The sun outside had barely begun to rise, casting an orange glow over Delhi's skyline. Inside the Genesis Base, however, dawn had already come and gone—time inside the base flowed differently, thanks to temporal dilation fields powered by exotic energy sources Deepak didn't yet fully understand… and hadn't dared ask EVA to explain just yet.
Today was no ordinary day.
> "EVA," Deepak said, standing atop the elevated platform inside the dome, "Initiate Special Dispatch Protocol. Flag recipients: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, President Droupadi Murmu, select cabinet members, and five top AI researchers from IISc and IIT Madras."
> "Protocol accepted. Preparing individually tailored HoloBands with embedded 'Sage' AIs, speech-adaptive multi-language modules, and national-grade encryption."
Hundreds of floating drones the size of coconuts emerged, each carrying a silver-etched black case the size of a book. The bands inside gleamed faintly, each embossed with the Ashoka Chakra.
> "Delivery will complete in 2.3 hours via warp-assisted courier drones," EVA added.
Deepak nodded, half-excited, half-exhausted.
This wasn't just PR anymore.
It was India's digital revolution being led by a teenager.

PM Modi sat in the inner chamber reviewing budget allocations when an assistant barged in, carrying a sleek black case.

He opened it.
Inside, the HoloBand sat like a crown jewel. The device blinked as it powered on automatically.
> "Namaste, Prime Minister Narendra Modi," the device said in crisp Hindi. "I am 'Sage', your personal AI. I will communicate in your preferred language, adapt to your daily schedule, and optimize your governmental communication flow. Shall we begin?"
For a brief moment, Modi smiled—not the political smile he offered on camera—but the real one of a man seeing a technological leap decades ahead.
> "Yeh toh vishwamein Bharat ko naye roop mein le jaa raha hai."
He placed it on his wrist.

Her security advisors stood stunned.
> "Is this safe?"
> "Ma'am," her chief technical officer whispered, "it doesn't even touch satellite communication systems. It runs on quantum mesh nodes… it's like magic."
She looked at the band.
> "No… this is science. The kind we needed for our villages decades ago."

Deepak's eyes widened.
> "It's time?"
> "You are now ready to begin Volume 2: The Birth of the Pokémon World."
> "No," Deepak smiled. "Not yet. Let's grow HoloDreams a bit more. Give the world time to adjust before I bring them a new one."
He turned around and walked toward his Expansion Bay, where a prototype of the HoloDreams Learning Pod was floating.
> "Education is next."
