Chapter 2 - The nine

Aaron stood still for a few moments, considering a plan while watching the hero's party engaged in a fierce battle with an archdemon.

He had to think quickly, for it wouldn't be long before the hero's party reached the demon king.

"The first step of my plan is already obvious."

Aaron rose from his throne, and a portal opened before him.

"Where are you going, my lord?" Hermina asked as she saw Aaron leave.

"I'm going to meet a woman." He said without looking back, but stopped before the portal to add: "Use the throne's authority to hinder the hero's party. Don't kill them, just make their journey as painful as possible."

With those words, he entered the portal, which closed behind him.

Hermina remained frozen, then sat upon the throne. Even with the chance to sit on Aaron's throne, his last words repeated in her mind, erasing any joy she might have felt.

A woman… What does she have that I don't?

Was it jealousy? Envy? She didn't know, she only knew that she hated that woman for stealing the precious time she could have spent watching Aaron, memorizing every detail of his body.

Burying her frustration, Hermina's focus shifted to the hero's party. She was determined to vent her anger on something—what better than the hero's party? Besides, if she did well, she might earn a reward.

Hermina's face flushed at the thought. But when she remembered Aaron had gone to see another woman, all her excitement turned into anger.

The once-bright fate of the hero seemed to darken at that moment.

---

What makes a good story?

A good hero and a good villain? Obviously.

And of course, let's not forget twists and plot twists.

Based on that, Aaron devised a plan: he would create a good villain, and make the hero's suffering unforgettable. He also already had a great plot twist prepared.

But it wouldn't be fitting for the final villain to act personally. Even the demon king has twelve generals, so what's stopping me from having some servants?

Thinking this, Aaron walked through a lush forest. Wherever he passed, plants withered, the sun was covered by shadows, and the once-bright forest grew darker and more lifeless.

"What evil brings you here, Aaron?"

A melodious voice echoed, as if coming from every direction. Aaron didn't panic and fixed his gaze on a specific spot. His eyes pierced through layers of trees and leaves, reaching a naked woman resting at the edge of a lake.

Her eyes met Aaron's. For a moment, they stood still, staring at each other, as if weighing gazes.

The woman was the first to show discomfort and looked away, asking again:

"What do you want, Aaron?"

"I want a little help from my dear friend."

The woman turned her head, staring at Aaron who had appeared at some point. She didn't seem surprised, almost accustomed, replying sarcastically:

"'Little help' my ass. If I don't help, you'll just force me."

"Good thing you know." Aaron sighed and said: "But unfortunately, today I didn't come to force you—I really want your help."

"What?!"

The woman suddenly stood up, unconcerned with her nudity, walked to Aaron, grabbed his shoulders, and checked if he was sick while saying:

"My dear Aaron, are you alright?"

"I'm perfectly fine—in fact, I've never been better."

Aaron answered while standing still, letting Aline check every part of his body.

"How long are you going to keep staring at my body? You can't even hide the interest in your eyes."

"Shut up. You never miss a chance to provoke me, do you?"

The woman let go of Aaron and leapt several miles away in a single step, irritated that he dismissed her concern as mere desire.

Aaron raised his arms and followed her, wrapping his arms around her from behind, whispering in her ear:

"Alicia, forgive me for upsetting you. You know I love you, right?"

Alicia's ear twitched, and she remained silent, pretending to pout in irritation, but the blush coloring her ears betrayed her true feelings.

While Leo wastes time with ordinary women, I'm literally fucking his goddess, you worthless hero.

Aaron smiled inwardly. Even though she was a goddess, Alicia was so predictable—just a few words were enough to melt her completely. The best thing he had ever done was conquering her.

"My dear Alicia, I have a request. I want the bodies of the former nine heroes."

"Hm, I don't know…" Alicia leaned against Aaron and shamelessly said: "If you keep whispering sweet things in my ear, maybe I'll think about it."

"Alicia, you are the most beautiful and perfect thing in the world. My eyes marvel just to glimpse you." His hands moved to her breasts, those two soft mounds of flesh: "Your body feels so good to touch, so warm and soft. I never tire of this feeling."

"C-continue…" Alicia said with a sigh, almost a moan.

Aaron lifted her chin, caressing her lips with his thumb as he said: "Look how beautiful they are. It would be a shame not to kiss them… May I?"

She turned her head slightly, staring at Aaron playfully, and said: "What are you waiting for?"

Aaron smiled and the next second covered Alicia's lips with his own. They were thin and soft, molding and fitting perfectly with his, as if made to be kissed by him.

The explosion of sensations was too much for Alicia to handle—she fainted shortly after.

Before she completely passed out, Aaron asked the most important question: "Alicia… Can I take the heroes?"

"Do what you want… Take everything…" Alicia's voice was almost a whisper.

Having achieved his goal, Aaron carried Alicia to her temple, laying her carefully on the altar, as if he had done it many times before.

