"Whoosh," Dean, Claire, and Bianca arrived in a giant, creepy bedroom from a nightmare. The portal behind them closed. They looked around and saw a bed made of flesh, a wardrobe that looked like a drunken woman's face, and a ceiling covered in spiderwebs.
"Hmm, nothing here," Bianca mumbled, holding her big syringe-like weapon.
"Yeah, this room is... empty and disgusting," Claire said.
"Be careful, don't let your guard down," Dean replied.
They walked to the center of the room and realized they were standing on a huge spiderweb over a big hole filled with magma. Claire tried to move, but her foot got stuck.
"Ugh, we're trapped," Claire said, trying to pull her foot free.
"Yeah... it's sticky," Bianca said, also struggling to lift her foot.
"Look out... above!" Dean yelled, looking up and getting his scythe ready.
Claire and Bianca looked up. A spider as big as a tank, with a woman's body, snake-like hair, a scorpion's tail, and blades for arms, slowly came down from the ceiling. The spider-woman's face was in a wide grin, with a long tongue hanging out and dripping with drool.
"Ugh... gross," Claire said.
"Get ready, it's coming!" Dean shouted, turning to Bianca. "Shoot it!"
"Got it!" Bianca raised her weapon and fired a green comet beam at the spider, but the spider was too fast. It ran on its webs, dodging Bianca's shots that went all over the room. Bianca clicked a dial on her syringe, cocked it, and "boom," fired a wide, shotgun-like green blast. But the spider just kept dodging.
"Screeeeeeeek!"
The spider jumped at Dean and Claire. "Clang!" They both managed to block its bladed arms. Dean swung his scythe, and a crescent-shaped light shot out, cutting the spider's web, which it was using to swing. "Thump!" The spider's legs kicked off the wall and it flew like a comet toward them. "Clang... clack... clang!" It attacked them with a flurry of blows, and Dean and Claire struggled to block them since their feet were stuck.
After they knocked the spider back to the wall, Dean looked at Claire and Bianca.
"I'll cut the web. Bianca, shoot the lava below us, and Claire, get ready to attack when it gets here," Dean said.
"Right," they both replied.
"Slice!" Dean cut the web beneath them, and they all fell into the hole toward the lava. "Boom!" Bianca fired her beam at the lava, making it spray out and create a clear space deep inside the hole. Dean immediately spun his scythe to shield them from the lava, and they all fell to the bottom. Once they landed,
"Jump!" Dean yelled.
They all jumped right before the lava fell and sealed the hole again. Dean spun his scythe fast again to block the lava, with Claire and Bianca behind him. When they got out, Dean landed and swung his scythe, and Claire landed right on the blade.
"Attack, Claire!" Dean yelled.
"Yeah!" Claire replied.
Dean launched Claire by swinging his scythe, and she flew like a comet toward the spider hanging above them. Claire put her katana in its sheath and closed her eyes. "Shing!" Claire flew past the spider, drawing her sword and putting it away again in one quick motion.
"Screeeeeeeeeeeeeek!"
Several of the spider's legs were cut off, and it fell into the lava pit. Claire pushed off the wall and flew back to Dean and Bianca, who were waiting at the edge of the pit. Dean held up his hand and "smack," Claire high-fived him before she landed. Then, "smack," Dean and Claire both high-fived Bianca. Suddenly, "blaaaaar!" "Huh?" They all turned around and saw lava exploding out of the hole.
"Screeeeeeeeeeeek!"
They heard a shriek from the spider, which was now a giant, disgusting monster. Its whole body looked like a terrible, pulsing burn. Dean, Claire, and Bianca had to look up to see the whole thing because of how big it was.
"Whoa... it's not dead," Bianca said.
"This is bad... it become a giant grotesque monster," Claire said, getting ready.
"Everyone get ready," Dean said, getting into a fighting stance.
"Screeeeeeeeeek!"
The spider-zombie attacked with its two giant, lava-covered blade arms, ready to smash Dean, Claire, and Bianca, who couldn't possibly block or dodge it. But Dean suddenly got an idea. He quickly backed up and touched his scythe to Bianca's syringe and Claire's katana.
"Shoot!"
"Boom!" A huge greenish-red beam shot out at the spider-woman's giant body. "Screeeeeeeeeeeeek!" The spider-woman fell back and raised her two bladed arms. But then, "shiiing," her eyes suddenly glowed bright red. Dean, Claire, and Bianca immediately covered their faces with their arms, but when they looked down, their feet had turned to stone and the petrification was creeping up their legs.
"Oh no... what do we do? I can't move and I'm turning to stone!" Bianca said, terrified.
"This is really bad," Claire said, trying to move her feet.
"This is messed up... we let our guard down. She has a Medusa head, and she can turn us to stone just by looking at us," Dean said.
"What should we do?" Bianca yelled, starting to panic as the petrification reached her thighs.
"Screeeeeeeek!"
The spider-woman, seeing her enemies couldn't move, lunged forward with her bladed arms, making the situation even more dire since Dean, Claire, and Bianca were completely stuck.
"Ugh... at least the clown yesterday was better than this," Claire yelled.
"They're all the same! Get ready!" Dean yelled, getting into a stance as the petrification reached his waist.
"Sniff... just so you know, I love you both!" Bianca yelled, giving up and holding her big syringe up as the petrification reached her stomach.
"Screeeeeeeeek!" The spider-woman's face was twisted in a wide grin, with her tongue hanging out, showing she was sure of her victory. Dean, Claire, and Bianca, with the petrification now reaching their arms, closed their eyes in defeat.
But suddenly, "clang," two big chains like whips wrapped around the spider-woman's bladed arms, stopping her completely. "Whoosh," a woman who looked like a marionette flew toward the spider-woman's face, and "shing... shing... shing," with incredible speed and fluid, doll-like movements, she attacked the woman's head with her claws.
"Huh," Dean, Claire, and Bianca mumbled, as the petrification had reached their necks.
"Screeeeeeeee....."
Before the spider-woman could finish her shriek, the marionette woman had cut off her head, severing all her snake hair. "Thump... thump," the spider-woman's body slowly fell back into the hole. The petrification on Dean, Claire, and Bianca stopped, then quickly receded. Once they could move, they turned around and saw a woman in a black cloak with red eyes and wood-like skin standing next to a silver-haired woman who looked like a doll or a marionette.
"Who are you guys?" Dean and Claire yelled at the same time.
"Thank you for helping us," Bianca said.
