Akira held Speedrunner by the hand. "Are you okay, Speedrunner B?" she asked gently. He nodded, confused, his mind foggy. "Where are Nana and Peach?" he murmured. Akira replied, "They left yesterday. You were asleep." Speedrunner repeated, "No, this is not what happened. This isn't real. It's not real. This isn't real." Suddenly, a flash struck him—he saw Akira crying against the wall, whispering, "You monster." Her grin twisted cruelly. "All you do is run like a coward." The room turned red. Akira was curled up in the corner, crying, while another Speedrunner knelt, pleading with her. He just stared, unable to comprehend. Akira's face was full of contradictions—evil and yet tearful.
Speedrunner turned to run and jumped off the balcony, but he fell back inside the room. Akira stood wearing an apron. "Your meal is ready," she said with forced cheerfulness. "It took me so long to make your favorite—voëtekoeks." She handed him a plate, but there was no food—only tears streaming from Akira's eyes. With a fake smile, she asked, "Aren't you hungry?" Speedrunner collapsed off the chair. I need to wake up, he thought, his heart pounding wildly. Suddenly, someone sat on him, choking him. An invisible voice hissed, "If it wasn't you, then who was it? Tell me." "I—I…" Speedrunner stammered.
Suddenly, he lounged on a chair. Nanami stopped in front of him. Speedrunner rose, stretched, and approached Nanami, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Looks like you're busy," Speedrunner said. "But I run with both eyes open—even the ones you can't see." Nanami sweated, gripping a woman's neck tightly. Minutes later, someone was thrown off the balcony of Room 66. Speedrunner checked on the woman and realized he had met her before meeting Nanami.
"If only I'd woken up earlier… Sorry I'm late." Taking a phone from the table, Speedrunner headed out. He found a trail of blood leading to Sugimoto's room. From Nanami's perspective, he coughed out blood. "Impossible. I gave him sleeping pills. How could that bastard wake up? I have to go to that place." He knocked frantically on Sugimoto's door, shouting, "Sugimoto! Sugimoto!"
Sugimoto opened the door, annoyed. "Do you need my permission to turn down the volume? Wait, are you hurt?" Nanami grimaced, "Yeah, I got robbed. Help me up." Sugimoto helped him inside but was suddenly slammed against the wall. Nanami dragged her toward the kitchen, desperately trying to wake her to tell him where the gun was. He opened the tap and placed her head under the running water, then dragged her to the sitting room, leaving the tap running. Luckily, her nightdress slipped slightly, revealing a gun.
A shadowy figure appeared outside the window. Nanami trembled and wet himself. He grabbed Sugimoto, pressing the gun against her head. Her nose was bleeding. A voice cut through: "Akira sent me here to stop your music. I feel sorry for your parents—they seem to have raised a dirty dog." A silhouette entered. "Stop there or I will shoot!" Nanami cried.
The man grabbed a book from the table and opened it. "It's time for you to pay up," said Speedrunner. "Stop your shit," Nanami spat back. Thoom! The bullet fired. Nanami cried out, "What happened?" Speedrunner calmly walked over, closing the book. He moved toward the floor where the bullets fell.
Nanami fainted, and Speedrunner struck him with the book's edge, waking him against the wall. Sugimoto lost consciousness, blood dripping from his nose. All Speedrunner could see was a silhouette placing Sugimoto on the couch. "Don't worry," Speedrunner said. "This is your receipt for today." He tore a page from the book. From outside, Nanami was sent flying out the door and balcony.
