The sun was dipping below the horizon, Aurora was watching TV with her daughter on her lap, she was patting her daughter as they watched a cartoon movie.
They kept watching the movie as the sun disappeared, the daughter got up from her mother's lap and ran to the light switch and turned it on.
She quickly turned and pounced onto the couched, and Aurora giggled as her daughter was as energetic as usual.
"I really hope dad enjoys his day out with his friends." the daughter mumbled.
"Well I'm surprised he had any!" Aurora giggled "But, I guess the internet has its own benefits too, right Dawn?"
Her daughter giggled as she nodded quickly, looking and watching the TV like she was a minute ago.
"Hey mom… Since I have to go to the doctor tomorrow, for an appointment…" Dawn whispered, "Can you tell me if it's scary?"
"Of course it isn't, the doctor's job is to make you safe from diseases," Aurora explained, trying to simplify it as much as possible "and to help you when you have problems with your body, and tomorrow we are doing just a check up."
Dawn smiled as she quickly nodded, she then ran out of the living room, coming back with a few dolls.
"Let's play!" She yelled as she threw her dolls upwards while giggling.
"Sorry honey, I can't play much, I'm tired from work, okay?" Aurora smiled at her daughter's antics.
"Okay, How about a story then?!" Dawn tried recover her joyful-ness, and doing so successfully.
"After yesterday's part is just a few months of us chilling in a hospital bed, nothing much, really." Aurora shrugged.
"Well… What was the most eventful day in those days?" Dawn tilted her head.
"I was 3 months in actually…"

I was chilling in bed, watching news on TV along with Elliot, I wish there is anything other than this… there is literally nothing these days.
I also have studying, I need to catch up so that my grades don't go bellow my average, but I guess they already are.
I'm mostly healed but need more time to completely recover, so I am still here, well it seems that the most interesting thing on the news today is a runaway cat—
"Breaking news! The criminal, Micheal Thomson, is on the loose, he's known as a criminal that impersonates as doctors and steals from his victim" the news person suddenly informed.
First a bear now this? What next, that person is actually in this hospital-
"Here is the mugshot of Michael Thomson." the news person spoke calmly as a mugshot of a familiar man appeared next to them.
As I shook my head to try to remember the man, my doctor walks in, asking his usual questions which involve if I feel any pain on my ribs, if my cuts opened, etc etc…
Then I look at him right in the face, then i realize… looking back at the TV… IT'S THE SAME DAMN PERSON!!
Damn, I'm panicking, my stuff! I need to call the cops… wait, this is a different doctor than usual.
I analyzed him, he is balding like my last doctor but he is fit, wearing glasses, slightly brown, he also has beard.
Definitely different, I wonder what happened to my last doctor. DID HE MURDER HIM?! No… they said impersonating, not murder.
The doctor finally left, and I slightly calmed down, I looked at Elliot, seeing him slightly broke my heart.
He is covered in bandages, from his head to his legs, but at least it's not as my as cartoons show it to be.
There are a few exposed areas like his left stomach, his right shoulder, his head, and some more but I don't wanna seem like a creep by staring.
I looked away, staring at the plain room, except the TV? Just open curtains, the beeping sound from the monitor next to Elliot, the window was on Elliot's side.
The light shined towards my bed, I caught a few rays with my hand, before sighing and throwing my head upwards, groaning in boredom.
"Hey Elliot! I might as well use you as my venting machine." I joked.
A muffled "Yeah right" can be heard from him… I just slightly laugh… Now that I've calmed…
Back to PANIC!! MY DOCTOR IS NOW A CRIMINAL! wait… I guess, it's obvious that he murdered my doctor.
But that means he also committed more undocumented crimes, oh my God… I need my phone, now!
I pressed the nurse button that was on the side of the bed, I was on my nerves but calm enough to wait.
While waiting, I stared at Elliot under the pretense of staring at the window, so it's… just hidden stalking.
"You called?" A woman walked in, judging from her appearance… she is the kind that boys fall for… back to the objective, my phone.
"Can I have my phone? I think they took it when I was brought here." I asked.
"Sure, but just promise you won't annoy others, especially him" the nurse said, pointing at Elliot.
I simply nodded, she then nodded back and left the room, I just hope they charged it, or I'm stuck without a phone.
After a deafening silence that was usually broken by a bunch of beeps and people yapping on TV.
The nurse came in once again, holding my phone which was not broken just a cracked screen.
"Thanks!" I took the phone from her hands as she held it out to me.
"No problem, call me if you need anything else." She said as she walked back out.
I pressed the on button on the side as it did a silent click, but no matter how much I press it or hold it… Nothing…
"Great, it's either broken or needs charge." I sighed as I stared at the empty black void which is the screen.
I put down the phone on the desk next to me and sighed as I opened the vocabulary school book for the hundredth time this week and it didn't even reach the end.
I spent the whole day just studying, I feel bad for Elliot, who can't do anything other than stare at the news.
Oh well, he's a craftmine nerd, he's probably just playing it in his head, I guess I should give the game a try.
At night, well, MIDNIGHT, it's 1 o'clock, I should be asleep but I'm used to staying up for studying.
I put down my book and got up, wanting to go to the bathroom, the hallways were empty, and oddly silent too.
Maybe I'm just not used to this kind of silence, after coming out of the bathroom, I headed towards the room, but on the way, the doctor bumped into me.
I looked at him, then he stopped and looked at me, but there's something weird about his gaze… I then immediately turned and fast walked into the room.
It seems he is a pervert, I think? He was staring at my chest though.
I just almost went to sleep when I heard the door open, I looked over to see who it is and… it's the doctor.
The lights were off so If I had to guess… He has a… POCKET KNIFE?!
He walked past me to Elliot, I jumped up and pulled the doctor away, I heard a "Hey!" come from him, but his voice was deeper than usual.
I then ran to turn off the lights, my chest slightly hurting, it was my old doctor, and that calmed me down, and on his hand wasn't a pocket knife but a small bottle of medicine.
I heard quiet muffled laughter coming from Elliot, I blushed, sitting down on my bed, then lying down.
Elliot began coughing after laughing, The doctor removed some bandages from on top of his mouth and had him drink a specific amount of the medicine which was measured on a small transparent spoon.
I guess I really need sleep, so I adjusted my laying position to sleep, but anything other than my back caused chest pain, right… My ribs.
The next morning, the doctor walked in and turned on the news, and on it was the very same reporter.
"The criminal, Micheal Thompson has been caught and put back in prison." I then stared in disbelief as they showed a clip of him being arrested.
Then I looked at my doctor, "How?" I accidentally muttered.
"Stupid brother, crime after crime, he likes impersonating me… so don't worry, I'm not a criminal." He calmly said.
"What about you staring at my chest yesterday?" I stared him in the eye, crossing my arms but it hurt my chest so I removed them.
"Oh, yeah that was me being zoned out. I do that often" he then chuckled, I still don't trust hi m but whatever, better than calling him a criminal.
I looked at Ethan who was chuckling to himself, i guess if he finds it funny huh…
