After Misaki heard the words of Ahmed's mother, she felt that her heart began to soften even more toward Ahmed, as she felt that his place in her life was deepening day by day.
The next morning, Ahmed sat with his parents and said enthusiastically:
"Mother, Father... I want us all to travel to the sea. What do you think?"
The parents exchanged glances, then the father replied, smiling:
"A wonderful idea, Ahmed. We can go to Al-Hudaydah, or to Bab al-Mandab, or perhaps to Socotra Island."
Ahmed thought for a moment and then said:
"I want us to go to Socotra. It will be more fun there. But, we won't take my grandfather, grandmother, uncles, or aunts with us, as I don't like them; I strongly hate them. We will only go with Misaki's family."
The parents agreed calmly, then Ahmed went to tell his siblings the good news, and they cheered happily, jumping with joy.
Afterward, Ahmed approached Misaki and said to her, smiling shyly:
"Misaki... we're going to the sea soon. Would you like to come with us?"
Misaki's face brightened with joy, as if the whole world were in her hands, then she thought to herself: "I'm going to the beach with Ahmed... what a dream come true."
Suddenly, a strange question occurred to Ahmed, and he said:
"Misaki, I've never seen you with your mother before... Where is she always?"
Misaki answered in a calm tone that carried a hint of sadness:
"My mother is very busy. She's the CEO of a large company, and I rarely meet with her. Besides, she doesn't like teenagers anyway."
Ahmed froze at the impact of her words, and said to himself: "I wanted to talk to her about the trip, but it seems it will be difficult."
Then he thanked her in a low voice and picked up his phone to call Mr. Haruki.
"Mr. Haruki, I want to talk to you about the trip... will you come with us?"
"Of course!" Mr. Haruki replied excitedly. "I am very enthusiastic about this idea. But if you want to convince my wife to join us, you must come to me immediately. I have a diabolical plan for us to persuade her together. Just come now and don't tell anyone you're visiting me, except your parents."
Ahmed agreed quickly, and his confusion and curiosity increased simultaneously, as he wondered: "What could this diabolical plan be?"
