>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Nani hadn't breathed properly all day.

Not since slipping out of Win's car that morning, not since stepping into his classroom with the weight of paranoia pressing against his spine. What if someone saw them? What if Sky saw them?

By the fifth period, Nani was unraveling. He sat at his desk, eyes fixed on the teacher, but nothing registered. Words floated past him like fog-weightless, meaningless.

His mind wouldn't stop repeating one name.

Sky.

For five days straight, Nani had texted him. Every morning. Every lunch break. Before bed. Pleading, apologizing, needing.

And every single time, nothing.

Not even a read receipt.

But still, he hoped. Like a fool. Like someone waiting to be chosen and always ending up last.

Then, it happened. A soft buzz against his thigh.

He jolted, heart hammering, fumbling under the desk for his phone. His breath caught the moment he saw the name on the screen.

Sky.

After days of begging, silence, and pain, one message:

"Meet me. Student Union office."

No greeting. No emotion. Just a command.

And somehow... his chest twisted with something dangerously close to relief.

He didn't think twice. He muttered a half-hearted excuse to the teacher and walked briskly toward the building, his legs fueled by desperation.

But the moment he stepped inside, something in the air shifted. Muffled sounds spilled from the inner office-wet, rhythmic, obscene. His chest tightened. He moved closer, dread pooling in his stomach.

And then he saw it.

Sky.

Behind Praew Charatthiwa.

Dew's sister.

Bent over a desk, dress bunched around her waist, while Sky drove into her-hard, relentless, merciless.

Nani froze.

The slick sounds of flesh colliding. Her breathy moans. Sky's quiet, low grunts.

It was all too much.

Tears welled in Nani's eyes before he realized he was crying. His breath came in short, broken gasps.

Then Sky looked up.

And saw him.

But he didn't stop.

He didn't flinch.

He didn't even blink.

He just held Nani's gaze, like he wanted him to see. Like it was all for him.

Nani stood there, shattered. His feet wouldn't move. His heart screamed inside his chest.

Until a hand gently reached out and blocked his view.

"Stop watching," a voice said quietly.

Nani turned, eyes blurry, heart breaking.

Win.

His voice cracked. "Phi Win..."

Win didn't speak again. He just looked at Nani-pity and fury burning in his eyes-and pulled him away from the door.

"Let's get out of here," he whispered, gripping Nani's trembling hand as they walked away.

Behind them, Sky stilled.

The moment Nani turned and walked away-with Win-it all ended.

The heat. The lust. The thrill.

Gone.

He pulled out, disgusted, shoved Praew aside like she was nothing, and wiped himself down. He hadn't even finished.

But none of that mattered now.

The thought of Win touching his Nani made his entire body go cold. Rage boiled beneath his skin.

- - -

Win didn't let go of Nani's hand.

Not even once as they left the Student Union building.

Not even when Nani's legs started to buckle under him.

He guided him wordlessly to the back of the school garden-a quiet, shaded place where barely anyone went. The sound of the world faded, replaced only by the rustling of leaves and the shaky rhythm of Nani's breath.

Nani sat down on the bench like he was sleepwalking, his eyes wide and blank. His body trembled, and for the first time since Win had known him, he looked... small. Fragile.

"Nani," Win said gently, crouching in front of him.

But Nani didn't answer.

He stared at his own hands like they didn't belong to him, like they weren't the same ones that had reached out for Sky so many times.

"I saw them," Nani whispered. "He wanted me to see."

Nani's voice cracked around the words like glass under pressure. Tears spilled fast, racing down his cheeks. His shoulders curled in like he was trying to disappear into himself.

"I waited. I hoped. I begged him in texts and he-"

His breath hitched violently. "He was inside someone else, he made me watch. And he looked me in the eyes. Like I was nothing."

Win didn't speak. He didn't try to explain it or fix it. He just moved closer.

"He knew I was watching. He wanted me to break."

Win reached up and gently touched Nani's cheek, wiping away the tears with the pad of his thumb. His hand lingered, cradling Nani's jaw.

"You're not nothing," Win said quietly, voice heavy with restraint.

Nani's body shook harder as he cried. Sobs poured out of him-ugly, choked, and desperate. He leaned forward, collapsing into Win's chest, clutching at his shirt like a lifeline.

Win wrapped his arms around him. Held him like something precious. One hand rubbed slow circles on Nani's back while the other curled protectively around his head.

"I should hate him," Nani sobbed. "I should hate him so much."

"But you don't," Win murmured.

Nani shook his head against Win's chest.

And Win didn't say he should. He didn't tell Nani to forget Sky. He just held him tighter. Because he knew heartbreak was messy. And healing doesn't start with a blame-it starts with being held when you're shattered.

Minutes passed. Maybe more.

When the crying finally softened, Nani's voice came out small, almost childlike.

"Why am I never enough for anyone, Phi?"

Win pulled back just enough to look into his eyes. He cupped Nani's face again, brushing his tear-soaked hair from his forehead.

"You were always too much for someone like him."

Their faces were close now. Too close.

And for one breathless second, Win's eyes dropped to Nani's lips but he didn't move.

He wouldn't kiss him while he was still bleeding.

So instead, he whispered, "Come with me. Just for a while. You don't have to be strong today."

And when Nani nodded, it wasn't because he wanted to run.

It was because, for the first time in weeks, someone wasn't trying to break him.

Someone was holding the pieces.
