Ye Tian stepped through the gates of Skyfire Sect, walking calmly as disciples turned to stare.
"Is that… Ye Tian?""He looks… different.""His aura's so much stronger now!"
Some were shocked. Some were jealous. Others just moved aside.
But Ye Tian didn't care. He walked straight to the inner sect quarters, keeping his eyes ahead.
The Elders Take Notice
Inside the Hall of Records, a crystal orb buzzed with energy.
"Confirmed. His cultivation jumped again," said Elder Qin."In just a few days... and now there's a dragon mark? This isn't normal," Elder Li muttered.
The Sect Master, a calm old man with a long white beard, spoke up.
"Call him. It's time we see for ourselves."
Meanwhile – The Jealous Ones
Back in the training fields, many disciples were gathering.
"I heard Ye Tian broke through again.""He even helped an outer sect girl from a wolf attack. She won't stop talking about him."
Zhao Ming, the arrogant inner sect disciple, slammed his fist into the wall.
"That trash was nothing a week ago! How did he get so strong?"
Beside him, Shen Yue, the daughter of another elder, narrowed her eyes.
"There's something strange about him. I'll find out."
Summoned by the Elders
As Ye Tian was about to return to his room, a sect guard approached.
"Ye Tian, the Elders have summoned you. Please follow me."
Ye Tian nodded.
"Let's get this over with."
Inside the main hall, five elders sat in a half-circle. The Sect Master was in the center, quiet and watchful.
Elder Wei stood up.
"Ye Tian, you've shown rapid growth. Unusual growth."
"Where have you been these past few days?"
Ye Tian bowed slightly.
"I found a hidden cave and trained in solitude. I broke through on my own."
Elder Li scoffed.
"And what of the strange energy we sensed?"
"Dragon Qi?" asked Elder Qin.
Ye Tian paused.
"...I cannot explain that."
The Sect Master finally spoke.
"We won't stop your rise. But power brings enemies. Be prepared."
Then he smiled faintly.
"Good work, Ye Tian. Keep it up."
Outside the Hall
Ye Tian stepped out into the open again, letting out a small breath.
System:You handled that well. But they'll keep watching you.Stay sharp, kid. Enemies are growing in every corner.
"Let them come. I'm just getting started."
