It was a Sunday evening, I was left alone at the little hut me and my family lives in. We were have dragons, this village was used as a home for magic creatures like us because half dragons were prosecuted outside the settlement, it was said that half dragons came from an extinct race of intelligent dragons.
We were mostly haunted by dragons, since the magic that we had in our bodies were most different and more nutritious than other magic beasts.
Right now I was working on a project to create my own dragon. Magic was something that wasn't very common among the people who lived in the magic realm, even among magic beasts."almost done", I said using my magic to strengthen it heats. Until someone shouted;
"Run, they're dragons," a quickly open the windows only to see blazing, freshen blood, the dragons have finally found our village and i knew that they were gonna destroy it.
I quickly run towards the exit only to find a dragon waiting there, it's throath was boiling and almost about to breathe fire until everything stopped and it said; "Here, take this egg, this is what my brothers and sisters are fighting for, protect it with your life. I've prepared a magic circle for you, your parents won't be coming back, they are dead, the teleportation cycle is going to take you to the human realm now go".
I quickly ran into the teleportation cycle, it's light shining blatter and brighter by the second. "Traitor!!",one of them shouted. "Don't let him get away with the egg!"
those were the last words I end before the light of the teleportation cycle blinded my sight, and before I knew it I was no longer there.
I said that the air was continuously blowing my face, and my bed legs couldn't feel the Earth, so" where am I," I wondered as I slowly opened my eyes.
I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I was more than 1,000 ft into the air. I was too dumb founded to shout or start screaming, I just didn't know what to do at that moment, " the egg, where is the egg?", I asked myself looking around until I finally found it.
As I looked down again, I saw a big tree, it was bigger than most trees that I had seen. What brought my attention to this big fat tree was the fact that i was soon going to crash into it in a few seconds.
Everything after that thought was blank, I didn't know what happened next except for the on the bearable pain that I had felt.
3 DAYS LATER
Slowly but surely, I began to regain cautiousness. "He's finally waking up Jane," someone said. "I noticed," he said
"Where am I?" You are in a place called lava hotel and this is my room," he said, answering my questions.
"What?" I said moving into a sitting posture. "So kid, what's your name and where are your parents, also where are you from??" He added
"My name... Well my name is Selv amora son of great Dakan amora and my parents are...." I stopped.
"Yeah, aren't you going to continue?" He asked. " And I am from the magic realm" I had said
Silence filled the air as I was waiting for a response from him. When unexpectedly he gently pushed me into the bed" you need to rest, maybe you hit your head hard," He said. I couldn't argue with him because I hit my head on the tree before passing out.
"Where is the egg?", I asked eagerly looking around." You mean that little green thing, I knew that it was important so I decided to keep it" he said as he brought out the egg from a little box.
"Anyways, today I will be leaving this hotel and going back to coast City," he said" and I can't just leave you here since you are still recovering from that injury of yours, so you will have to come with me then.or, do you object?" He asked. "No", I said still not sure of what to do.
Later...
We were currently on the road to coast City when I asked, " Hey, where are we going?" " didn't I already told you we are going to coast City," he answered "Then who are you and why are you helping me?" I asked again.
"I'm Tom and I'm helping you because I'm a cool guy", he said " that's all?" I asked " you didn't expected more did you?" He replied.
"Exactly how did you find me", I asked. "I found you a day earlier while I was looking for my pet jelly, then I saw you as the bottom of a tree",he said
we had arrived at coast city with just a few hours of driving and like Tom said he took me to is home. It look smaller than other houses that I had seen.
" After... Would you like to join me?", he asked looking at me in the eyes. "Doing what exactly" I asked. "I'm doing businesses and I need extra men in my team" he answered. "Extra men in your team to do what exactly?" I asked again.
"It's a desperate way to make funds, if it goes well we can leave this old dump", he said.
"Am I wrong to assume that this worked out last time you tried?" I asked. "No, in fact you are quite correct to say that", he answered.
"And you spent it all on that dump hotel we were at?",. I said " well peace I wouldn't have found you if I wasn't there", he said.
" So, what kind of businesses are we talking about, if it involves any form of criminal acts count me out", I asked. "You ask too many questions", he said standing up from the couch" I apped you and now you are going to help me right".
"Yeah, all right I will help you", I said. is voice watch serious and even without it I could sense that something bad was going to happen if I didn't agree with him.
I wish that there was a way that I could escape since in the human realm I was just as weak as any other human so if I was to fight against him now I will surely be killed.
