[] A mirror shows his childhood self, silent and crying.
[] A black feather pen floats above an empty journal.
[] Chains of code wrap around a locked door marked:
"ORIGIN: VOID SLAYER"
Suddenly—

"Hi, me."
A voice echoed behind him.
Hiragi turned—and saw another version of himself.
Wearing a black cloak, half his face redacted, the other—smiling like a cracked porcelain mask.
"I'm the you that failed."
"The Hiragi that let everyone die."
"You left me behind when you became strong."
Hiragi narrowed his eyes. "You're not me."
"Of course not."
"I'm the one he wrote first."

Lines of dreamcode flashed between them.
"You're in his system now," said the redacted Hiragi.
"The Draftmaster's pen rewrote your reality into a sandbox."
"There's no 'slaying' your way out."
Hiragi clenched his Void Arm.
"Then I'll rewrite the rewrite."

The environment fractured—glitching into fragments of memories:

He crushed the pen.

Inside was a vision—
A child, Hiragi, bound in a glowing circle.
Men in white coats.
A failed ritual.
A void that opened.
And a voice:
"You survived what no one should."
"You are the leftover."
"A slayer… because you were never meant to dream again."
Escape Protocol
The dream began collapsing.
Hiragi rewrote the dream with his own words—
Summoning a blade forged from his truth:
"I reject your version of me."
"I write my own ending."
He slashed the dream open—tearing a rift back to reality.

Hiragi jolted awake.

Breathing heavy.
Ink dripping from his fingertips.
His journal lay open—
and inside it… was a new page.
Written in his handwriting.
But he didn't write it.
