Floyd entered the room and cracked a joke, lame as always. Brad stared him for a few seconds and then threw the newspaper at him but, Floyd dodged it. "Strikeforce combat lesson 8: Quick reaction and response.", said Floyd in a confident voice.
"Why you so serious ?", asked Floyd.
"You see... I've tackled a lot of attacks and assaults before, I have handled the pressure and anxiety. But this one, this was far more than a terrorist attack, it was an planned assault done by sleeper cells only to disturb the political situation of America", said Brad in a pretty uncomfortable way.
Floyd nodded with a sense of agreement. "What do we do now ?", Floyd said and started again after a little pause "The people think that the Strikeforce was too weak to handle the attack but they don't know about what restricts us from using all of our power just to save the president and other fellows".
"Yeah... you're right, I know what to do, we will put up a demand for the allowment of the use of heavy firearms for oppressing attacks and for acting on a suspicious situation before witnessing the consequence", Brad said to Floyd in a cheerful voice.
"Yeah, Yeah...Yeahhhhhh, I feel good about this, we need a man like you captain, someone bold and strong for this task", said Floyd in a cheerful voice.
"I can't do this till the time i'm fully recovered... I choose you to become my voice". said Brad.
"Uhmm, I think you're choosing the wrong guy captain", I'm not someone formal enough to talk to the president", responded Floyd
"You are", said Brad.
"Okay if you say so, but don't really expect much from me", said Floyd and left the room.
Brad sighed and closed his eyes to sleep, believing that Floyd will try his best to put forward the demand of the Omega unit which aims to be the last option to trigger violence with the use of heavy firearms and advanced technology.
