By the age of 6 Drake become well known in the villa. The only one who knows about Drake is an alchemist are Rose and her husband Gibbs. Rose kept it a secret from the mass people who makes those pill. They had pressured her from telling them but she wouldn't budged. She stays around Drake the most when he alchemy so she started to understand basic of it and sometimes ask question to Drake.
She also ended up making wood level pill by staying with Drake. Her hands smells of alchemy and that is why people thinks that those pills are made by her when she sells them. She became assistant of Drake and can cut all the ingredients or pre-heat the cauldron. They have been doing it for a while.
This is also the time when Baron David Morgan came with his daughter Elena Morgan. He asked to meet with the principal Rose.
After sometimes Rose came along with his son Drake to meet with them. Rose got the news of Sonia dying. She got shocked and tears started to fall. They were best of friends when they were young and when Sonia was sick, Rose would go and meet with Sonia time to time. But after she met Drake, her visiting with Sonia become less.
Then David explained some of Sonia's wishes and wants her daughter to be staying in the villa and help her to meet younger people and be friends with them. Rose also introduced Drake her adopted son to Elena and David. Drake greets them with a smile.
Elena who was sitting there felt a bit annoyed because the villa is small, the people around are not that rich like her.
Drake come out to her and came to shake her hands. But instead of shaking hand with him, she looked at her father for approval, only when he nodded did she shake Drake's hand.
After some formalities and Elena said farewell to her father in tears was the time she looked at Rose. She saw Rose and Drake a couple of time with Sonia. Drake would play with her sometimes whenever they visited their house. She won't say it to others but she consider Drake is her only friend. So when Drake wanted to shake her hand, she would have done it right away if her father wasn't there.
Anyway Drake took her to their house. Rose who has been following behind Drake and Elena also showed Elena to her room. But Elena who has had a maid by her side all the time is now no where to be found. She has no idea what to do, so finally asked Rose for help. Rose who saw how spoiled this little princess is. She started to give lecture to her that in here this doesn't work. Everything has to be done by her.
But for the first few days Rose didn't managed to give time with Drake's alchemy she has been constantly pestered by Elena and Rose has to help her in everything. For some reason she has to take care of two children on her own. One child only, since Drake has learned how to do everything on his own. After training him so well but this Elena is a brat who has been spoiled rotten needs to learn everything from zero.
Elena is terrible with other children and couldn't make any friends. Drake who has been seeing these for a while, laughs at seeing Elena's miserable with other children from the villa. Because first thing she did is trying to order other children to give her toys or give her food. But here no one is one's servant. She has already ruined her reputation here. Thanks to Drake smoothing things over did sometimes other children plays with them.
Elena the cry baby couldn't sleep by herself so Rose has to sleep by her side. One day Rose went out to work and couldn't make it one day to return home. Elena couldn't sleep so she jumped down from her bed and chose to go to Drake's room to sleep. Drake saw this and didn't mind it since Rose also do this sometimes.
When Rose came home early so that she see Elena is sleeping or not. She saw that Elena is not sleeping in her room, so she searched the whole house until she saw that Elena is sleeping on the same bed as Drake. From that day onward one woman and two children sleeps beside each other. It is also easy to annoy Drake who doesn't like much cuddles from his mother.
Elena slowly found out about one of Drake's secret is that he loves reading book. She doesn't have any friends in this villa except for Drake. So she would join him and study or read books as well. She found formation fascinating and started to get used to it. Drake would give her some pointer from the side because he has already finished reading them.
By the age they both turned 7 and one years since David left Elena. They have been sparing with each other everyday. Drake always lose in fist fight but with weapon such as bow or sword Drake was better. Elena also has a weapon which is also a thin sword but she loses every single time. They both get frustrated every single time they lose in a fight.
Elena that year also found out that the pill that Rose makes is actually made by Drake. It shocked her that Drake can make pill that too not qi level but wood level. So she started hogging 100% pure peak qi level awakening pill and she has let her father know that she is getting her pill, so she doesn't need to send anymore pill.
This has saved David to give the pills in secret to Elena and now he started to even more pressure on making investigation on Sonia's death. This has also gave no chance for his wives to pressure on David or Elena. They had to act nicely around David and, not slip out anything out of their mouth by mistake.
David is only thinking of Elena to grow faster so that, she can protect herself from anyone targeting her.
