Chapter 44 - Volume 5 : Chapter 42 : THE 7

In the quiet stillness of the Soul Transfer Tower, deep within a room surrounded by the echoes of old memories, Zeyra Senra sat across from the elder sage — Vaeoler.

Her gaze was tired, yet composed. "You've watched over her… How is Lyra doing here?" she asked, her voice softer than usual.

Vaeoler, his aged eyes reflecting the wisdom of centuries, offered a gentle nod. "She struggled at first. The grief still lingers in her soul like a fog refusing to lift… but she's finding her path. Strong, like her brother… and her mother."

Zeyra looked away, her fingers curling against her robe. "It's strange… being here. After all that's happened."

"The past never forgets," Vaeoler murmured. "But it also teaches. That's why you're here — to remember, and to prepare."

The scene shifts.

---

Inside the Royal Hall of Crystallia, the air shimmered with grandeur. High ceilings lined with glowing inscriptions, stained glass windows revealing the constellations beyond Trivara's sky — this was the throne room of the Queen.

Ariv and Rohit stood tall beside Rudraen, while Vaishnavi and Neel remained slightly behind, observing.

Upon the gleaming throne sat Queen Elantria of the Starlight Lineage — radiant, composed, and utterly commanding.

Rudraen bowed slightly and began, "Your Majesty, as ordered, Ariv and Rohit have completed their fourth form training. Both exhibit rapid adaptability and energy mastery."

Queen Elantria's gaze lingered on Ariv longer than the others. Her voice was calm, but sharp. "And the one who bears the Galaxy Zenith…?"

Rudraen nodded. "Ariv Kaizen. His energy signature confirms the dormant potential of the true Zenith. The Veil awakened during the combat trials."

The Queen stood slowly. "Then… it begins."

Before Ariv could ask what she meant, Rudraen raised his arm. "Now, you four shall meet the Seven Thrones — the current holders of the Elemental Veils."

---

A colossal gate of radiant light opened beside the throne. The group walked through it into a circular chamber, its walls carved with symbols representing each Veil.

Seven figures awaited them — each seated on a raised platform that shimmered with their respective Veil's aura.

Rudraen's voice echoed:

"Allow me to introduce the current Top 7 Veil Protagonists."

He pointed one by one:

1. Aetherian Valis – Lunar Veil (Neel's father)

Cloaked in silver light, calm yet intense, eyes reflecting a thousand moons.

2. Caelum Revance – Solar Veil

Radiating a searing golden aura, tall and poised, his presence was like standing before a star.

3. Fayren Mistralis – Aero Veil

Slim, graceful, her translucent robes fluttered though no wind blew. She smiled lightly.

4. Ignis Kaelthorn – Pyro Veil

His eyes burned red. Muscular and unflinching, a smirk played on his lips. "So this is the Zenith boy, huh?"

5. Terran Vorell – Terra Veil (Rohit's father)

A giant of a man with calm strength and a deep voice. "You've made us proud, son."

6. Aquyra Nymis – Hydra Veil

Elegant and serene, her eyes were like deep oceans. She nodded in acknowledgment.

7. Zephyros Damaris – Chrono Veil

The eldest of them all, his voice carried a strange rhythm. "The past, present, and future tremble… the Zenith awakens."

Rudraen stepped forward again.

"Each of these seven are not only Veil bearers — they are the pillars of Trivara. And now… they have seen you, Ariv Kaizen. The Galaxy Zenith is not just a Veil — it is a convergence of stars, time, and space."

The room remained silent as the Seven watched Ariv.

Caelum Revance narrowed his eyes. "A rare convergence… but unstable. If his spirit is weak, the Galaxy Zenith will devour him."

Ignis Kaelthorn chuckled. "Or he might just surprise us all."

Fayren tilted her head. "He feels… different."

Aquyra Nymis spoke gently, "And yet familiar."

Aetherian Valis, Neel's father, stood up. "The burden of such power is vast. You must not be reckless, Ariv."

Zephyros Damaris concluded, "We will watch. Not as judges… but as guides — should you falter or rise."

Rudraen turned to the four young ones. "You've earned your place. But you must earn your purpose."

---

The chamber dimmed slightly, the stars outside swirling faster.

In that moment, Ariv felt it — the weight of his Veil, the attention of the ancients, and the storm of fate approaching.

The Galaxy Zenith shimmered faintly within his chest.

And thus began the next stage.
