His hands closed on her waist. Before she could answer, he pulled out of her in one slow drag and turned her over as if she weighed nothing, guiding her onto her stomach and then up onto her knees.
Victoria's breath caught in anticipation, a whimper slipping out at the sudden emptiness, but she did not argue. She let him place her, face toward the pillows, hips lifted, already shaking for whatever he meant to do next.
The charcoal sheets were a mess beneath her. Amber light caught the wet shine between her thighs, and the curve of her ass as she arched for him.
Alex knelt behind her and ran a hand down her back, then filled both palms with her. He squeezed, slow and unhurried, feeling how soft she was, how she gave under his fingers and then settled back into his hands. A quiet sound left him, pleased.
