Now he’s the Doctor of the Ruin Gospel, a walking medical atrocity who heals people with surgical tentacles, a chainsaw, and a mouth in his palm that bites things for diagnosis. The more fear he causes, the stronger he gets.

Trapped in a broken system, in a world ruled by Gates, monsters, and divine protocols, Ren isn’t here to save the world.

He’s just trying to cure it.

And maybe bill it later.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I want to be honest with you.


I'm going to remake the entire First Arc of Eldritch Horror? No, I'm a Doctor.


When I started this novel, I had the vision for Ren, the world, and where the story would go long-term. But I was still figuring things out as a writer. The execution wasn't as strong as it could have been. Some parts feel messy now. Some moments could hit harder.


Since then, both the story and I have grown. And because so many of you have stayed, commented, supported, and believed in this world… I don't want the foundation to feel weaker than the rest of the series.


The core plot isn't changing.Ren is still Ren.The direction stays the same.


But I'm rebuilding the beginning to match the level the story has reached.


Stronger opening.Tighter pacing.Sharper horror.More intentional character work.


This isn't a reset.It's us strengthening the base of something long-term.


The remade First Arc will be released first on Patreon before it replaces the current version publicly.
