Adrian was walking through the ever crime ridden streets of Gotham, breaking criminals bones and stopping crime that happened before his eyes.
Adrian knew he was being observed by the Justice League as even if they weren't antagonistic towards him, the fact of the matter was that he was an outsider.
So Adrian wondered why the Gotham bat hadn't paid him a visit yet since from the character profile Kara gave him he was a paranoid man with some issues who lived by a very rigid and strict moral code , which although Adrian respected didn't agree to.
But unknown to Adrian a Bat would pay him a visit but not the Bat he expected….

Although Adrian didn't agree with the hero code in this world he wasn't going to go around openly killing criminals like some edge lord and start calling the heroes pussies , cowards or worthless.
He knew these heroes were selfless, something most were unable to do and even Superman, as strong as he was, considered every life precious, something Adrian couldn't do.
That's why Adrian genuinely respected Superman, despite having all the power in the world he never let it corrupt him.
Adrian couldn't be like that… he couldn't be selfless , and if he had to then he would kill off villains not give them a chance.
Everyone can change but Adrian doesn't want to give them the chance to change because to him innocent lives matter more.
Abomination would die… Adrian had already decided… He would be a hero… but the kind he wanted to be....

"Hmm?" Adrian raised his eyebrows as he walked into the alleyway where he felt like he heard a disturbance.
He doesn't use his senses to the maximum since it's a bit disorienting to hear so many sounds or sense so many things at once….

"H-Help me.." Adrian gazed at the gooey puddle on the ground that was crying out to him in a terrified tone as he squatted down to touch it.
Adrian's Telepathy didn't work and he couldn't get information but he could feel the scared and panicked emotions from the puddle with a face.
Adrian had a guess , A meta ability gone wrong , that must be the case over here.
So he decided to just take it away since the moment he touched the puddle an Ability showed up in his retina.

Adrian carefully took away the man's ability as he slowly returned to normal.
Adrian was very satisfied with this surprise harvest since the ability he just took effectively made him much more difficult to deal with, if he wasn't already hard to deal with.
Adrian made a tongue form on his palm as he gazed at it weirdly… *Cough* truly a versatile ability.
" Step away from him, criminal scum! Nobody breaks the law on my watch!" Adrian turned his gaze to the cop that had already pulled out his gun and was pointing it at him while his hands shook and sweat was pouring down his forehead.
The Officer gazed at Adrian's Black clothes as his fingers trembled impulsively, his brain already giving the signal to shoot.
Due to the dark alley he was unable to see Adrian's appearance but what he saw was enough for him to be trigger happy.
His name was Officer Killiga and his father was Killiga Senior , his grandfather named his father for a greater purpose.
When Officer Killiga saw certain kind of people his body would freeze as he entered flight or fight mode.
" D-Dont move! " Officer Killiga said in a trembling tone as his voice was filled with anxiety and stress, the officer seemed like he was on the verge of a mental breakdown.
*Bam!*
A gun shot rang out as Officer Killiga crumbled to the ground with foam coming out of his lips as he was having a seizure. After a few seconds Killiga went limp and there was no further movement from him.
Adrian's lips trembled as he gazed at the guy who not only shot him but got killed in return.
If he was so afraid of shooting his gun then why did he become a police officer in a city like Gotham ?
Adrian could hear footsteps and he knew this police officer's death might get connected to him so he just left taking the petty criminal lying on the ground.
Adrian carried the criminal on his shoulder and he walked along the wall to the top of the building as he knew he was being watched.
So better lead the person to him….

After arriving at the rooftops Adrian blinked away to an alley and dropped the guy he was holding before blinking back and when he arrived the person waiting for him tensed up.
"...."

" Batman?.." Adrian purposefully showed a confused expression as he tilted his head to the side while gazing at the young woman who got very offended at his seemingly innocent question….

Batman had a file on the stranger from afar Adrian Frost , albeit an empty file since he didn't know what Adrian could do or what his motivations were , but it seemed like he wasn't a bad guy.
The league was aware that Adrian could teleport other than that nothing else but now they could add a few more things after Batgirl submits a report… which would leave Batman with a bit more headaches.
