Fahad protects Aliya as gangsters attack him, stabbing him in the shoulder. They initially fire shots in the air before engaging in a fight with Fahad. Fahad gets out of the car and fights back, but gets injured. The gangsters flee when Aliya calls the police.
Aliya is terrified when she sees Fahad's injury and says they need to go to the hospital immediately, as he's losing a lot of blood. She applies pressure to his wound with her dupatta, and they take a cab to the hospital since Aliya doesn't know how to drive.
Fahad is rushed to the emergency room, and Aliya holds his hand, reassuring him she's there for him. She waits outside, overcome with emotion and tears. She calls Tanya, informing her about the attack on Fahad and asks her to come to the hospital. Tanya promises to arrive soon.
As Fahad's wound is being dressed, Aliya watches through the glass door, wondering who could have attacked him. Once the dressing is done, Aliya rushes in, hugging Fahad and crying. Fahad comforts her, telling her he's fine and not to worry. He wipes away her tears, downplaying the injury.
However, Aliya is still concerned. Fahad tries to put on his shirt but struggles due to the shoulder injury. Aliya helps him, and as they make eye contact, they both get lost in each other's gaze.Tanya arrives, and Fahad and Aliya quickly move apart.
