He rises to his feet slowly, stretching his arms.
His eyes narrow at the sealed door ahead.He walks up to it, raises his leg, and with one precise kick, it's blown off its hinges.
He steps outside.
But the world has changed again.
Now, the desert village is no longer in ruins. It's… alive.
People walk through the streets. Laughter echoes. Market stalls bustle. Guards stand by the gates.
Aiden steps forward cautiously.He tries speaking to someone.Nothing.
He walks in front of them.Still nothing.
"Am I… a ghost?"
Confused, he starts exploring the village. Every step through the sand feels surreal—he knows this isn't reality. But it all looks so vivid.
As he walks toward the central house again, he hears a voice behind him:
"Is this how it used to be?"
Aiden turns around—But no one's there.
Suddenly, a loud screech breaks the illusion.
The skies grow dark.
A single man appears in the distance—glowing red eyes, a crimson aura trailing behind him.
Aiden Feels like he has seen this person before.
The man walks calmly to the gate—and within moments, the guards lie dead. Flames burst from his hands. Screams echo through the streets.
Aiden watches in helpless horror, unable to stop it.
He tries to tackle the man, but—his hand passes through him.
The man doesn't even notice.
Then, the red-eyed stranger walks into the same ominous house from before.
And Aiden follows.
