Rin cut off Velzard's confusion and said, "Because I unfixed the galaxies you fixed."

The manifestation of Lord of Patience appears to be ice, but in essence, it's no different from stopping time.
But unlike directly manipulating the law of time, Velzard's Lord of Patience is more like a bug. It thoroughly fixes everything.
It doesn't use the time law to command other laws.

It could transcend the existing 30 and, based on Rin's needs, manifest the effects of a 31st, or even a 100th Ultimate Skill.
If Rin's computation power was sufficient, he could combine them at will, thereby reproducing the power of other divine Ultimate Skills.
For example, Chaos God.
Void God could also achieve the effect of one-click world destruction.
