Vice Admiral Tsuru narrowed her eyes. "It's not an attack. It's a message."
"Intercept it!"
"We can't. It's not broadcasting. It's synchronizing."
The Seed's Message
A voice echoed across the world.
Oras's voice.
"We were not erased. We were hidden.
The truth lives in you.
Let the Flame remember."
And across the seas… millions of people heard it.

The Seed dimmed. Its purpose fulfilled.
Robin fell to her knees. "It's… done."
But Arkan looked upward.

Veyron watched in fury as glyphs burned across his own throne room.
One of his advisors stumbled. "Sir… the message reached even here."
Veyron crushed the console beneath his hand.
"They've awakened the Flameborne."
Elsewhere — Baltigo (Revolutionary HQ)
Dragon stood atop the central spire.
The white light had reached them too.
He smiled for the first time in years.
"It's time."
He turned to Sabo.
"Ready the world."
