will be living my house soon" he said and there was that dead glance he gave me.... God damn it!!!! I closed my eyes real tight and I signed, what am I going to do now....
I got up from the bath tub because the warm water was now cold, I cleaned myself and walked out the bathroom to my closets to wear something that will warm me up. After I did I walked to my king sized bed I missed so much and sat down eating fruits as I waited for jinna to bring my food to my room.
Then I scrolled through my phone since there was literally nothing to do, I went to my Instagram account to fine anything interesting but no it was just as I left it but only that my followers had added up to 1.7m... Oh well that got me bored, unto the next please. I scrolled through my Facebook account and page where I watched other content people posted.... But it didn't really show up my interest so I went to my profile to see if any thing changed and yea my followers went up again.... I guess new people on Facebook these days huh.
Things in my Facebook account and page was still boring to me, I decided to go to TikTok to check if there is anything that could make me laugh or even smile, but it was still boring as sh*t with nothing getting my interest.... I decided to reply messages that has been waiting to be answered then went to my profile "still over the top are we now" I said as I saw that there was a huge increase in followers. With all these done I left the app and kept my phone at the night stand still waiting for my food to be served..... Still waiting I got up to my bookshelf and took one of the books there and began reading the content that was in the book.
Time does fly by as I read on and on I fell asleep on the book... I only woke up when jinna came in my room and woke me up for my dinner. "young master Chris, your food is here" she said while setting the tray next to my lamp on the nightstand.
"what took you so long jinna, I got bored waiting for my food" I asked her giving her a demanding look that needed an explanation.
"Am sorry sir Chris, but your father ordered me not to serve you unless they were done eating" she said looking sorry for her lateness.
"so!!!! He's doing this right now for what reason and why" I asked myself but his earlier words rang out in my brain as if trying to give me the answer to my question.
"you better go to him Chris.... Your days are numbered in here, and your marriage date will be settled upon real soon. So you have to get to know him, cause you will be living my house soon"..... "I get it now..... Game on dad, game on" I said as I smiled.
The rest of the night was silent and the moonlight sipping into my room from the window as if bringing me reassurance that everything will be fine.
I guess that I will be meeting 'the devil in human form' tomorrow evening.
I lay down on my bed trying to picture how tomorrow will be and how am going to react or respond to he's words and untie my self from his webs he has over me.... I will never fall for his mind games. Let's see how things plays out, Tim lionhearth.
The intensity of this chapter keeps me wondering how things will unfold as the two meet. Will things go smoothly or will everything go into chaos, we will see it together.
