Chapter 2 - Chapter 1: A Different Kind of Light

What is the meaning of life?

I had asked myself that question for thousands of years—even after I became immortal, ruling over the ten-thousand realms.Well… does it even matter now?

For now, I stand at the brink of death.

Arthur gazed at the being before him.

"Chaos," he said quietly. "You have slain countless gods, destroyed an insurmountable number of realms… and yet you do not seem content."

Chaos laughed, amused by the sight before him. The bodies of fallen gods and divine beasts lay scattered across the heavens, their golden and crimson blood painting the skies in hues of dusk and ruin.

"Content?" Chaos's voice rumbled like thunder in an endless storm. "have the gods felt Content after all there cruilty. now I exist only to unmake what you call existence."

Arthur's hands trembled. His divine armor—once radiant—was cracked and scorched, threads of fading light flickering along its seams. The Spear of Dawn in his grasp was shattered halfway down its shaft, yet his grip did not falter.

"You seek to end all things," Arthur said, his voice calm and resolute. "Then I will end you… even if it costs me everything."

Chaos tilted its head, eyes gleaming like twin voids."You cannot destroy me, god of the dying light. I am the beginning before beginnings, and the end of ends."

Arthur smiled faintly. "Then I will seal you—and let the world forget us both."

The sky trembled. Stars shattered like glass as Arthur raised his hand, the last of his divine essence igniting in a flare of white flame. Words of creation—ancient, sacred, bright as dawn—fell from his lips.

"In light, I blind the dark.In death, I blind the dawn."

A blinding radiance erupted, swallowing Chaos's form as sigils of ancient power spun into being around them. Chaos roared, its shape twisting and collapsing under the weight of Arthur's sacrifice.

"Arthur!" it screamed. "You would throw your eternity away for dust and silence?"

"For peace," Arthur whispered. "Even dust deserves peace."

The seal closed. The heavens grew quiet.

As the last of the light faded, Arthur's body began to turn to ash. He looked once more upon the ruins of the divine realms, the faintest smile on his lips.

"Perhaps… that is the meaning of life after all."

High above the mortal world, the last spark of Arthur's light drifted through the void—falling through shattered constellations, through storm and shadow—until it reached a small, forgotten village far below.

There, beneath a humble roof, a child's first cry pierced the silence.

"Will the child be okay?" a woman's voice asked anxiously.

The old healer shook his head slowly. "I can't be certain… the energy within him is immense. I've never seen a newborn contain such power."

The whines of the infant filled the room.

"Clan leader," a midwife called, her voice trembling with awe, "the young master has been born."

In a rush, the clan head pushed open the door."Are they both safe?" he demanded.

"Both the child and the mother are safe," the midwife assured, gently holding out the newborn.

Outside, thunder rumbled in the distant skies golden light formed in the shape of a dragon " is this heavenly tribulation thunder" no tribulation thunder of this level could only be done by a celestial domain cultivator" boom!!

the the child in the mid wifes arms started to levatate "clan head somthing is happening to the young master" looking back the clan head used the mountains descent techniqe to keen the young master down but it was all in vain as the thunder hit the child his hair shifted from black to white and in the moment the clouds perted and counless being emerged from the void among them was a sword doa sovereign
