Chapter 12 - Chapter 12: Incerted.

The libidinous emotion doesn't last for long clouding N'Ïrk's mind.

Hayden delivers to the young man's nape a hard smack to calm his raging hormones.

Of course, a little jealousy is involved in the action. Because N'Ïrk didn't show much interest in Hayden, until the latter developed her womanly attributes.

"That is sexual harassment, Ni-Ni!".

"It is not Lil-Sis. I express a preference of mine. Saili'Ïckn accept it. Am i wrong?".

"No, S-Sir~". Moans by reflex the female Serphenthox. Astonished, embarrassed and excited. Because she is not accustomed to any male showing interest on her.

In Serthox, Saili'Ïckn is considered fat, bordering obesity for her species body frame standards. After all, most Serphenthox believe themselves as slick, nimble snakes.

On top of that, she has an obvious crocodile ancestry, much more evident and remarked than most men. Which takes a peg down on their fragile egos, even when she is not showing off her evolution, as her reptile appearance is entirely from birth.

"See, Lil-Sis. Saili'Ïckn loves to call me like that. You can do it too".

"Not happening any time soon Pervert!".

Hayden pouts displeased, looking her wrist, focusing on the smartwatch to read the intel provided by Hát'Thöry, the Coordinator of the mission.

The final warning is given by an automated mechanical voice, marking the moment the Incertor Pods are fired towards their dangerous destination.

The acceleration is brutal, but not felt by the passenger in the Incertor Pods, the inertia deadenings are working normally, absorbing the shock and the stress of the sudden increase in pressure over the vehicle's structure, preventing any inconvenience that could endanger the personnel in it's interior.

"Time to objective, 46 seconds".

"WHAT?!". The three youngsters scream at unison. The absurdity of the new warning is totally inconceivable.

The projected time for the arrival of the Insertor Pods at the space station, was 17 minutes. Even with the additional traction from the Space Zone, would be, at most, four minutes and fifteen seconds approximately.

"Get ready for combat". N'Ïrk orders with stern attitude, waiting for the landing, as they barely have time to put on their masks or helmets.

The crash is cushioned with the «Emeneld» covering the Insertor Pod. Piercing through the Space Station hull, and securing itself to the same structure by using a strong electromagnetic seal, and several hooks for additional support.

Likewise, the penetrating tip of the Pod is opened, acting as a passage to the interior of the Space Station.

N'Ïrk goes in. The two narrow hexagon barriers of his gauntlets are positioned diagonally to have a cover, without hindering his line of fire.

Hayden is behind him, and Saili'Ïckn is at the back. Carrying her sturdy ballistic shield. The item has an integrated camera with different lenses, an holographic display, and has good conductivity to channelize Empiric Energy.

As expected. The Space Station is dark and cold. The systems had been inoperative for a long time, which is evident with the layer of dust covering the metallic floor.

Fifty meters ahead, another Insertor Pod pierces the Station's hull. Allowing the entrance of three people from the same species.

Two men and one woman. They are tall and strong. Robust silhouettes with dark blue skin and bioluminescent natural patterns that look like tattoos.

The «Jaranayis» have dark brown hair with metalized texture, red sclera eyeballs, and glowing irises. Carrying blasters and light equipment.

An obvious contrast to N'Ïrk and Hayden, as the two natives of Dhägna'Hür, literally have on their backs, a backpack for mountain climbing.

"Noobs". Arrogantly murmurs the young man of the Jaranayis trio. But the silence in the corridor provokes an echo that resonates with the walls.

The second man, and their leader, is wise and seasoned. Keeping his comments and thoughts to himself, while showing an hologram from his smartwatch.

Phollkko Phull'Rokk • [ 6 ★ ≈ ]

Pherrott Phurr'Rett • [ 4 ★ Å ]

Phannett Phutt'Rann • [ 4 ★ ₱ ]

"I am Phollkko, from the Clan Phull. This will be the first Space Zone in which we delve in".

"That makes us six". Retort N'Ïrk, startling Phollkko. Initially he is taken aback for the calmness of the young man. Who snaps his fingers, a signal for Saili'Ïckn to show the hologram of their team.

N'Ïrk Ignay'Thus • [ 11 ★ ≈ ]

Hayden Rafner • [ 9 ★ ≈ ]

Saili'Ïckn Zunguelang • [ 5 ★ ₱ ]

Now, the Jaranayis group is astonished, and Phollkko is slightly less tense.

They hadn't delve into the Space Zone. Yet, it is not longer viable to return to The Nï'Vay, and is obvious that the Zone is not a Tier 9, if not a place above such designation.

Disregarding the introductions. The group moves across the Space Station empty and dusted corridors. Listening to Hayden's corrections, to keep themselves in the right path towards the Zone's entrance.

An unnatural opening in present in one of the walls. The hole is technologically distinct to the Station's design, yet, it doesn't have the rocky primitive state N'Ïrk is accustomed to see. Instead, a smooth construction made of beige granite lies before them.

Since the frame is made of a totally different material, stands quite a lot among the dark metal.

Hesitation is absent on N'Ïrk's and Hayden's faces. Dhägna'Hür regularly deals with Tier 15 Zones. They even cleared out a Tier 21 Zone before the two become Enrouted. But a Space Zone is on an entire different division, especially when the Zone has multiple entrances.

Crossing the frame, reveals to the group an obvious truth. The Zone's Border is blocking the passage they just use. Reminding them, that they are on their own.

Inside the Space Zone, stands a luxurious corridor made of beige granite, adorned with a velvet red carpet and maple light bulbs in the ceiling that illuminate the surroundings with an even warm light.

"It looks like an expensive Hotel". Comments Hayden with confusion. "Or perhaps is an old abandoned mansion".

"Is too clean to be abandoned. Don't you think, Lil-Sis?".

"Could it be. But with automatrons or droids, is easy to maintain a building".

N'Ïrk grunts. He is not a big fan of fighting any type of synthetic life. As the surprise factor, emotional stress, overwhelming sorrow, or deceiving tactics, are highly unlikely to function against the purely logical actions, thoughts and countermeasures of Artificial Entities…