Before leaving, he left a note apologizing for the trees he had accidentally killed. The note also said he would return the heroes after using them—he just didn't specify when.

"My work here is done." He looked at Alicia one last time before apologizing: "Next time, Alicia, I promise I'll give you more attention—you won't sleep alone again."

He then vanished, as if he had never been there.

The forest sang with joy upon feeling Aaron's departure, but still didn't dare peek into the temple—for the last time they did, they didn't like what they saw.

"Mmmhh… Aaron…"

Alicia's eyes opened, but she was disappointed when she didn't feel that familiar dark presence.

Snif… Snif…

"Why do you always do this to me and then leave?"

Alicia's muffled sobs echoed within the temple, and the forest outside, as if sensing the sadness and emptiness of their goddess, fell silent.

---

Aaron knew what had happened—he truly liked Alicia, but it couldn't be helped, even if he felt guilt. When he finished his work, he would be forced to leave this world.

Letting Alicia grow attached to him would only deepen the void they both would feel later. So the best option was to keep his distance, even if it was painful.

But things had changed.

"Now I have three wishes… One of them will be used to bring Alicia into the real world with me."

Aaron's resolve hardened—now he had a goal beyond making the hero's life a living hell.

Aaron returned to his ancient forest, greeted by the song of trees that welcomed his dark yet paradoxically sacred presence with joy.

Hermina also noticed his arrival, turning into a trail of starlight as she rushed toward Aaron. She crossed miles in mere seconds, crashing down like a meteor at his feet.

"Forgive me, my lord, I only sensed you when you neared the border of the realm." She began apologizing, for as Aaron's carpet, she should have been the first to welcome him.

"Don't make a fuss over trivial things." Aaron cut her coldly, seeming not to care. But Hermina cared, and she swore to herself she would improve and never let it happen again.

She hesitated for a moment before mustering the courage to ask: "My lord… When you left, I lost track of your presence. Were you, by chance, in a divine realm?"

"Yes, I was with the goddess of light."

Since Aaron gave no details about the meeting, Hermina didn't press further.

"How is the hero's party? Did you make them suffer much?" Aaron asked with interest.

"Yes!" A bright smile adorned Hermina's lips. "I gave them the most brutal encounters possible."

"Excellent!"

After saying that, Aaron turned his attention to the corpses he had brought. But opening the coffins proved harder than expected, especially since his dark divinity clashed with the holy seals on them.

Damn it, I should have asked Alicia to remove these seals before leaving.

Aaron pondered. He could force the coffins open, but the risk of destroying the bodies inside made him hesitate.

Seeing Aaron's focus drift away from her, Hermina felt deeply disappointed.

Seriously, he's not going to ask me anything?… Geez… I even prepared a whole speech explaining the tortures I made the Hero go through…

As she thought, Hermina watched her chance for a reward slip through her fingers like sand.

"Hermina, come help me."

Hermina lit up at those words. Aaron needed her help—that was an honor! She felt like she could die happy right now.

But dying now means leaving the path open for another woman. I haven't forgotten that light bitch who deludes herself with false hopes of being with the lord of darkness.

Hermina's thoughts spiraled darker and darker, but were interrupted by Aaron's impatient voice.

"How long are you going to stand there?"

"Forgive me, my lord!"

Hermina rushed to help Aaron, who was trying to open a black coffin inscribed with red runes.

Aaron tried to tear off the lid with his divinity, but a golden light kept repelling him. If he pushed further, he risked crushing the coffin along with its contents.

"Hermina, try using your star power to open it."

Aaron traced his fingers along the coffin's inscriptions, cracks forming where he touched. At last, he stepped back, letting Hermina try.

If she failed, he would be forced to return to Alicia and ask her to remove the seals.

"Alright, I'll try."

A pale, radiant light flowed from Hermina's hands. Soon, the entire coffin was enveloped in her glow, each seal unraveling until the coffin finally opened.

The lid fell with a dull thud. Hermina's pupils shrank at what she saw inside.

It was a red-haired woman, wearing only a thin white robe that failed to hide her massive assets.

"My lord! You must not see this!"

Hermina shouted, but it was too late—Aaron had already seen the woman's rosy nipples. They were hard to miss when such a massive pair of breasts demanded attention.

Aaron's expression remained indifferent as he ordered coldly: "Hermina, open the other coffins."

Hermina flinched, trembling at his coldness, and dared not disobey, silently opening the rest.

Hermina's heart twisted in agony as she saw all nine coffins open. Inside each lay half-naked women, clad only in white robes barely covering their bodies.

Sluts!

Even knowing they were corpses, Hermina was furious that Aaron stared so intently at them. In her opinion, only she deserved to be gazed upon like that.

Oblivious to Hermina's thoughts, Aaron reasoned with himself.

Yeah… What else could I expect from a hentai novel? Of course the former nine heroes would all be MILFs with ridiculous bodies…

Seriously, weren't the nine supposed to be men? How the hell am I supposed to make Nazgûl out of this?
