To be honest, even Frieza was a little surprised by the news.

He truly hadn't expected that the so-called Lord Baby Dr. Leiki kept mentioning was actually the fake Tagoma he had killed earlier. Frieza had suspected the man's identity; there was no way that person was really Tagoma, but he hadn't imagined the pawn he casually discarded would be the mastermind Dr. Leiki revered.

What puzzled Frieza was simple: why would a supposed mastermind personally appear on the battlefield, and even choose to possess Tagoma of all people?

As for Dr. Leiki, who had once basked in Baby's favor, he already knew the painful answer deep down. Baby's thinking was something even he couldn't always predict, after all, Baby was the supposed king of the Tuffle race (Tsufurians).

But in Lychee's eyes, even if Baby was the Tuffles' ultimate lifeform, he was still too inexperienced. This entire plan, the grand strategy, had been masterminded by Dr. Leiki himself, with Dr. Myuu as his deputy.

They had explained their scheme to Baby: lure Frieza here as a distraction, catch him off guard, and have Baby possess him at the perfect moment. The plan had been flawless, but Baby had looked down on it, agreeing only reluctantly.

Now, Dr. Leiki could only conclude that Lord Baby had acted recklessly this time. He never imagined Baby would choose to directly possess Tagoma's body, then attempt to approach Frieza step by step and take over him from within.

Tears welled in Lychee's eyes as he looked up at the sky and howled, "Foolishness! Lord Baby, how could you be so impulsive?!"

"Would it have killed you to follow our plan exactly as it was?! That's the Emperor of the Universe, Frieza! How could you ever think you could possess him so easily?!"

Dr. Leiki wept bitterly, filled with anguish and frustration, a master heartbroken by his pupil's folly. Off in the distance, Dr. Myuu just stood there, completely dumbfounded, still unsure what exactly had happened.

Seeing this, Frieza pretended to look remorseful, speaking in a sickeningly sympathetic tone: "Dr. Leiki, I didn't mean to. That fellow showed disrespect toward me… and when I realized it, well…"

Frieza's face was dead serious, but his words were dripping with sarcasm. Back then, the possessed Tagoma had thought his disguise was flawless. But only Frieza knew about the Two-Star Dragon Ball, he had hidden it for the singular reason of secretly making minor wishes, like growing just a little taller each time. That secret alone had made Frieza deeply suspicious of the fake Tagoma.

So it wasn't that Baby had been stupid, just profoundly unlucky.

Frieza's words, however, only deepened Dr. Leiki's disappointment and grief toward Baby. He now viewed his fallen master as a hopeless fool.

Frieza was secretly pleased. Yes… just like that. Lose faith in your old master, and you'll willingly join me. The tyrant smirked inwardly. His last few lines had effectively painted Baby as a brainless, arrogant idiot.

But Frieza underestimated Dr. Leiki. This old scientist was a creation of Tuffle technology, second only to Baby himself in rank. There was no way a few honeyed words from Frieza would sway him so easily. He had been born a Tuffle, and he would die as one.

Even now, though Baby was dead, his unique ability ensured that anyone he had possessed carried Tuffle cells within them, turning them into Tuffles who would obey him completely.

But with Baby's death, the dream of restoring the Tuffle civilization had crumbled to dust. So now, Dr. Leiki's only thought was, if everything's lost, then let it all burn!

His eyes turned blood-red, and he glared at Frieza. At that moment, part of his hatred for the Saiyans shifted toward the cold-hearted Emperor before him. This being was too powerful, too untouchable.

Then his gaze flicked toward Z Broly, who was still brutally pummeling the undead Cooler nearby.

These two, one was a Saiyan, the very race that had annihilated the Tuffles. The other had slain the last being who carried the Tuffles' hope of resurrection.

Dr. Leiki clenched his fists, his voice trembling with hatred and grief as he roared..."Unforgivable!!!"

Dr. Leiki's body suddenly turned into a vast mass of black mist, immense, overwhelming, and alive. The black mist moved as if it had its own will, surging toward Dr. Myuu, who stood nearby.

Before Dr. Myuu could even react, the dark mist completely enveloped him. He let out a brief cry of shock, and then his body began to turn transparent, dissolving entirely into the black mist until nothing remained.

Dr. Leiki had poured everything, his life, his intellect, and his hatred, into this cloud of wrath. His eyes were bloodshot, veins bulged on his forehead, and his face twisted into a feral snarl.

Then, with a voice torn from the depths of his soul, he roared..."I'll make you all pay the price!"

His scream shattered the air, and in an instant, the black mist spread outward, blanketing the entire sky. The resentment of the Tuffle race, suppressed for countless years, was now fully unleashed through Dr. Leiki.

But in the end, Leiki was a scientist, not a warrior. His personal power couldn't compare to that of his combat creations. So he chose a flawless alternative.

If he could summon undead versions of Cooler once, he could do it again, and again, without limit! That was the ultimate fruit of his and Dr. Myuu's research.

On a remote corner of Planet M2, inside a hidden laboratory, a massive machine began to run wild, the Hatred Collector. Dr. Leiki's madness had driven the device into a dangerous overload.

Then, under his will, an awe-inspiring spectacle unfolded...From every corner of Planet M2, legions of undead Coolers began to rise. They were everywhere, on hills, plains, in cities, completely surrounding the planet.

Each of them was linked to Dr. Leiki's consciousness, moving like extensions of his own body. The Coolers filled every inch of the world. Even a conservative estimate put their number at over one hundred thousand.

And every single one of them moved in perfect unison, raising one arm, expressionless, and pointing their fingers toward Z Broly and Frieza.

Then… Zzzzzhhh...! Zzzzzhhh...! Zzzzzhhh...!

An unending barrage of lasers erupted from all directions at once.

Frieza frowned slightly, muttering in grudging admiration: "Dr. Leiki… what a remarkable man. It's just a pity he followed the wrong master."

His body flashed like lightning, weaving effortlessly through the rain of lasers. But then, behind him, a series of bestial roars echoed, and before he realized it, he had converged with Z Broly.

Unlike Frieza, Broly didn't even try to dodge. The berserk Saiyan charged straight into the barrage, fists blazing, smashing each beam apart with brute strength.

Frieza's expression darkened, a vein popping on his forehead.

"Hey, Paragus's little brat, ever heard of dodging?"

But Frieza didn't realize that those words had just touched Broly's sorest nerve.

Z Broly roared furiously: "Shut up!!!"

In that instant, his body exploded with a blinding golden-green aura, a surge of power so immense that it repelled every laser blast around him.
